Love this place! Service was fast and friendly. But I am warning you, do NOT order a large pho unless you want to eat leftovers. Holy cow. It's HUGE!! We had no idea!! My husband and I both ordered large pho (he ordered his with extra noodles) and we ordered a side of noodles for our son. We had THREE FULL take out containers when we left and we were stuffed. We got the fried sampler platter for an app. Dumplings and spring rolls were good. The fried shrimp was too fishy for my taste but hubby liked it. Pho is absolutely delicious. Waking up the next morning hungover, I decided to search for a nearby pho place and this restaurant popped up. We were seated quickly and were taken care of Sabrina. I didn't come in with high expectations but holy cow, they were for sure met. The pho was amazing and customer service was phenomenal. Pho Lan is an awesome Vietnamese restaurant in all of Oklahoma. The prices are modest and the portions are large. If you have children, they have kids options but I usually order a regular portion and have them split it. You will most likely leave with leftovers from your trip. Let's talk about the food - It always hits the spot, the quality is great and very authentic. The portions are large and they come dressed with all the fixings. They have all the traditional authentic style of noodle soups from across Vietnam (Bun Bo Hue, Bun Rieu, Pho Bo, Pho Ga, and even Hu Tieu) and other non-authentic Asian dishes like fried rice and lo mein. The flavors across lo mein and fried rice are very similar in profile. The flavor combos are sweet and salty but still very good. This time I had the large portion of Pho Bo with all the meats (meatballs with tendon, tendon, flank, round, brisket, and tripe. The broth was flavorful (maybe a hint of alcohol in it) but it was not salty and it was very clear. They provided a side of mung beans, basil, jalapenos, and lime wedges. There is also a tray with all the condiments you could ever need. I always spice my broth up with some fish sauce, hoisin, and sambal. You can also make a dipping sauce on the side if you prefer to keep your broth unaltered. The service is okay - they are attentive (especially when it comes time to pay) but it wasn't until we were about to leave that they started to fill up my glass on the regular. I was genuinely surprised about the existence of this place when I saw it. It's definitely a great stop if you're craving some authentic Vietnamese food! It also felt really nice seeing a diverse amount of customers of all ethnicities enjoying the cuisine here. That being said, of the two times I've been here so far, this place has always been busy. They practice social distancing and as a result, limit the number of tables being used. Adding on to that, because they seem to be constantly busy, don't be surprised to find yourself standing in line when you arrive. However, the turnover is typically pretty fast so if you're willing to be patient for 5-10 minutes, you're likely to be seated within that time, Being a southern Californian, I can say that the food here is comparable to the Vietnamese restaurants in West Minister, a place we call home to the Vietnamese community. Food Quality: Excellent! As mentioned above, the food here definitely carries authenticity. So far, I've tried their pho and spring/summer rolls and I can defintely vouch for their quality. As for the pho, I typically like to order the Dac Biet, which is essentially a combination of all types of meats that they have to offer. The soup base carries a light, but flavorful scent which I really enjoy; many times I leave a Vietnamese restaurant smelling like food (which I don't mind unless I'm going to work or a meeting), however, this is not the case here which surprises be considering that their dishes still pack a good punch of flavoring. As for their spring/summer rolls, I'm told that their most popular selection is the shrimp roll. I personally didn't try this yet but their grilled pork summerroll is delicious! If you like to have a good flavorful bite with protein and vegetables, definitely get some rolls! Service: Phenomenal! I really can't remember the last time I've experienced such good service. All the staff here definitely take the time to make sure you're satisfied with your experience at this restaurant. They constantly check to see if you need a refill of water and to see how you're liking your food. Another thing that stood out to me was the fact that it was probably obvious that I wasn't from around the area (probably because I looked lost and was googling things to do nearby), but the waitress spent some time trying to help me answer some questions and give her recommendations / suggestions for places I was looking for. Price / Quantity: They are definitely generous with the amount of proteins in their dishes. I wouldn't necessarily say I would come everyday to eat, but their prices are, in my opinion, set at a good rate. You can definitely leave this place feeling very satisfied spending around $10; however, this is my personal opinion; but I do want to point out that I typically eat pretty large portions (I typically eat about 3 full sized hot dogs before I start feeling satiated) Parking: They share parking with their neighboring shops. However, with COVID and all, I don't think finding parking would be a large issue, even during their peak business hours. No problems here! My overall experience here was just amazing. There is literally nothing close to a flaw I found with this place. My first review since moving here from Denver, not bad! I heard Denver was starting to rival SF as the next best foodie city so I was not expecting to find much here in the okc area but this little Asian bistro was a nice little local find. Relatively quiet, the staff were friendly (didn't talk much) and price to portion ratio was good. The menu items are very conventional, they did not stray from original recipes too far, some might consider that boring. got the crab Rangoon (more like rolls) it was good, filling was tasty and the sauce was good. then got the chicken lo mein, heard it was surprisingly good so I had a taste, pretty good indeed. Absolutely amazing. I saw another review that said it was the best pho since living in Cali and being recent transplants from Cali we decided to give it a shot and pho lan did not disappoint. I got the chicken pho (P7) with egg noodles and he got chicken stir fry with udon noodles. AMAZING. Also note that the ambiance is so calming. So many restaurants are loud and having conversation is impossible. Here the music is soft and voices are equally low. We had a normal conversation talking just like we would at our own dinner table. Also note, I got a milk tea with boba and the boba was incredibly fresh.. nothing worse than taking that first drink and biting into a mushy boba. We will be back! read more

