Menu is great!

I am in love with Pho Mai. Best Pho in town. I always feel like their friend when I am here. When I have had a rough time and need some comfort good this is where I go. All the food is perfection. I just met a couple that drives from San Diego to eat the food here. I will forever be a loyal customer. Thank you!!! Small cute place so service is awesome.

First time here and will definitely be coming back! Service was great, very attentive and the food was ready quickly! We had a vegetarian pho & chicken pho with shrimp spring rolls. Everything was fresh and delicious! A very chill atmosphere and they do take out as well! Highly recommend!

We ordered the filet mignon pho and shrimp pho and both were so delicious! Restaurant was well decorated and was not noisy. Service was good. Would come back

Combo pho, no tripe please!! This was good I liked that it had tendon.

My colleague recommended this place to me, since my favorite pho spot closed down. Located off Ynez & Overland in the Food 4 Less shopping center. I love that they open at 10 AM!! The pho was good. Not super amazing but not horrible.... it was good. I would come back maybe for just the pho. It is served piping hot like how it's supposed to be. Broth is not too strong (I can't stand pho shops that put too much "extra stuff" in their broth bc pho broth is supposed to be just that.... bone broth. This place has good broth. Tried their chicken wings and spring rolls and it was below average for me. The chicken wings were very small (like really, really small!!!).... as for the spring rolls, it was plain and the peanut sauce was below satisfactory and kinda lacked that special flavor that peanut sauce is supposed to have. Also, portions are a bit on the smaller end... it could be a little bigger. Service is good though. They're pretty attentive to my needs. Would come back here for pho.

The pho is decent but nothing spectacular. Same goes for the service. Room for improvement but don't see it happening soon.

The best Pho, and the staff is so kind! The beef broth is amazing, I love it with the Vegetable Pho, the spices are sweet and savory.

We are also so happy that we tried it. The best part about the restaurant was the owner. He was so nice to us. We are really happy went into this business and we love supporting mom and pop shops. We will for sure be back. The funniest thing is my 11-year-old son said this is so good. I can taste the anime in my chicken bowl. He's so funny. I would say all the yelp reviews are right then we also got two bowls for kids they were all very customizable. You could add corn you could add greens. You could add mushrooms and overall I would say it's a fairly good price so stop by this place nearby if you're taking your kids to soccer, the owner is really nice. he welcomed us and he also Shared about some of their specials. They have a 2 PM two dollar Boba drink. Also their bowls are gonna be nine dollars for a special period of time. Inside was just nice it wasn't anything too extraordinary. I would say it was average in terms of cleanliness and they do have a bathroom on site. I would say it's worth a visit.

Now here's the part that deserves a slow clap: after a 45-minute drive home in the rain, that pho broth was still steaming like it had something to prove!!! One sip and I swear it put on Barry White and slow-danced across my soul!! Deep, rich, pure bone broth goodness, none of that fish sauce sneak attack. Just cozy, beefy perfection!!! We fully plan to dine in soon because any place that can survive a rainy night rescue mission and still deliver broth that hot deserves to see us in person!!!

There was some cleaning needed in some areas such as the walls in the corner table. I did not enjoy my meal. The bahn mi was $8 and skinnier compared to other places. There was a lack of vegetables that usually come in the sandwich. There was no jalapeño, cucumber, or daikon/radish. The sandwich had an over abundance of cilantro and carrots only, which gave a weird ginger taste that wasn't enjoyable. The beef was dry. There was mayonnaise. The bread didn't taste fresh, was thin, and was dry as well. The drink was $6 and too sweet.

They don't use pate either. Even if the sandwich is not a legitimate banh mi, I thought it was very delicious. I asked for extra mayo and butter and pickled veggies on the side. I don't like pickled carrots or beats. I tried their pickled carrots, and it was not pickled at all. So, for me, I liked it. My husband did not.
