Went for early dinner here. We ordered Banh Mih, Chicken Fried Rice and Pho with Chicken. They taste great. Friendly serving staff. Nicely decorated and clean Vietnamese Restaurant in the area. Lots of parking space at City Line, Richardson, TX.

First time eating Pho. My son really wanted to try it so we did. I didn't know what to get and the staff wasn't that helpful but we got through the order and we enjoyed it very much. My child has been acting to come back so we will.

It's rare that I find a vegan banh mi. I was torn between the pho and banh mi but sadly only had room for one. I have no doubt the pho would've been great but the banh mi was mouth watering my delicious. The prices are reasonable and the portions are large. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was modern and clean. What a sweet spot to find. Can't wait to visit again.

If you're craving Vietnamese food, this is where you need to be. I tried the pork banh mi, beef pho, fried shrimp rolls, and washed it all down with Thai tea and passion fruit juice. Everything was spot on. The pork banh mi had the perfect mix of crunchy baguette and savory, tender pork. The beef pho? Rich, flavorful broth with melt-in-your-mouth beef. The fried shrimp rolls were crispy, light, and paired perfectly with the dipping sauce. And don't forget the drinks--the Thai tea was sweet and creamy, and the passion fruit juice was a refreshing burst of flavor. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and you'll leave wanting to come back for more. Definitely worth a visit!

Since being in Dallas we've been to three pho places and this one is top two and not number 2!!!!!!! The Flavorrrr was amazingggggg it needed no Sriracha or limes! They definitely be seeing me again! 10/10 ( I would recommend asking for the noodles on the side if you like them al dente and not over cooked because the both comes HOT which I love)

Love the food but giving it 3 stars today because this is the second time I was asked to sit up close To the front of the business so they could mop the floor to clean because they wanted to start cleaning before closing at 8:00 pm. I was there at 7:30! Then have smell a strong cleaning solution while eating my meal! A paying customer should not have to experience this.I was thankful they stop cleaning when I complained of the smell. Going have to get my food to go or stop going within the hour before closing? A family came in 5 mins before closing they had to serve. Maybe wait to clean after you close?

It had been several years since we'd had Pho so we were looking forward to having it again. They offer several varieties of Pho and other items to round out their menu. We started with the Summer rolls and they didn't disappoint. They were a good size (2 in the serving) and were generous with the shrimp inside. The flavor of the roll on its own was good and the peanut sauce on the side took it over the top! I had the Tofu Pho for dinner. The portion was generous and I took half home. The vegetables were fresh and plentiful my only thing was the broth had little flavor. I found myself adding Hoisen sauce and the fresh basil to give it flavor. My husband had the Beef Pho. His was generous with the meat and noodles. He also found his broth to be lacking flavor and went with the chili paste to give his some kick.

My husband had never had Pho before so we decided to stop by Pho is for Lovers. Inside the restaurant is really cute & the service was great! We got Pho & a the KBBQ sandwich. Both were great! I'd say the sandwich was my favorite. It was really good! The Pho was pretty spicy & there was huge slices of meat. I really enjoyed the soup! I really appreciated that the menu only had a few option in each category. Overall I suggest checking out Pho is for Lovers! Its a great spot in Richardson.

I used to frequent the now defunct Preston location and it was my favorite place to get pork vermicelli due to the amazing flavor of their grilled pork. Whatever they marinated it in combined with what I believe to be some pre application of fish sauce made it the best pork I've had in a Vietnamese restaurant without adding anything to the dish. I had to see if this location lived up to my memories of the old location. I'm happy to say the familiar pork flavor is exactly as I remember it but unfortunately it seems like they might have downgraded the quality of meat that they use or maybe I just got an off batch. Unfortunately the pork was chewy and pretty fatty so even though it had good flavor, the texture was impacted my enjoyment of the dish. The meal was still good and the rest of the ingredients were fine. If not for the familiar flavor this might have been closer to a 3 star meal though. I'm unlikely to go out out of my way to try it again and will likely see if I can find another Vietnamese place to scratch closer to me the itch instead. If I'm in the neighborhood though, I'll happily give it another shot and hopefully get the full experience that I remember from the past. If you live in the area and like Vietnamese food I'd give it a shot though.

