I'm just glad there's a Vietnamese place with good food close by. I have tried Banh Mi at different places, but this one, I have to say, has the best bread of them all! And a lot of people may not understand this, but the bread makes or breaks the sandwich. Just the right amount of crispiness on the outside and not too much dough on the inside. I had the chicken with fried egg of course. I also had a kids size round eye steak pho. I'm kinds glad they give that option, so I can have both soup and sandwich... like, 'why not both?!' I would not recommend this place. I decided to come here because of all the great reviews, however I read them over again and realized they were written years ago- definitely not the same. The pho was too salty with very little meat with a weird taste to it. We also ordered a pork banh mi sandwich, which was terrible. The pork tasted stale, as of it had been microwaved. Overall, I was not impressed. The customer service was good, but unfortunately the food was not as I expected. read more

So this is my first time trying the food here. I've had Vietnamese food in a lot of different places, so I often get tired of coming to places like these. So my cousin ordered some Bahn mis on the phone to go for her family and her mom was nice enough to give me some. I haven't had that many bahn mis, but I have to say it was delicious! It was very buttery, with nice soft carrots that didn't taste overly like pickling liquid and the chicken inside was soft and juicy (I removed the cucumber and the jalapeño from my sandwich since I am a little picky). It was a tasty sandwich for what I think could be a hidden gem in Rosenberg and I look forward to seeing what else they may have next time. read more

I thought it would never happen, but finally (!!!) my parents got a vietnamese restaurant close by worth eating at! Phew! The soup broth had layered flavor and the cuts of meat were delicious. I like the restaurants clean lines and minimalist approach. They have a 100 A posted by the health department. Uh, thats amazing! Expect friendly service and a satisfying meal. We live about 3 minutes away and were anticipating their grand opening for the longest. Friendly, fast and delicious!!!!! My husband had their beef pho and our 2 year old and I had their chicken pho. We always go to alief/chinatown aka little Saigon for pho and were extremely satisfied. The broth was great, our pick up order was ready to go in less then 10 minutes on a packed Saturday night of their first week. Great service!!!!! read more

Stopped by since we haven't been in a while for a quick bite before a movie. The grilled pork spring rolls were delicious even though they were missing the lettuce. The wings were disgusting, they smelled like fried fish which probably means it was old oil, careful if you have stomach problems. Also ordered the pork sandwich which was tasty. They did not give me the Beef Steak on one of my orders. The host stated she would have the manger call. I never got a call. This was a to-go order. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you want to be treated fairly. They do not give hardly any condiments and the prices are too high. I have been to much better Pho restaurants. Never coming back here. I would say that that Pho is not a bad taste, but the service is very poor. They even gave me the wrong broth. Smh read more

We came to this place about a year ago. First time there, we were kind of disappointed it looked way too trendy/hipster/not-whole-in-the-wall to be actually legit and good. We were wrong. Maybe their have the super old Vietnamese lady cooking because their pho is delicious. Not only the pho is good. My ultimate favorite: Vietnamese wings! Spicy or not spicy, their are simply delicious. We brought a friend whom had never had this kind of wings before and she pretty much said "these are the most delicious wings I have ever had in my life" If you want to go to a legit Vietnamese with great service and nice ambiance, this is the place. read more

This was my first time coming here and it won't be the last time. The food was so delicious and I was able to savor all the spices and flavors from the Pho. I personally think that the Pho is made in small batches and that is what makes it taste amazing. The staff are very courteous and professional. They were very attentive to all of our needs and I didn't have to ask for a refill. They pay great attention to detail and that is a major plus. The inside of the restaurant is very contemporary and extremely clean. It is also cozy and it makes you feel welcomed. The prices are very reasonable and I hope they keep it that way. I like all the small details that this restaurant has to offer. We also received a loyalty reward card, which you receive 10$ when you spend 100$. You essentially earn stamps when you purchase meals. My husband and I love this place. It's close to our house and they are so friendly and quick with giving us our food.

We've been here several times as it's super close to home. I do enjoy their pho and LOVE that they do the zucchini noodles. Spring rolls and Vietnamese egg rolls are tasty and fresh. My son always gets a pork bahn mi with fried egg. He LOVES them. My only complaint is the peanut sauce doesn't ring my bell. I've had much better. The decor is industrial, comfortable, open and clean. The staff is friendly. read more

The food here is simply amazing but the service is very sketchy and uncomfortable. Our waiter brought out our food and drinks and we didn't see him again for the rest of our visit. The manager was constantly staring at me and my wife while we were eating and made us both feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It got to the point where we had to just get our food to go. A different waitress came out with our check when our plates were still full and when we asked for to go plates she asked "Do you not like it", very unprofessional. The produce , especially fresh lettuce are supposed to be crisp and green..not yellow and wilted..Ordered spring rolls and vermicelli salad and the veggies were not good . Recently moved in to the Rosenberg area and have been looking for a new Vietnamese place. I decided to try this place out and was definitely disappointed. I'm giving it a 2 only because the cashier was extremely nice. Ordered the food over the phone and asked for a pork spring roll, regular fried egg rolls, a beef banh mi w/fried egg, and a pork rice plate with extra meat. Let's just say the rice dish w/ "extra meat" had less meat than i would think a regular dish would have. The "salad" that came with the dish was 1 lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato. The banh mi had about 3 pieces of meat and the egg with a spear of cucumber and about 2 Tbsp of shreeded cabbage. Mostly ALL bread. The egg rolls tasted good but were mini rolls and the pork spring rolled looked like tofu instead of pork. Apparently I had to ask for the special spring roll to get the flavored pork. This is the third Vietnamese restaurant I've tried out here. Guess I'll be driving to Sugarland to get my Vietnamese food. read more

I happened to be Pho Huynh's first customer to try their Vietnamese Chicken Wings. I ordered two of each of the spicy and original flavors. The flavor on both were great, but Spicy wings (photo) were not was a spicy as I or others would have preferred or expected. They were fried as I requested so that was great! I would try them again, but would hope that they have mastered and enhanced their Spicy chicken wings. I have also previously order the beef and pork sandwiches and spring rolls - all really good. This place was a good find, especially since its only 5 mins away! The service here was very quick, granted it was kinda empty. The food was also very fresh and delicious! I didn't realize till after I ordered, that you can substitute noodles for zucchini noodles, so that is an automatic 5 star for adapting a paleo approach!.
