Perfectly crisp and spicy and not too thick for the purpose. The waffles were nicely cooked and crisp on the edges. Golden brown. I had the pork belly Benedict and my husband had the traditional eggs with an additional side of pork belly. We both left full and our bill was reasonable. Plus their coffee is very good. That said, there were a few things that made the visit less enjoyable. The hightop chairs had no backs and there wasn't enough coat hooks to put my winter coat on.
