Excellent service and courteous interactions. Clean environment. Easy parking. Decent vegetarian menu options. Wish for a bit bigger serving size. On the flip side it is not overly stuffy.

My husband and I dined in this restaurant while visiting Niagara Falls. We were very satisfied with our meals! The service was fast and very friendly. We ordered the grilled pork chop with the fried egg, steamed egg, in rice and the fresh pork spring rolls for an appetizer. Everything tasted fresh. Would definitely recommend. One thing to note is there is a discount if you pay in cash!

Amazing food, great prices. Perfect little out of the way place to eat if you are visiting Niagara Falls!

I have a lot of PHO all over the GTA and Niagara region , I definitely think PHO KHA has a great pho , and value for the price. I do think it's worth trying and it may become one of your faves. The service I found was typical and friendly of a PHO restaurant , and the quality of the food above average. I do wish more appetizer options were available.

Very friendly and kind staff. Pho broth is excellent. Rare beef VERY GOOD. Niagara has a good selection of pho; this is one of the best!

It's spacious, airy and clean - the prices were reasonable unlike other spots. We ordered the chicken pho, the pork chop rice and a vermicelli. The broths had a strong depth of flavour with a great umami punch. The portions were good for the price point... the protein was a little on the smaller side but not the worst. The best part... the washrooms were clean! There were 3-4 stalls and the one I used, wasn't moonlighting as a bathroom... win!! Service was good, friendly and kind... they didn't check in on us but they did have a couple of large tables so maybe that's why they were busier. We're adding this to the list and we'd recommend dropping in! It's a bit off the beaten path but plenty of parking. Sorry no photos, too busy trying to keep the munchkins fed and happy.

I would like to share some honest feedback from my recent visit…read more When I ordered the bún riêu, the broth didn't really have the signature bún riêu flavor. The bò kho served with bread would taste much better if the broth were thicker. Adding a little cornstarch to create a richer, more stew-like consistency would make it perfect for dipping bread. Another concern is that the bowls, spoons, and cups all had a very strong dish soap smell. It seems like the dish soap wasn't rinsed off completely before putting the dishes into the dishwasher, and the detergent smell stayed on them. This can be harmful to customers' health and also makes the food less enjoyable. The restaurant itself is clean, and the service is very good. My only issue is the strong dish-soap smell on the utensils and dishes -- it really takes away my appetite.

Being Hmong, I try not to be bias, "only Vietnamese people can cook pho! The restaurant started from a Vietnamese owner." Pho Bowl Vietnamese Restaurant I have not had pho in this area of Canada, so I decided to try Pho Bowl. The reviews said this was a good spot. Really? Are you people from mars? How can you say this pho broth is good? It's not even bone broth like it should be. Let me start, we walked in and they gave us an order slip. What? Do I fill it out? Don't expect a big tip. I filled it out. Waited for service. Confused. We eventually got our food. Stop! Their was a long white hair in our food. Nasty. Really. How can you miss it. Nasty. Someone is loosing hair? Old hair. Sorry. You should know better. They did not even remove the item or give us credit. Wow. Your tip is really going to look bad. The pho? I tasted the broth and it was not good at all. For starters, they gave me pork meat. Which is a no no. I know the difference. I ordered the Pho special, I know what I'm expecting. Pho Dac Biet taste better than this. This was clearly a fake pho special. Bad broth. Wrong meat. Sorry. This was a disaster. I had so much high hopes. How can people say their pho was the best in Canada? Wtf? Please. Dumpster fire. $5 tip from $70 bill. That's the kind of service I got. Next to nothing. I paid myself because I took my own order. The only positive is the amount of pho in their extra large. Otherwise this place has gone down. They maybe very good at one time but for sure they are lost. Sell. Update and purge workers. The pho presentation is on par but the broth needs fixing. Don't go cheap on the broth! The place is clean. They need help.

I really like Vietnamese cuisine, and this place has a very high rating. Our original plans fell through, and this restaurant was nearby and had long been on my list of places to try. Not only was our food very tasty, but the whole experience made me feel satisfied from all angles. After ordering our meals at the counter and paying the bill, no one disturbed us. Only, I believe Pham, came to our table once, and asked whether everything was good. Yes! Thank you for the yummy food:). I had a sip of the beef pho broth, and it was oh! so good. Of course, my partner would prefer more like Phở Đặc Biệt version with all kinds of meets and beef parts. Pham's didn't include the tendon and tripe, but his feedback was very positive anyway. My Grilled Shrimp Vermicelli was a beautiful dish. I smiled at my plate, and then I couldn't stop eating until everything had disappeared into my stomach :). Their Vietnamese Vinaigrette could have been more 'fishy', but still, no complaints. The dining area felt cozy and truly inviting. I am sure this is also thanks to the staff, who were very friendly and smiling. I really liked that.

Disco lighting fixtures and a tucked away stage lend the space an unexpected theatricality, as though it were built for celebration rather than mere sustenance. Despite the family's expansion into a sleeker downtown outpost, this original location retains a lived in charm no polished interior could replicate. The broth carries real depth and fragrance, the noodles handled with care, and the accompanying plates, from crisp spring rolls to grilled specialties, arrive with the consistency that keeps a neighborhood loyal for decades.