We have always been huge fans of Pho is for Lovers so we have been anxiously awaiting the opening of this location since it's so close to our house. The decor is awesome and it has a great vibe. Service was great and staff was very friendly. My only concern is while the tofu pho was really good, it was way too salty. More so than any other location we've been to. Please consider reducing the amount of salt - it overpowered the entire bowl. But otherwise I love this location and will definitely be back to try some other options! UPDATE - I have been back several times since their opening and I think they finally got their broth recipe just right. Just the right amount of salt! Updating my review to 5 stars because the food and staff have been nothing but excellent. read more

I've tried pho at several places around Dallas and this is definitely my favorite!! The broth is just so delicious and all the ingredients seem to be great quality..really fresh and full of flavor! I won't get pho anywhere else. My husband has had the vermicelli noodle plate and said it was really good too so I'm sure you can't go wrong here but you have to try the pho at least once it's amazing! read more

The restaurant is clean but seating is crowded as max occupancy is 49. Food is great. I ordered the Korean BBQ with vermicelli. I enjoyed the taste but would have liked the vermicelli to be hotter. My wife enjoyed her chicken pho, the vegetables were fresh and the broth had a good flavor. $40 for a family of 3 seems to be the average price. read more

If you love eating food that has been served to another table and receiving the shittiest customer service, then this place is for you! Here's the situation: Server: Excuse me, how many egg rolls did you order? Me: One order. Server: You have two, I need to take one back. Me: Ok, hold on. (Insert touching the food to get my portion of what I ordered off the pate.) The server leaves and passes by a trash can on her way to the kitchen however doesn't throw it away. Then comes back out with plates that has egg rolls on them. From experience, we will not be coming back. read more

This was my second ever Pho restart ever! Me and some friends went to lunch here and it was amazing! The staff are amazing, generous, and friendly. The food is cooked to perfection and is worth your money! The portion size is perfect and could be split into two for two meals. Very nicely decorated and very clean. Nice environment, so if you and friends want to go out to eat with out breaking the bank and have fun this place is a great option. read more

So glad I finally tried this place! Their vegan pho is so delicious, flavorful and filling! The staff is very kind. I have dined in and ordered takeout. Both experiences were great. When I got takeout, they were so organized and intentional with the packing in the sense that the noodles, veggies and broth were all in separate containers to 'plate' the dish at home. This was great and the pho was equally as amazing at home as it was in the restaurant! Highly recommend! read more

We are very happy this restaurant appeared in the neighborhood. They provide an easy solution when we have a disagreement regarding dinner and do not want to cook. Everyone likes the soup! I would not call their Pho authentic, rather modernized and adjusted to all American taste. It does not, however, make their Pho less delicious. They are fully equipped for takeout orders, and the soups travel home perfectly arranged for the later consumption. read more

This place is super cute inside and out. I also love how clean it is here. This is not your typical Vietnamese pho restaurant. If you are looking for a simple menu and quick service this is the place to be. The beef pho is PHOnominal!!! Perfect size portion and you can taste the real beef bones in the broth. Best part is, NO MSG! Pho with a lot of msg makes me so tired. After a bowl of pho here I am one happy camper ready for the day! Also the broth comes out nice and hot with so much aroma. I am a very picky eater when it comes to my spring rolls (summer rolls). They have just the right amount of veggies to noodles to meat rolled nice and tight. The tofu summer roll was a game changer for me. I was mind blown how delicious tofu could taste! I will definitely be back and become a regular. read more

This is my favorite Pho place! The beef broth taste so much cleaner (no MSG, less oily) than other Pho places. Their meatballs are amazing and don't have this plastic-taste I usually taste at other Pho places. I have pretty much tried their entire menu and have never been disappointed. If you need a cure for your hangover, their steaming bowl of beef pho with a refreshing coconut water will do the trick. read more

