Super close to Trader village perched on the corner of West/Eldridge in a small strip center plaza! I love that this place offers a variety of dishes apart from pho, they have rice plates, vermicelli, banh mi, teas, etc. now srsly, reading all the reviews I was still a bit skeptical, but their pho broth is 100!!! clean, rich, and delicious! Their meat is tender and thin, and perfect!!!! My hubs ordered the banh mi and Thai tea. Banh mi was delicious and he praised the flavor and texture of their pork! foodies and patron who dine at Tex-Mex or authentic Mexican restaurants will judge a place by their chips and salsa or fajitas, well patrons who dine at Vietnamese restaurants will judge a place by their egg rolls! And this place is legit! Their egg rolls tasted homemade and came out fresh and piping hot. From the service to the food, everything hit the spot for me! The hole in the wall is surprisingly clean and the condiments and silverware and soup spoons were all really clean and the bathroom was clean too! No funky weird sewer or back door smell lol. Delicious flavorful shrimp pho. I've never had it in beef broth until today and it was delicious. Also the chili crisp oil on the table has an amazing depth of flavor that most restaurants don't offer. The tempura shrimp was great as well as a shrimp fried rice. This place looks rinky-dink because of the location, size, and lack of cars in the parking lot. However, I think this place is worth a try if you're in the area or living near by. I was surprised at the extent of dishes this place has to offer. Typically pho restaurants primarily sell pho with a few other dishes such as vermicelli or rice. However, the menu here is vast and represents many tasty entrees that Vietnam has to offer. They also have some Chinese dishes as well. The service is okay. There was only one waitress/host. The place was empty when we came, with a few other customers coming in later. I think this place seems vacant most of the time because their customers order to-go. The service didn't bother me too much because old school Asian restaurants typically don't have the best customer service and I'm immune to it. lol So think of it like this: order you food, get your food, pay for your food. Anything else in between would require you to get the waitress's attention. We ordered: Orange Chicken - it was pretty good! I appreciated that it was really saucy. Grilled Pork Sandwich - This was decent. Grilled Pork Vermicelli & Combination Vermicelli (pork, chicken, shrimp, and eggroll) - This was decent, too. The temperature of the meats wasn't that hot and the meats were okay. It wasn't bad, but not the best. The portion sizes were reasonable and the prices were affordable. Yay! I found a great new pho place (at least it's new to me) in the northwest part of town - Eldridge and West Rd. I ordered spring rolls and a large bowl of pho. I was hungry so I inhaled the spring rolls before I could snap a photo. They were very large, fresh, and delicious! The pho was also solid. The broth gives me Pho Saigon vibes, and maybe even better. It came with plenty of bean sprouts, jalapeños, and a real lime (not like those cheap pho places that give you a lemon). The service was good - everyone was really nice but not in your face. I can't rave enough about this incredible Pho Ly. When I walked in, I could smell the aroma of freshly simmered beef bones Pho, promising a good eating experience like no other. I ordered a Spring Roll and a combo-beef Pho bowl (Pho Đặc Biệt).  I love the Spring Roll with the peanut sauce, which I added the real siracha(they got).  Pho, there is plenty of filet mignon, flank, brisket, meatball, and my favorite, tripe, piled atop my bowl.  You can taste the difference in every spoonful of their rich, flavorful broth in this bowl of Pho.  Oh, they also offer General Tsao Chicken and Orange Chicken & Broccoli with rice that I'm going to try next time.  Beyond the food, the service is exceptional.  The staff are friendly, attentive.  The restroom is also clean. And let's not forget about the best value for the price.  You get so much more than what you pay for. There are several great Vietnamese restaurants serving banh mi in the Jersey Village / Copperfield / Cypress area, but this may be the best one I've found yet! I ordered a grilled pork banh mi (which, according to DoorDash, is their #1 dish) and an order of egg rolls (their #2 dish). This banh mi was larger than what many places sell. The French bread was perfect - soft and fresh while still having that characteristic crust. I wouldn't be surprised if they made the bread in-house. The amount of grilled pork was more than adequate, and lengthwise cross-sections of jalapenos made this sandwich the best grilled pork banh mi I've had! I've never been here before today but I've passed by it plenty times. I wish I would have ventured in sooner because their food is absolutely amazing. I ordered the pork Bahn Mi for myself, the grilled pork rice plate for my partner and we got grilled pork spring rolls to share. Everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING was delicious. The bread for my sandwich was perfect, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Lots of veggies and meat, a good size portions for everything. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of my Bahn Mi or the rice plate cuz they were gobbled up so fast. I only paid around 28 or 30$ for everything ( but that includes tip) most places I go are 30$ and up. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind. This place is really pretty and has a serene feel to it. That is, until my granddaughters start grabbing spring rolls like they were the last bit of food they would have for a week. There were four of us eating lunch, adults and kiddos, and we were all pleased with what we ordered. First off, spring rolls which disappeared within two or three minutes; so I ordered more. One girl ordered a child's chicken pho, but it was mostly for take home since she stuffed herself with the yummy shrimp spring rolls. My other little sweetie loves vermicelli bowls with pork, so she ordered that and promptly dowsed it with Sriracha (or Rooster, as we call it) sauce. She's only ten! Her only remark was "Well, I think I put a little too much rooster on that ". But she ate every bite. Hubby ordered a vermicelli bowl with pork, and I ordered the Meatball Pho. I love the meatballs! When I saw my plate I was very impressed with the portion size but for me it's not about the quantity, it's about the quality. Everything was cooked perfectly except for the pork chops, it was slightly overdone. I'm not going to say it was dry & chewy like a beef jerky but it definitely wasn't juicy either. I had lunch there earlier this week. The interior is nicer than I expected. My choice was the 1E combination vermicelli noodle salad bowl for about $10. If I remember correctly it was the most expensive noodle bowl on the menu. It came out in less than 10 minutes. A big bowl with a lot of content in it.
