I have been searching for a truly authentic Vietnamese spot since moving to the Inland Empire, and Saigon Eden is finally the one! The Pho is phenomenal, and I was so impressed to see Banh Hoi on the menu. The highlight of the meal was the shrimp version of the Bo Luc Lac. I was shocked when our server asked if we wanted white rice or the traditional tomato rice. Most places don't even offer the tomato rice anymore, so finding it here was such a great surprise. Our server, Channhu, really made the experience amazing. She was the one who pointed out the tomato rice option and her service was attentive and genuinely warm throughout the night. It is rare to find that level of hospitality combined with food that actually tastes like home. Just ate at this place for lunch today. The service was outstanding. This place is so clean and the food is great. The tofu and the chicken soup which is called the Pho Ga with regular noodle and was amazing. I definitely recommend coming here. Prices are pretty average now for Pho -- around $16-23 for higher end cuts of meat. I ordered a large pho Tai ($18) and the broth was clean, flavorful, Also with FRESH NOODLES! Most places don't have fresh noodles. Second up was the fried tofu ($14). It was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and comes out piping hot! One thing I was really surprised about was the service was super fast and pleasant at the same time. Now I don't know how many Asian/Vietnamese establishments y'all have been to, but this is definitely not something to remember (although it's improving). Lots of families seem to frequent this establishment with littles (5 y/o and under), so be prepared for that. Parking in a strip mall but plenty of parking! Came on a rainy day at about 2pm and all the dude tables were empty but not cleared so we had to take to row of tables nears the front door. It was a bit annoying since a blast of wind would hit every time the door opened. The pho bowls come in either med or large. The med is really pretty small. The 7 year old at the table was able to finish and ask for more food. The employees were really nice but a bit awkward. He took one persons order than left and did not take the orders of rest of the table until we asked. Brisket was really lean if you prefer non marbled meat you'll like it. This is a long overdue review. My boyfriend and I were craving Viet food like crazy and since we're still new to the area, we took to Yelp to find a place. We are so glad we found Saigon Eden! On a Friday night, it wasn't super busy so we were seated quick and they were quick to take our orders. They are friendly and our food usually comes out in a timely fashion. I have noticed that the appetizers usually take longer than the main entree though, so sometimes you can be halfway done with your meal before it's out, which kinda defeats the purpose of it being an app. :( also in one of our recent visits, they didn't bring our vegetables for the pho and we didn't realize this until we were almost done. They didn't really check in on us either so it was hard to flag someone down. Hence, I had to remove a star. Food wise, I do think it's good for somewhere that's outside of Garden Grove or Westminster lol. The pho is solid and has plenty of flavor! I could not stop drinking the broth long after I finished my noodles haha. Which brings me to my next point: they offer flat noodles or regular pho noodles! Not a big deal for me, but a huge thing for my bf, who typically prefers flat noodles. I have also tried their broke rice dish, and I think it might be one of my favorite places to do them how I like it! I got their Com Thit Nuong with Tau Hu Ky added, which is an extra charge and I'm glad that they had told me as well. I had the beef rib pho today and I was so glad I ordered this . Sooo much meat. Two rib bones and hella rib eye underneath. The menu has the all time favorite "train" also known as the pho Dac biet. This place was the first time I seen it listed under "train". When I matched up the lingo this was one of the clear winners. The noodles have a choice between regular noodles and fresh noodles. The broth was bubbly i thought it was still simmering under low heat. The broth has a sweet taste but nothing lemons can't fix. Two type ls of chili sauce and even knorr liquid seasoning for the win. A great pairing for the rib meat that brings out that home vibe. read more

The food portion here is really good for the price. I did have a few complaints. The tendon did not taste good, and it tasted off almost like it wasn't cleaned well. Not sure if it was bad, but I chose not to eat it. I did order via delivery app, so I wish the food was warmer, but I can't blame the restaurant for that. The broth itself here is very good, with a very sweet onion taste. I did like that they have the fresh noodles as an option. Came here during lunch around 1130 on a Wednesday and there was plenty of seating. However, it got packed pretty quickly around noon at almost full capacity. The service was extremely quick and the servers were very attentive. The menu had a large variety of options. I decided to try the vermicelli since that is usually my go to with the charboiled beef, egg roll and shrimp. I saw the restaurant sign and was craving pho when we got back from 3 weeks in Europe! I can't believe they've been here for about year and a half and this is my first time here! There are a handful of pho spots in Chino Hills, they're all about the same, solid, decent Vietnamese food. They were all super nice and knowledgeable! I hadn't eaten in almost an entire day because I was done with traveling and eating airport and airplane food, so I was starving! My parents and I ordered half order of the fried egg rolls, an order of the spring rolls (2 large rolls cut in half) and I got passion fruit green tea. I ordered the medium pho xe lua, my mom got the medium pho ribeye and my dad got the beef rib pho. It was a lot of food but the broth was really comforting and delicious! My mom asked for extra broth and they brought her a large bowl of piping hot broth. I loved the large block of soft tendon, which is my favorite of the meats. I also asked for a smaller bowl of broth. Wow, everything tasted so good and was full of flavor! It was exactly what we all needed. They load you up on a ton of the meat in their pho! The medium phos were too much for my mom and I to finish, I can't imagine how big the large bowl is! We had a ton of food leftover. This was probably the most expensive pho meal we've had with the bill coming out to $87. We did have a ton of leftovers, but pho usually is fairly inexpensive, even with how expensive food and ingredients are these days. We did order more expensive cuts of beef, too. Ok guys....First time trying this place and what a gem of a find. Very clean establishment which is always important.(including the bathroom) They have several food options to choose from. Also a lot of different Pho options but we ordered the regular rare beef, tendon and brisket Pho with fresh noodles...BOMB! The meat was so fresh, broth was on point, seasoned perfectly with not too much cinnamon or the strong smell/taste of star anise. The fresh noodles was the star of the Pho cause it was so soft and practically melted in your mouth. We also ordered their egg rolls, shrimp/pork spring rolls and the shrimp crepe "banh xeo." Saigon Eden offers satisfying, quality pho. The Beef Rib Pho ($21) is thick and meaty. I had to bite hard and aggressively rip the meat off the included bones. It came with three bones; two were chewy and the last was extremely tender, but all were juicy. The hidden noodles are thin and generous. The broth was satisfying and clean. The soup and the pho are both extremely well seasoned and beautifully presented. The taste is 10/10. I think also got a chance to talk to the owner. Super nice people.
