Sister picked us up from Boomer Kia where our car was being serviced and after much research, headed to this place. My favorite dish in winter is Bun Bo Hue so I always select it. This version tasted just as good but had a lot more stringy/fatty cuts than other restaurants. They did have a greater selection of dishes so if we returned I'd be happy to try something else. My sister's selection when presented, while lovely in looks, did not line up with her mental image of the description in the menu. She had no idea what to do with all the components but made do. While it tasted ok, she had a VERY hard time getting the shrimp off the wooden skewers. My husband's vermicelli bowl was as good as expected. We recognize it is not the ethnic restaurants fault if we don't understand their dishes, however my 4 stars is for the excessive fatty strings and tissue connected to the beef, which I collected into quite a pile and took home to my chickens. Less expensive Vietnamese restaurants have more/better quality beef in this dish. Edit: the owner says they do not have shrimp skewers. If you look at the third picture you can clearly see wooden "skewers" on which the shrimp is impaled. Maybe it's semantics. read more

First time at this restaurant, and it didn't disappoint. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, food was made quickly, venue was clean, and it had lots of seating. Enjoyed the beef spring rolls (the meat was wonderfully flavored and cooked to perfection) with the dipping sauce, and the steak pho was delicious. Been to all 3 locations, frequenting the original location on Classen for years. This location is closest to my work, so good for a quick lunch. Came with 2 co-worker friends. Service was nothing special, they are okay, but the food came out fast, which we love. We all got different kinds of pho, and they were tasty. read more

Finally got to try this pho place since I've heard SO MANY PEOPLE HYPING THIS PLACE. OVERHYPED. The restaurant itself is very modern and pretty. Not a typical Asian pho place. Very clean and gives boba shop vibes. The staff was friendly, fairly young and they still have the typical buss boy who pushes the cart for dirty dishes. The must have lol. The food... idk what to say other than I've had better? The pho broth is very bland, thin, and water down. The vermicelli didn't have much flavor either, I'm most disappointed with the egg roll!! I usually finish my egg rolls first and I ended up leaving it alone. The portions was great though. HEFTY and fulfilling. read more

This place could use some management training. The service is slow and the food has a dirty smell to it. I was eating with a coworker when a staff member pushed his trash cart next to us and the stench made me lose my appetite. It wasn't that busy when I was there. He could have waited a bit before cleaning off the table next to us, or at least make sure it doesn't smell like strong garbage before pushing it next to people eating lunch. I've been here many times and the place looks like a decent restaurant until you actually sit down and order food. Once it came time to pay, we were not asked if we enjoyed our food or experience. I did mention to the person running up my tab that the food smells funky and the garbage from the busboys trash cart did not make it any better. The cashier just shrugged his shoulders like okay. Very beautiful atmosphere with great customer service. Food came out very fast and was fresh and flavorful. My favorite was the appetizer fried shrimp (A1.) it was crispy, with tender shrimp on the inside that were great size. My pho with the fatty flank was tender and flavorful which I cannot wait to go back and order again. I've seen some reviews regarding the broth which I cannot really speak on because I added a lot of the table sauces to mine which I'm sure changes the base of the beef broth. I do wish they had a bar or could serve beer though. With that being said, it's a Great place for a chill date night and if in the area again I would return. read more

Incredibly disappointing. First and foremost, the service was quite slow. Secondly, an establishment that charges for water is greedy and just really does not make any sense to me. I ordered pho, but the broth was lackluster and bland. The meatballs were also cut extremely small! There may have been a lot of noodles, but there was barely any meat. Pho Lien Hoa on NW 23rd used to be my go-to years ago, but the overall establishment is no longer the same. We went to try out this location with higher hopes, and it continued to disappoint us. The place however, is well-lit and decorated, and they do take card which is a plus. read more

We had the best experience there today! Our first time visiting. Definitely get the pork spring rolls. Fresh and delicious! Then we all got the beef Pho and were so glad we did. The beef broth base is flavorful and tasty. I ordered mine with rare steak, lean brisket and fatty flank steak. My husband ordered lean brisket pho. Our son got his with steak and asked for extra chicken added. The limes to squeeze were juicy and plentiful. The jalapeños were a mix of regular and super hot. We had three people wait on us and it was all super quick and done with a smile. If you've never tried Pho, this is the place to come! We will be back! read more

Checking out the new OKC Classic "Pho Lien Hoa 3" on South Western. The restaurant is nice with classy decor and very bright as in lots of light. For my meal I tried the Bahn Ceo A delicious Vietnamese classic, every Vietnamese person I've met talks about eating this at home. I love it! Theirs was great!! I'm there on a Wednesday night and it has a steady flow of customers. I'm happy to find this place. read more

I was so excited to see this local chain come South. Parking is easy & the updates they made to the building are great. I ordered springs rolls and when they came it became apparent they were not fresh. The wrap itself was rubbery and the lettuce was starting to turn. I assumed it was a one off and waited for my soup. When the soup came it was really missing that signature flavor. It was SO different from the other locations. Since this location is new, I'm hoping it will come around to what we know and love as Pho Lien Hoa. read more

Love the original Pho Lien Hoa for sure and we have tried this one too. It's very good and would definitely recommend.

My 4-star rating is for the food only which I'll get into shortly. First off, this place is so nice, a real upgrade, aesthetically to the old business they took over. The people are so nice and welcoming. The lemongrass meats are Delicious!! 5 stars. Definitely try any of the vermicelli dishes with any of the meats, you can't go wrong. The meats in the soup offerings are also always fresh and delicious. However, the pho, the lemongrass soup and the pork noodle soup broths have all been bland, as though it's been watered down. I'd give that 3 stars :( I don't remember ever having this issue at their 23rd location.) I tried all the soups in hopes that it's just an issue because this location is new. Hopefully this is the case. But I won't be back for a while to try again because I have better options closer to me (Norman). But I'll be back for the vermicelli! read more
