NEW MENU IS DIFFERENT THAN CURRENT YELP PHOTOS. I forgot to take a photo of it they only have one size now. Service was chill. They have that robot thing with the cat face that brings the food out too. My friend and I got the pho with chicken, the menu did not say dark chicken like these old menu photos do. The chicken in the pho was okay. Was darker meat, and the chicken had a lot of tendon in the cuts which was pretty annoying to eat around. The broth kinda had a weird smell to it, kinda like dirty. But it wasn't a strong smell and was very subtle, so I was able to eat the whole thing. The bean sprouts tasted a little old not very fresh, the basil and lemon were fine. I did not see myself but my friend used the restroom and said it was a bit nasty. Some food was left on the window sill near me and some food on the floor and on my seat that I sat at. Has B health rating and understand why. The flavor was okay like a 5/10. And the food was edible and the noodles were not soft and mushy like some of the terrible pho places around here so thats really good. I want to like this place, but it was okay for me. We tried this location because our other Phò restaurant had closed. This is a small family owned restaurant that has been open for over 12 years. It is located in a nice size shopping center with lots of parking. We ordered our food to go and the older gentleman who took our order was very nice and friendly. There were no empty seats inside but we were going to order 'to go' anyway. The short rib Phò was very nice and the meat just fell off the bone. The house Phò was very good and there was plenty of meat for 2 servings. We ordered the fried egg rolls with some hesitation (@$15 for 5) but they were very tasty. The other food prices are typically around the same as other restaurants. I would come back whenever I crave Phò. I like to support small businesses and remember to always be kind. I really like this Pho place but I was a bit disappointed because I was craving banh khot which they did have on the menu...but when I ordered it they said they ran out. It was about 6:30pm on a Saturday night and it ran out...ugh so sad. Service was great and they move fast...their bowls are bigger than average pho places and so worth it. Their broth is flavorful and rich which is why I like it here. My bf ordered the Bun Bo hue and he really liked it. It's more of an Americanized version without all the pig feet and pork blood but he likes it that way. lol my pho tai was so comforting. I added meatballs to mine. I requested chili oil and side of jalapeños which I'm so happy they had the chili oil because not all Vietnamese restaurants has it. My husband and I had a great lunch here today. I had the pork and shrimp banh xeo-delicious, and he had the chicken with garlic noodles, which he really liked. We shared pork and shrimp rolls too-also good. They had a great sugar cane drink too. The menu had a huge selection of food and drinks. Came here because we were STARVING and needed pho immediately The place is small and super busy, so expect a wait--we waited about 20 minutes to sit. The service was a little slow, but I'll give them credit because the staff was really friendly and you could tell they were doing their best. I got the beef broth pho and it was honestly delicious--flavor was on point and the portion was HUGE. Like... you might want to share a bowl or plan for leftovers because it's a lot of food. Legit Vietnamese spot in the area for sure. I just wished they had the BAHN KHOT dish available the Saturday night we visited. It was the only reason why we decided to come in since the Korean Tofu spot in the plaza had a long wait time. I've been coming here for a while and although I found the food to be pretty average, it wasn't until recently that I actually tried their vegan menu that I found this place to be really unique compared to the other local Vietnamese restaurants that don't offer vegan options. I am definitely not a vegan, but have been open to trying out vegan proteins lately. I must say that their vegan soy chicken is absolutely amazing and I definitely prefer this to their non-vegan meat options. Negatives: -Health grade, this is a B though we didn't notice anything too wrong with it. -Value, for what we got the prices were a little high. We paid $23 for the appetizer plate, and my wife's pork with tofu broken rice combination was $17. At other places we would have gotten two pork chops for that price. -Taste, this one was a hit/miss since we got multiple items to try. The fish cake tofu was a little over fried and too peppery. The egg rolls and shrimp rolls had good taste, but were too oily. Positives: -Service, service was quick and responsive. It was so stuffy, humid and hot in the restaurant we ended up opting to sit outside. There was no way of enjoying a meal inside. It was such a flop, server seemed to have forgotten outside tables completely. I tried to wave at them through the window and there was no response. I eventually got up went inside and told them 3 tables outside were ready to order. Pho Ga - they use dark meat here and it's usually people's preference since it's not as a dry as white meat. It was way too sweet for my liking, broth seemed off. I wouldn't order this here again. They didn't bring a plate of veggie topping for me, I had to get up and go inside for some limes. Bun Bo Hue -broth was deep and rich. It had a layer of sautéed oil which added so much flavor. They serve it with sliced beef and no bone in meats which is great for those that don't enjoy pork hock. Clean and quality food. Came through with my buddy and got the Pho Dac Biet in Large. All in came out to $19 after tax and tip which was solid but man is food expensive these days. The pho is flavorful and the service was quick and solid. The little robot that brings it out is cute and makes sense in reducing the risk of spilling while carry a hot bowl. Always drove past this place and saw how crowded it was so we finally tried it out for dinner tonight. Pretty packed house on Friday around 7pm - luckily for us though we got seated right away and didn't have to wait. I got the broken rice with beef & my husband got pho and some eggrolls. Very happy to see a large vegan section on the menu. I got the vegetarian hue pho and mango soy nuggets and they were both really delicious. The pho broth had a nice tangy savory flavor that was satisfying especially with the fresh noodles and tofu. The soy nuggets were crispy on the outside and soft on inside. Poor communication and disappointing customer service. Yelp should include 0 stars as an option. My wife called Pho N Mor to order a small house special pho for takeout. She clearly emphasized small when placing the order over the phone. When she arrived to pick it up, the staff told her that takeout orders are only available in large size. What's frustrating is that when the employee mentioned this, it showed he already knew the order was for a small pho -- meaning my wife did specify the size. So why wasn't this "large only" policy mentioned when she called? When she questioned it, the employee brought out the manager, who immediately insisted it was my wife's fault. Her explanations were: 1. "Everyone knows we only do large size for takeout." 2. "Your wife didn't ask what size." First, my wife did ask for a small. Second, she's a first-time customer -- how is she supposed to know this "everyone knows" rule if it's not written anywhere? Even the menu on Yelp doesn't mention that takeout is limited to large sizes. Yes, the price difference between small and large isn't a big deal -- but it's the principle that matters. When a customer is clear about their order and the business still blames them for its own lack of communication, that's a problem. Did they not train their workers? Or is this business doing the classic "bait and switch" sales tactic? They are not honest and refuse to take any responsibility. Mind you, my wife is paying for the food, and they are in the service industry. There are plenty of other Vietnamese restaurants in the area that serve great pho and treat customers with respect. Casual and delicious! I ventured here on a hot summer day with my family. Having come from Sacramento, we have a high bar for Vietnamese restaurants. The quality of food here definitely rivals some of the restaurants I enjoy back home. We enjoyed the Banh Mi Chao (a seasonal offering) and the Pho Dac Biet (not pictured). The food was good but I wish we had more herbs to accompany our dishes. My favorite part of Vietnamese food is always the side of quality herbs. The restaurant was busy with in-person diners and to-go orders. There was a bit of a wait after submitting our order, but it was fun to watch a robot deliver our food. This pho place is def a staple for me! It's just always consistently good and I love the variety of food options available for vegans and non-vegans! I really enjoy the bun hoi here, they provide 7 sheets of flat noodles, lettuce and cilantro on the side along with protein (chicken, my pref), fish sauce, and pickled carrots.
