    Pho combo

I love their FRESH made in house noodles, very chewy and especially their beef broth & chicken broth are so delicious and not thirsty like all other places. Quick service, nice and clean place. Definitely will recommend to family and friends

This place is busy, but they get you seated quickly. The pho broth here is good and flavorful , they have fresh in house noodles which taste kinda different, very soft, less chewy, sometimes fall apart when you pick up with chopsticks. I will probably order regular noodles next time but that's just my preference.

One of the best pho in DFW area. Their service is choppy some time but they did served a delicious hot bowl of pho. 4.5 stars.. Definitely recommended!! Pros: using fresh noodle, their beef is bomb, their broth is bomb Cons: service..

Chicken curry stir fried flat noodles

So after trying some other menu items other than the pho it's safe to say that my family still makes the hour long drive from Fort Worth to come here! The stir fried flat noodes are a must try at least once! My favorite was the seafood stir fried flat noodles because you get a little bit of everything from squid to imitation crab and of course shrimp with some veggies. The noodles themselves were perfection and had me craving them long after the meal. During the most recent visit I decided to try the Curry chicken stir fried noodles and... they were okay. Some of the chicken slices were very large to where you really had to cut them. The noodles once again were good but the flavoring was inconsistent throughout the actual dish, like they didn't mix it well enough while cooking so there were some spots that very curry-tastic and others that were bland. Overall an okay dish but nothing truely noteworthy. Still a highly recommended restaurant and well worth the drive for the fresh noodles!

The best pho in DFW area. The noodles are freshly made daily, the broth is well seasoned and beef tenderloin is perfectly prepared.

Best pho in Dallas hands down. They make their noodles in house and it's consistent every time.

    Ask the Community - Noodlelicious

Someone help me with this no brainer question, when you order the soup they ask you if you want fresh noodles or regular noodles? Wouldn't someone obviously want the freshest noodles? What is the catch?…

It's just the name, it isn't like one is fresh and one is spoiled. The one that's "not fresh" is kinda like instant noodles. You will be perfectly fine consuming it. People prefer it because it tastes different, have a different texture.

It's a Hue specialty, so it's not something you can find at just any Vietnamese restaurant. The bánh ít ram was good and I would order it again. It wasn't the best I've ever had, especially compared to what we had in Vietnam, but it was still good enough to satisfy the craving. Definitely worth trying if you're a fan of Hue food or bánh ít ram! A bonus about this restaurant is that the service was really great and everyone was just so sweet. The restaurant was also well kept and nice.

Everything had a very authentic, homemade feel, and it was nice to find a place that offers so many Huế-style and Central Vietnamese specialties. The small dishes were especially fun to share, and the sugar cane juice was a refreshing addition to the meal. Overall, Goc Hue is a great spot if you enjoy Vietnamese food and want something beyond the usual pho or banh mi options. We would definitely come back to try more of the menu.

I am skeptical because after trying a few that folks here claim to be the best i've been disappointed. This here is again a no frills restaurant. Run by family, the young gentlemen who I believe is the son of the owner provided front of house service. We both got Bun Bo and Cha Gio. Bun bo on the menu wasn't the standout or highlighted item. Just one of many dishes served. It comes out with a side of mam and cut up peppers. Different than some spots that bring out their mam sate. This place did not need that sate. It was perfectly seasoned without being too salty. The peppers were extra hot just the way I like. I overheard that day they ran out of huyet. The bowl is served with banana flowers and cabbage. Most places in us only serve cabbage but real ones know banana flowers is the right accompaniment for bbh. On to the Cha Gio. It had the crispy wrapper but the filling is the star. Includes taro so you get that satisfying bite and texture.

The egg rolls are super crispy and crunchy and addictive when dipping the fish sauce. My go to here is the Pho with its super authentic flavor bringing me right back to the streets of Ho Chi Minh City. Another favorite is the broken rice plate!! I've never had a bad experience here and if you're looking for the good good this is the spot!!