Confession: this place took my pho virginity. Never had it before so didn't know what to except. I walked in on a weekday and it was surprisingly busy..(which is always a good sigh). The restaurant was cute and super chic. I waited in line for a good 20 plus minutes because there was a gentlemen ordering for a table of 8 & it seemed like they hadn't gone over the menu prior to getting in line. Eventually I made it to the front of the queue and ordered their tofu pho to go. Took 15 mins before they handed me my massive bag. My entire ride I was inhaling the beautiful aromas and couldn't help to get home to dig in. Once I got home I opened the bag and noticed they separated the broth from the noodles and garnish. I quickly mixed everything together, stuck it in microwave for a few and sat down. Oh my gosh, the flavors were AMAZING!! Tofu was meh though, wish it was seasoned or something.. too bland for me, but the broth was freaking delicious!!!! I will be returning soon! read more

Being Viet myself, I get apprehensive when I see a pho place that doesn't have a number in its name or sounds too Americanized. Well, they passed my expectations; though the cuts of meat are more American friendly (and I totally understand), it's a decent place to grab a bowl. It's a good first step to trying pho if you haven't tried it before. The Broth is very flavorful and the cuts are on point. I wasn't exactly happy with the bun bo hue, I found it lacking in flavor. Overall I would recommend to anyone who hasn't tried pho yet. read more

This was such a great place for Pho!!! We ordered the vegetarian pho and fried rice.. the order came pretty quick and was served with extra bowl that we asked for.. the quantity was great too .. It was surprisingly hot for a good 15 mins. The meat was well seasoned and the onion, cheese meat and sauce all blended so well. Little bit salty and a little bit sweet with the grill onions. The wings were also crispy with this nice sweet chili sauce! Cooked to perfection! I really liked the curry pho! It's a green curry with a little kick to it. They have quite a few different vegan options and this is a dish that can be made vegan. You can dip the Birria tacos in this pho consume which is so fire! It's so good you just want to drink it up lol I added some of their habenero hot sauce and it was just the perfect birria bites. The phorrito is pho filling wrapped in rice and fried! You gotta wash all these delicious meals down with a lychee peach tea! It hit the spot lol it was so refreshing with the perfect amount of flavor and sweetness. This is a must try place if you're in the area!

I got the chicken ramen and subbed for katsu protein, shrimp tempura, karaage and milk tea and my friend got the black garlic ramen. This caught me off guard because the menu does not indicate it would be covered in sauce -- and we didnt want it sauced. Shrimp tempura had 3 shrimps and the rest vegetables. Another surprise because the menu listed shrimp tempura as an item on its own, and then another line item for vegetable tempura. My assumption is this is a cost saving approach -- and while I have no problem with that, transparency would be good for customers. Just list out what is included in the dish so no one is surprised. The ramen was disappointing. The broth came out clear (like water -- i wouldnt dare compare it to pho because pho broth is packed with flavor). There was absolutely no flavor. It was the only ramen on the menu that I could have (again not what I was told when I called). I asked for soy sauce, chili oil and even dumped the leftover sauce from my tempura into the liquid broth and still it could not be saved. The black garlic broth was also bland. Neither of us finished the meal. Service was slow, only one girl working the entire dining room, (it was a weekend so packed). We waited for a while, they forgot my milk tea and it was impossible to flag the waitress until the very end. The only plus, they are extremely generous with the eggs.

Our usual Pho restaurant wasn't open so we thought we'd try Pho is for Lovers given the 4.8 stars on Uber Eats. Big mistake. First the noodles were all congealed at the bottom like overcooked pasta, the broth and tea were not wrapped up in Saran Wrap and leaked all over the bag - literally needed to mop the front hall due to the mess. The brisket was over cooked and the calamari was so tough and crunchy it was barely edible. The Egg Rolls were alright but not very flavorful. The Thai Ice Tea was actually very tasty but unfortunately didn't get to enjoy much because it leaked everywhere. Also, the broth was good too. Just an overall disappointing experience. read more
