Daddy daughter time! It's been a while but god will bless me to do this more often
    Cedrick K.

Hello everyone it's the light skin dragon with my daughter light skin dragonrita! This is our second time coming to this location. I found it a few months back and took my whole family here which included what was my Carmel kisses and my daughter. I picked this spot because of this cat robot that my daughter loved The pho was so good. I got my usual seafood and the what was Mrs Carmel got the shrimp pho and we get an extra bowl and just give our daughter some of both. Save on a bowl lol The service is quick and the food is good. The ambience is okay they can add more stuff but nothing to spectacular besides the robot. My daughter was scared at first then I motivated and encouraged her which she pulled the courage to take a picture with it. lol being a father has its moments but I enjoy it. I got out of class and so I surprised my daughter and picked her up to have daddy daughter date before my cars engine blown out on me. I'm happy to have token her here because I know I created this special memory which she will always remember! She loves pho now basically because of me hahaha Yelp check out all the foot traffic and engaging audiences I'm bringing. Please add me to yelp elite already please!

Pho Island is unassuming but don't let this place go under your foodie radar. This is my go-to Pho place. The broth is so good, they give a lot of extras (bean sprouts, basil, jalapenos) and the plate is huge! I like it so much that I haven't tried anything else but the pho here

    3. Spring Rolls

The shaken beef was really tender and juicy. Not overly seasoned nor marinated. Now the pho is a hit or miss. My beef broth wasn't flavored as I'm used to. The chicken broth my niece ordered was better. Shocked me because i do not like chicken. They add a lot of noodles and beef. They do not skimp on that. The brisket was very fatty. More fat than meat. The steak was good. Very lean. Shrimp spring rolls were your average rolls. Not overly stuffed nor skimpy. I wasnt a fan of their peanut sauce. Tasted more like soy sauce than peanuts. I'll go back only because its closer to my home than my favorite pho spot. Maybe the broth would be different next time.

Great parking and outside does no justice to the delicious food. Place AC was not on but the food made up for it! I got a Thai tea, we ordered eggrolls, and vermicelli The food was honestly soooo good. Every bite was devoured and whatever we took home ate that same night! The plates are large but I wouldn't share hehe Pork had so much flavor and melts in your mouth. They had all sauces and chili you could ask for. High key we're coming back!

Small venue, place is nice a cozy. Staff is friendly. First time for me at this place. Unsure why I always get dirty cups waitress was kind and changed my cup. Mom enjoyed her dish. I had The chicken Pho soup. It was really good. My small bowl looked a large bowl. Prices are manageable. And the Robot to sweet.

We ordered take out from this place for our whole office and everyone loved their food. I ordered the oxtail pho and it was very tasty. It really hit the spot on a cold day. They packed all our food individually with our names and all the condiments and broth packed separately. Will definitely order more from here.

    custom pho amd grilled pork.

FOOD: Ordered the XL custom Pho and grilled pork (#36) and portions were LARGE! Two normal people might be able to split an XL. Pho was tasty and full of meat. Grilled pork was tasty. SERVICE: fast to take the order and serve. Price was decent for the quantity, but quality was great My kid loves the Robot server. Good call cause the bowls are huge. .

I ordered my go-to dish, Bánh Hỏi Thịt Nướng & Bò Nướng, and it was fantastic. What immediately stood out was the presentation. Instead of being served in the usual bowl, everything was beautifully arranged on a large plate, making it look even more appetizing. The charbroiled pork was incredibly flavorful, tender, and well-marinated. I loved all the fresh accompaniments, including the pickled carrots, cucumbers, mint, and bean sprout . The egg roll was delicious and added great flavor to the dish. The clear crispy wrap they used was a pleasant surprise. It was light, crunchy, and absolutely delicious! We also ordered the Ribeye Fried Rice. While I noticed it seemed to use minced beef rather than slices of ribeye, the fried rice itself was very tasty and packed with flavor. The service was another highlight of our visit. Our server was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the meal. As part of their promotion, he even gave us a scratch card with a chance to win up to $1,000. It was a fun and unexpected way to end a great dinner experience. This restaurant has definitely earned a spot on our regular dining rotation. We're already looking forward to coming back and trying more of their entrées. If you're looking for delicious Vietnamese food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is absolutely worth a visit for either lunch or dinner.

The Chicken Fried Rice was packed with flavor and generously portioned, while the Chicken Stir Fry Noodles were cooked perfectly and loaded with vegetables and chicken. The restaurant is bright and has a unique design setting. The menu is large with a variety of food (including Thai food) making it hard to choose so my family of 4 stuck to what we like and ordered the following: 1. Pho Dac Biet (Combo/Special Pho): Hubby says the broth is ok and that the aroma of the Pho spices is light. He said there is too much noodles and not enough ingredients though the slices of various beef cuts were cooked well and the tendons eas just right, not too hard nor soft. 2. Banh Canh Do Bien (seafood udon): This is my favorite Hue dish, udon. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't made with fresh udon noodles and thick broth, but rather the noodles used were more like Japanese udon noodles. The broth has a light flavor which required me to add a little raw fish sauce and lemon but the aroma of the fried shallots smells so good with each spoon I eat. The noodles were decent and not over cooked and there were alot of seafood in the bowl compared to other bowls I've had other places. They were not skimpy on the ingredients. 3. Two Com Suong Bo Dai Han (Rice w/ Korean ribs) for my 13yo and 10yo boys: Both boys were disappointed in the plate compared to what we eat back home in San Jose. They said the ribs were marinated with good flavor but lightly flavored. There were barely any meat and mostly bones and fat. It came with pickled veggies instead of regular lettuce & cucumbers. And it comes with a side of soup as all Vietnamese rice dishes do. The service was good as we were checked in a couple times. When we requested a water refill it was filled promptly. Overall, I think their menu is too large so the quality of the food dish is not as great.

We had the banquet hall side and it was able to accommodate 200 guests. They had the place set up early and allowed the wedding party to come in advance to drop off drinks, decor, etc. They allowed us to bring food and alcohol. They also prepaid for drinks from the bar so folks could order from a bartender. Only a few dishes were ordered (since there was other food from an outside catering vendor) and I only got to try it after it was cold so I can't give a wholistic review on the food they serve, but I really liked the leaf wrapped beef with Banh Hoi (vermicelli sheet) and the mango salad! My one complaint is the women's bathroom. Two (out of 3) of the stalls can't lock so the girls had to help each other hold the doors closed. However, it was mostly clean and had toilet paper in stock. +They offer takeout containers for leftovers from the party. +Very kind and accommodating staff. When we first walked in, the place looked empty, and my wife and I almost considered leaving. Just as we were about to head out, a server came over, seated us, and explained the menu. The $45 menu is extensive, featuring a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes such as escargot (ốc), pho, and bò né (Vietnamese sizzling beef steak), among many others. We ordered escargot with tamarind sauce, oysters with cheese, a lobster special, rau muống (water spinach) with garlic, glass noodles, and a ribeye steak. This isn't a typical buffet--each dish is cooked to order. It took about 15 minutes since there were only two chefs, but the wait was absolutely worth it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. The lobster was a whole lobster with claws, and the ribeye was a generous cut served sizzling at the table. The portions are large, and our server kindly warned us ahead of time--we're glad we listened! The owner was friendly, and the service was attentive throughout our meal. My wife and I loved this place and will definitely be coming back. It's great to have quality Vietnamese food nearby without having to travel all the way to OC.

Crunchy, juicy, piping hot, delicious. Combination pho: great! Broth by itself is tasty. Good ratio of meat to noodles to soup. Pork vermicelli: great!
