    Chicken pho

Amazing service, good, clean, & reasonable costs. Pho Ga (chicken) good!!! Even though it's chicken breast the way they sliced it thinly made it look aesthetically pleasing and made the breast not dry! Broth great and clear. I always share with my 11 yo son bc we both don't eat that much. Husband got the pho Tai (beef) and sach (tripe) he loved his. Goi guon (spring roll) with both shrimp & pork delicious! Sauce perfect with some chili sauce. $14.75 for the large pho for both.

Easily the BEST Pho spot within a 5 mile radius. Prices are affordable, food is delicious, restaurant is kept clean, and service is quick and friendly. Indoor and outdoor patio seating available. I have had the Pho, the broth is rich and tasteful with a generous portion of meat. The banh mi sandwiches are affordably priced and a great pairing with your Pho. I always get the deep fried egg rolls, and other times I'll get the freshly rolled spring rolls to keep it light! I also liked the bbq pork and bbq pork chop with rice. The shaken filet beef with rice AKA Bo Luc Lac was good but the beef this past visit was a little tough/chewy, maybe it was an oversight but I'll try it again cause it was still very tasty! My only gripe, it's out of their control, but parking has been bad.. the first 3 aisles closest are always packed out. Regardless, get some steps in and try this place out!

Solid restaurant for pho in Aliso. Feels like a mom and pop place so don't go in expecting amazing service. The employees are nice but they won't check on you. If you need something, or have to pay for your bill, you'll have to get up to ask. The pho is tasty and the regular portion is pretty decent. They have many choices for meat. I got the pho with filet and it was delicious.

Updating from 3 stars to 1 star. Not busy at all and came during lunch on a Monday. Ordered bun king bowl and the waiter grunts ugh only. I thought he didn't understand so I repeated my order and he clicks his tongue and goes, I got it I got it. Wtf is that?

Pho King Way has a funny name but seriously good Vietnamese food. It's a casual and convenient spot to grab a meal before watching a movie since it's right next door to the theater. Even though it wasn't busy on a Saturday afternoon, the service was a little slow because there was only one lady working the front who was doing everything. They serve all the typical dishes. Spring Rolls ($6.75) and Egg Rolls ($10.95) are always a must and both were good here. The egg rolls were fresh and piping hot but oddly only came with one lettuce leaf to eat them with. All the food came out quickly but not all at once. My regular Pho ($13.25) with steak came out first. It wasn't the best pho I've ever had but it would satisfy a craving. The broth was a little more tangy than I like. My sister enjoyed her house special crispy egg noodles, Xao Dac Biet ($16.95). It came with beef, chicken and shrimp and the noodles were very crispy. It probably could've used more sauce. My dad's Bun King Way Combo ($19.95) was a huge bowl and the meats had a nice grill flavor. My mom also liked her Pho Tom ($15.25) which had a lot of fresh shrimp. The food here is reasonably priced and the portions are generous. It's a welcomed addition to the restaurant options around the Regal movie theater.

We ordered 2 Pho Chin (cooked beef) and they were both so good!! We just moved to the area and we're so happy we found an authentic Vietnamese spot to get our pho fix. Service was very friendly and prices were reasonable for the area. Great broth and flavor. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Family enjoyed their variety of meat pho offerings and I liked the veggie pho that had a little sour taste. Very attentive fast service and good ambiance in a theater/mall area.

The weather was gloomy and it was a perfect day for pho. I typically order bun (vermicelli) but was craving pho that day. We got there just before the dinner rush and ordered pho, chicken wings and spring rolls. Pho was good, too bad they don't allow to order the same meat so I chose beef meatballs and steak. They only had lemon, we would've preferred to have lime instead, as it just enhances the broth so much more. Chicken wings were solid, spring rolls were subpar. It was kind of busy and it felt that the workers were running around too much. Some of the tables weren't cleaned in a timely manner either. They also have outdoor seating, which would be nice on a sunny day.

