After church a few Sundays ago, we stopped by Phở Hương Quê, a longtime family favorite, although it was my first visit. It was extremely busy and jam packed crowded with customers, but we were seated immediately, which was an impressive start. There was a noticeable wait before we were able to place our order, but once we did, the food arrived quickly. We ordered a few appetizers, pho, and specialty coffees to go, and every item was amazing. The best part was the price. Phở Hương Quê has some of the most reasonable and fair prices I've seen in a long time. We will eventually return for more good food and service in this comfy, welcoming restaurant.

I always enjoy a quick lunch here. There is always great customer service and consistent quality food. Welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. My waitress kept a smile on her face even with a busy floor at the time.

My roommate mentioned how delicious the Pho here was so I decided to grab some lunch to go. I walked in and it was pretty busy, which is a great thing. Means that the food is definitely good. I placed my order and it was ready in less than 10min. It was very clean and the aroma of the authentic food was a very pleasant smell. The young lady mentioned that they were out of chicken broth but many say that the Pho Gà is still delicious with the beef broth so that's what I got. Let me tell you!!!! It was delicious and the portions were plentiful. I also got the passion fruit tea with rainbow jelly and it was yummy to my tummy. This will definitely be one of my favorite spots. Go check them out, you will not be disappointed

First Pho restaurant I've tried in Charlotte. Pho was okay. Did not come with all of the meat stated on the description. Rip off! The main disappointing part is the chili oil. I asked for extra and was told no. Only one per person/pho order. I even said I'll pay extra and it was still a no. Was told that they make it fresh daily and they always run out so that's why they decide to portion it out. I really don't understand why not just make extra and refrigerate them. Can't even satisfy a customer by such a simple request of extra chili oil. Such a disappointment. Won't be returning!

this is our go to Pho place in Charlotte. It is always super delicious and very authentic. Whenever I'm not feeling pho, I will get the com dac biet which is delicious too!!! Wish it wasn't so far away from us in matthews. When: Saturday party of two dine in at 2 PM Overall: 4.7/5 Food: 4.8/5 - probably our favorite pho place in Charlotte. The broth is really good as well as the noodles and the meat. We usually get a Pho tai and / or the com dac biet. Theyre both sooo delicious and full of flavor!!! Authentic for sure. We usually pass ok the appetizers- theyre decent but overpriced IMO. Drink: 4.7/5 - we usually get the cafe sua da aka vietnamese iced coffee. Bomb!!! Also the ice here is the pebble ice like chickfila so yummmm. Service: 4.4/5 - the people that work there are usually doing multiple roles at once: they are hosting, serving, busing, and doing cashier as well. They are super understaffed, so you may be waiting for a table, but also waiting to put your order in and for your food. However, they are all super nice and apologize for the long wait. They could use at least one more person working there up front. You can tell they are all working their butts off running around trying to do everything so they are doing the best that they can. Vibes: 4/5 - it's like your typical Pho restaurant. Probably not somewhere where you want to take someone on a first date but you're not going there for the atmosphere or the vibe, you're going there for the food. Other: free surface lot parking. Same parking center as super G Mart.

I enjoyed the pho here. I ordered pho tai well done. Broth was tasty enough. I knew it was authentic since they had fish sauce on the table and I didn't have to ask for it. Service was great. Restaurant was typical of authentic pho spot, no frills (fine by me), and appeared pretty clean. I'd recommend to give it a try.

This is my spot! I love their Chicken Pho! It's my comfort food. They now have veggie broth, too I wanted a bobba with no sugar, and she said sure. I was shocked. I got a mango with bobba soaked in honey. It's delicious. They have dairy free options made with avocado for a thick, robust creamy texture.

I've been coming here for over a year now, EVERY FRIDAY! Best pho in Charlotte. All of the ladies working are the absolute best, memorizing my order and having it ready ASAP! I've brought all my family and friends and coworkers here. I typically get pho with rare steak on the side, lychee bubble tea, and I love their fresh spring rolls!

The restaurant is quite small and it gets crowded so prepare to wait. There were maybe about 10 people in front of us and I don't think we waited for more than 15 minutes. We got there around 8:00 p.m. on a Sunday night. It's very cute inside and feels authentic. So I really had no idea what I was ordering except for the quail because I read that in a review. It was awesome! The marinade was delicious. I got the 95 which was rice and pork and a beef skewer with baked egg. It was really good! I can't wait to come back next time I visit.

Very flavorful. The portion size is enormous. The picture is about 5% of the pho and maybe 15 to 20% of the rice dish. We split portions of both the rice is some of the best fried rice I've ever had beats anything I've ever had in Chinese restaurant apparently the Vietnamese use fish sauce instead of soy sauce. The beef was perfectly cooked the rice slightly aldente but perfect. The only problem is it's across town from me, but that's probably a good thing or I might be there three times a week

WARNING for potential customers:…read more So, me and my aunt came across this restaurant online seeing that they accommodate for gluten allergy with rice noodles in their pho. We drove to the restaurant and they were closed from 4pm-5pm (we arrived right at 5pm) I'm assuming this was a break for employees seeing as their hours are 10am-9pm. We we parked directly in front of the door watching employees come in for work. One of them had taken the "closed" sign off the door showing that they were now opening. This man in the photo proceeded to light a cigarette inside the restaurant closing and opening the front door to blow the smoke outside. We immediately left, because why would we want to eat or even walk into this place while this man was smoking inside the restaurant. Who would want to step inside this restaurant knowing that someone is smoking a cigarette inside this restaurant. The other employees in the dining room were watching this man smoke without a care. Imagine walking inside and immediately smelling cigarettes. If this man is allowed to smoke a cigarette inside their establishment, what else could they be doing inside that is not within restaurant cleanliness. Do what you'd like with this information but I thought it would be important to share this with others who are wanting to try this place.

Summer rolls, quail, noodle dishes, pho, and of course the beef and broccoli that I am constantly telling people to order. Once again, it delivered. Tender beef, great flavor, huge portion, and everybody at the table immediately understood why I keep talking about it. This is the kind of restaurant that works best when you order a bunch of dishes and let everyone try a little of everything tapas-style. The portions are generous and very shareable. The staff here is also genuinely helpful. They made recommendations for our table, checked in often, and kept everything moving smoothly even with a larger group. Another underrated bonus is the parking. They have their own lot, which in Charlotte honestly deserves appreciation all by itself. Easy access too, especially if you are coming from the freeway or busy parts of town. If you love Vietnamese food, this place is absolutely worth adding to your regular rotation.
