Solid pho spot opened up near the Chandler area. The best thing I've had so far was their vermicelli bowls, grilled shrimp to perfection and tasty pork as well. The pho itself was nicely seasoned, good flavor, nothing crazy to write about, just a solid bowl. Definitely will be looking to hit up this spot more!

After our local Chandler Pho spot became popular and quality of meat last few visits went down hill we were on the hunt for a new Pho spot and wow! Pho J & N truly Pho*nominal! Inside was clean and high quality ingredients fresh herbs and super flavorful broth. Will be coming back & bringing our people here from now on! The Crispy egg rolls taste like mom makes, cant wait to go back and try more dishes!

We went to Pho J&N looking for authentic pho. We received exactly what we were looking for!! The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The portions were fantastic. We were very satisfied with our meal, and will be back. The service was quick, and staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful offering suggestions. The space was clean, bright and had a decent amount of seating. The prices were very reasonable too. Will definitely be back in the future.

I wanna start off by saying I was a little weary about going into a place that's only been open a month. Bonnie our server was great with suggestions and was very kind. The food was mind blowing it had so much flavor and it was very great. I highly suggest visiting the spot if you want some good PHO. Thank you!

Pho but it was too delicious for a before pic!

Great atmosphere, friendly and welcoming people! Delicious food! We got the torpedo shrimp, it's like a coconut shrimp, hot and freshly made. The crispy spring rolls, coconut water, which came in a real coconut. Curry chicken plate and the bottom round pho ! Delicious

Nice to get a free appetizer as part of their grand opening. The food was great. No TOFU option for pha but the vegetable pho was full of flavor and goodies. The ambiance is casual and clean. Service quick and attentive.

Food is always delicious, that's why I keep coming back. Always hits the spot. Restaurant is clean and Ana is always smiling and friendly. So glad they opened up in West Chandler.

Amazing pho with homemade broth and 2 types of noodles…read more We came on a Sunday morning. At this restaurant, you order before you sit down. Pho with rare steak: (5/5) Comes with the option of thick or thin noodles. We tried both of them, and I prefer the thick noodles. Came with noodles, homemade broth (most pho restaurants use a standard MSG broth, but not this one), rare steak, onions, mint leaves, bean sprouts, a lemon wedge, and jalapeños. The beef was very tender and flavorful, it was not chewy or dry at all. The broth tasted much better than other broths, but I'm not too sure what is in it. All other ingredients were fresh. Service: (3/5) You order before you sit yourself at a table. You get your own water. They do bring the food to your table though. Ambiance: (2.5/5) The restaurant is a little bit cramped and the tables are mismatched. It can also get very busy but they also have outside seating. Overall I would recommend the pho here just remember that it's mostly self serve and the broth is very good.

The food is genuinely tasty, that part delivers. But the operation leaves a lot to be desired…read more A few things stood out: - It's counter service: you order first, then sit and wait for them to bring it out - Everything is self-service; get your own water at the counter - Fully disposable setup, including paper plates for rice. Feels built for takeout, not dining in - Despite all the self-service, they still ask for a tip at the register; which felt off - Staff seemed disinterested; ask a question and you're treated like an inconvenience - Casual, no-frills vibe. Got a medium or large party? You're rearranging tables yourself or splitting up Bottom line: decent food, but the service model and the tip ask don't add up. Probably won't be recommending this one.

I would definitely go here if you're looking for something new or seeking a rarer dish. They also have VERY generous portion sizing, so it's pretty good value. If you wanted something familiar like pho or rice dishes, I personally feel that other places do them better. I have a family member who went separately who said the banh khot (a rarer dish in the US) they ordered was better than the regular Vietnamese offerings. When my partner I went, service was a little slow and distracted. They currently have the World Cup games playing on the TV for both customers and themselves. I don't mind the fanfare around the excitement for the games, but the waiter did get our food order wrong due to the distraction :( The bussed tables were pretty clean, but a lot of tables were left unbussed for a very long time due to the game too. My partner and I went with the meatball and brisket pho and bun thit nuong (except this one came out wrong and was just bun cha gio). Cyclo's pho style is on the sweeter side. I was a little shocked at how sweet it was. The bowl size is huge and comes with plenty of noodles. They don't skimp. My partner's bun cha gio was okay. Cyclo is a little more special in that they put taro in their cha gio (egg rolls). We personally weren't fans of this, but it is unique. The taro gives the filling a slimier texture. Overall, my partner and I wouldn't return again for the food unless we wanted something more new, but we do love how good value Cyclo is.

In fact, I'm pleasantly surprised by their growing menu and their willingness to better themselves by listening to Yelp feedback. You can really feel the spirit of home-cooking and the cozy atmosphere of a locally owned restaurant here. In the best way possible, service hasn't changed - it's still the same friendly owner greeting you with a smile and overall cheerful attitude. You can tell that they are actively growing as a restaurant and I can't help but want to cheer them on! Today, I had their banh mi pho with a side of Chinese donuts to dip into the pho broth. Absolutely delicious and great concept. My constructive feedback is if they can dial in their pho broth (which I already enjoy) to have more in-depth bone broth/spice flavor and less reliance on maybe the salty aspect. I'm excited to see the future of this establishment,