You seriously cannot go wrong with Pho King Way -- the entire menu is delicious and feels like authentic homestyle Vietnamese cooking. I'm partial to their fatty brisket pho and the vermicelli noodle salad for mains but when I'm not super hungry the spring rolls are my go-to! There is plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating and the service is top notch! Really love recommending this place to friends and family! Parking is ample in the huge Town Center lot and it is easy to spot. Plus how fun is that name?!

Small interior but good amount of seating, nice and clean inside. Music is at a nice level and good upbeat. Servers welcoming as we walked in. Answered questions about the menu and were very friendly. Pho beef bowl smelled really good when it came out and the flavor was very good. There are quite a few options for which beef you'd like. Roundeye is very lean but good. Very comparable flavor profile to other pho places I've been. Rice combo plate with beef and chicken- good thick cut pieces of chicken. I'm used to thinner slices of chicken but good flavor. Beef -Light sweet sauce which was really good. Side of sweet teriyaki sauce to pour over the rice. Vermicelli noodles with chicken and shrimp - same as rice dish for chicken but shrimp and a good flavor with some garlic. Just about same as rice dish for flavor but with noodles. Thai tea was also really good. Definitely have had better other places but would get again coming to eat here All in all good mix up of food for this area and definitely recommend.

When it comes to trend in pho, it seems to go back and forth between the nostalgic diaspora taste to the more modern food trends in Vietnam. Go to Little Saigon and you're going to get more experimentation with flavor and style, but you'll find the old school flavor that you'll remember from the 90s and early 2000s when you check out some of the heavy hitters in South OC. Pho King Way is a long established local chain, and the new location in the Aliso Viejo Town Center is a welcome edition as a quick meal that's quality with plenty of flavor compared to the fast casual and slower options in the area. The prices are very much in line with the South OC standard, so actually cheaper than Little Saigon, and one thing in particular is that the portion sizes are the real deal here. You're gonna get a lot of noodles and meat if you get a large, which can be paltry elsewhere in the shrinkflation trend across the board. They keep ordering pretty simple as with many pho places, but they also offer bun and com tam that seem like worthwhile options to try out next time. The employees certainly seem like they enjoy it. The name is silly, but the restaurant is as authentic as it can get with its old school no frills no nonsense approach, which is definitely a trend with South OC pho. It's just good food delivered quick, and you'll get a fulfilling meal that's you'll finish faster than sometimes it takes at an alleged fast casual joint. TIP: Can't go wrong with any of the classic pho options.

A new pho restaurant has opened in Aliso Viejo! It's called Pho King Way, so you'll have to excuse the naughty pun but they have really good pho. This pho spot takes over the spot previously occupied by the random braised chicken spot in Aliso Viejo Town Center. We heard it was open from a neighbor, so we decided to check it out. My husband and I were excited to try it on their first day of their soft open. We were immediately seated when we arrived. They currently have a limited menu at the moment, so not everything was available to order, but we will be back to try other things soon. We ordered the large 1-2 types of meat pho bowl ($13.75) with Tai (eye round steak) and Chin (brisket). I ordered the Princess bowl which is the regular size. This bowl comes with your choice of 6 different types meat ($14.25). I chose Tai, Chin, Gau (fatty brisket), and Gan (tendon). We also ordered ice water for the table which they brought out right away. Our pho bowls arrived shortly after. The regular bowl is slightly smaller than the large and it was nice for us to see the difference in size. My husband and I really enjoyed our bowls. The broth was nice and savory. The basil, bean sprouts, lime wedges, and jalapeños were fresh. It was really good. My husband took some of his home while I finished my bowl. Service was great. It makes me so happy to know that I don't have to drive far to get a decent bowl of pho now. I'm so glad they are part of the AV Town Center now. Welcome to the neighborhood, Pho King Way! I hope they eventually expand their seating to the outside patio because our community has been waiting for a good pho restaurant to open. I'm not sure if they are on the food delivery apps yet but they are open for dine-in and take out.