I came from California to visit my sister, I'd heard about the Pho We went there and we ordered 2 appetizers ( samplers , which was so greasy, and calamari which was good) and we had 3 main courses, the funny part was they first brought the main course and when I asked for appetizers they replied the appetizers took more time to cook so what was the point of the appetizers if it got ready after main course The second thing that I really didn't like it, was we were in the middle of eating the food, they brought the check, I shocked because the restaurant was empty and it was still open, On the other hand, the Pho was good and other foods were not that delicious I would never go there again read more

We've eaten here many times and this is my first chance to write a review. If you like Vietnamese food and if you live in Moore/S OKC, Pho Lan Asian Bistro is more than suitable. I have my fave pho restaurant on N Classen but i don't make it there very often. Pho Lan has a great broth recipe and all the pho accompaniments are provided. It's good to dine in or get take out - consistently delicious! I tried the crepe appetizer tonight after seeing it on IG and Oh my it was so good! A fried vegetable crepe stuffed with meat, shrimp and fresh vegetables. Definitely give it a try! My son had the pork platter C13 and he enjoyed it a lot. read more

I had to give a star, otherwise this review would be in the negative. The food here is good but there is a great deal of teenagers running the front of the house. Nothing against teens but in this case they are pretty much on their own left to make terrible decision and talking negatively about customers in plan view. I ordered an avocado smoothie. It took forever to get it and when I finally got it after reminding my server, it had boba in it. I did not order an avocado smoothie with boba. Upon delivery, I advised the girl who was delivering it that this was not what I ordered. I apologized and advised her I needed an avocado smoothie with no boba. She took the smoothie to the back. If you have ever been here you will know that the kitchen is somewhat of an open concept. You see and can hear all the blended drinks as well as clearly see the front end team interactions. Not long after I requested a new drink the same girl popped back up with my drink. She placed it in the table and advised me that they removed the boba. There were still chunks of boba remnants floating in my drink. Not only that, but the beverage was not up to par with what it normally was. Once again when our server came to check, I gave him my feedback. The picture I posted was of the two drinks side by side. There are visible differences between the two. I can only imagine what they do when a customer returns an order for being wrong in the back of the house if the front does this kind of thing out in the open. I am relatively new to the world of pho but I thought it was very good. I met a friend there who frequents this restaurant. We had summer rolls with shrimp to start and they were very good. Served with peanut sauce. Then the pho. I had pho with beef and meatballs and it was very tasty. They have 3 sizes. I ordered the medium but could have gotten by with the small easily. I had hot green tea and my friend had regular iced tea. Altogether with tip it was $25 so a very good value for sure! Every member of the staff had a smile on his or her face and they were very attentive, but not too attentive. Will definitely go back again and try another dish. read more

I got the P2 with Eye Round Steak & Brisket Pho, and omg game changer. The steak was so tender. We did not have to wait for more than 8 minutes for our food to come out. Our server was very polite but didn't offer too many suggestions when it came to what we should try. I got the feeling that she was new but I could be wrong. Food - We started off with some Cha Giò (fried spring roll) which was delicious. It was a combination of minced pork and vegetables served with sweet and sour sauce. I ordered the Pho Tái, Chín Nac (Beef Noodle Soup with Eye Round Steak and Brisket). It came with a side of bean sprouts, basil leaves and jalapeños. Good flavor and plating of the food was great as well. We ended with some Taro tea and next time we are in Moore and in the mood for some Pho, we will certainly stop by. read more

This place is fantastic. The staff is as attentive as any high brass restaurant. The food is consistently great. The atmosphere is nice and a bit more elevated than a typical Asian joint, but the prices are still low -- probably too low. You can tell this restaurant is well oiled machine and managed by a pro. I guess I can only criticize a few minor things. The drinks, teas and smoothies, are inconsistent and not always well executed. The physical menus are nice, but are not designed graphically but o match the atmosphere. The menu reads like a hole-in-the-wall take out place, but the restaurant feels like so much more than that. Also, the lighting is harsh and bright. In the end, there are only minor things left for improvement and, most importantly, this place is amazing. Although Pho Lan might be half a step away from being a truly fine dining experience, it is already a wonderful oasis and great place to dine. read more

I was in the mood for Vietnamese while stopping in Moore and looked up the best places around and found this one. It was absolutely delicious! I'm from New Orleans and have never found the Vietnamese restaurants back home to be pricy until now. The grilled shrimp and egg roll vermicelli was only $11 when most places I've been to are $14+. I loved how all of their vermicelli plates were all the same price when usually adding an egg roll is an extra charge or having more than one type of protein costs more than a dish with just one protein. Also, their spring rolls were so fresh and only $3 for an order of two! I've been to some places were they are $7 for two which is now insane to me. Their food was all so fresh and I enjoyed their grilled shrimp in their vermicelli plate. The service was excellent as well. I will say though, I was not a huge fan of their coffee milk tea. It really did not taste like coffee or a milk tea. I only could really taste the milk, but the meal was so delicious that I could easily forgive that.
