Vegan dish I asked for Tofu and vegetables and they were able to accommodate. It was so good!
    Grace S.

The food, service, and ambience here are really good. The food was amazing! The service was really quick. And it was peaceful, there wasn't many people aside from someone coming to get carry out. If you haven't tried this place you should. They accommodate if you can only have certain things (Vegan) and it's super good and fresh.

Place looks pretty empty and dead inside, but be happy that there's actually good and authentic Vietnamese foods here. Temecula is a cute old town with lots of restaurant choices. Not far from hotels and the Pechanga Hotel Casino. Jefferson Ave stretches pretty far. If you stay near Hibachi Buffet or Holiday Inn Express, Saigon Noodle House is walkable, just down a block and right across the street. Pork and shrimp vermicelli dish was delicious in taste. Typical Vietnamese flavors. Special Pho bowl was served in a square looking bowl. Interesting. Clean and bright inside. There wasn't any other customers dining inside after 5:30 pm while we were there on a Saturday night. Staffs really appreciated having us as customers and they are passionate about making their foods look good and taste good. The lady there was very friendly. $18 for Pho is considered a bit pricey than most, but it's Temecula, so driving a bit further out here is worth the trip. Nothing much happens here. Very quiet. It's not an area with lots of Vietnamese people. Authentic foods are pretty good. One stop is good enough.

I have many dislikes about this place and I have many likes as well. The service is the main reason for lower stars. Every time I'm here the owner lady, who's older, always gets my order wrong. She's very nice but she's always missing a few things I ask for. For example like the sauces or a cup of ice to go with my canned diet coke or my steamed sprouts or sometimes just an entire dish. I think she needs help. Her and her husband I presume are the only 2 there. The food is hit or miss. The pho is bland and the noodles are pasty most times. I usually order stir fry egg noodles. The flavor is pretty good. The grilled pork stuff isn't kicking and screaming with flavor. The nuc mam sauce is sort of bland. I think their stir fry stuff is slightly better than the other types of dishes. All the food are ok with the exception of 1 or 2 dishes that are really good. This place is ok and the owners are very nice. They are pretty fast with their orders.

The place is a bit outdated, but the Pho is excellent. My favorite Pho spot (in San Diego) closed due to COVID and I've been searching for a new place. After eating/searching several location I found my new Pho spot. I also tried a cold cut sandwich. The bread was a bit hard and the meats really had no flavor. The spring rolls (in the pic) were really good. I hope it was a one time thing. Also, the peanut sauce really isn't peanut sauce. I will be back for sure.

Best pho in inland valley!!! Get the squid tempura! Hard to believe any negative reviews on here. If you want great food, come here.

Great family owned Vietnamese restaurant. We stopped in the other night for some pho. There was a man and woman running the place, and they were very sweet. The menu has lots of options, they even have Bun ba Hue on Sundays. I ordered the Pho Thai Nam, my boys stuck with the pho ga. The spring rolls were tasty, both the fresh and the fried. The service was fast and friendly.

Spring Roll appetizer...LOVE the dipping sauce!

A quaint local spot with a very nice and welcoming older woman and man. Lots of seating and ample parking. It wasn't busy when we arrived, but as soon we got our Spring Roll appetizer more guests began trickling in (several to-go orders). Ordered the brisket and flank #11 pho - it was flavorful and not oily. The broth helped warm us up on a cold and rainy Winter day. Will be coming back to try their banh mi...

Before entering the building we were already rushed to have a seat and place our orders. Food came out in a decent amount of time, the main issue was the service after receiving our orders. The servers never came back out to check on us, wasn't offered any drink refills or anything. Once we finished our meal, we waited about 20-30 mins for the bill till finally we had to yell "HELLO!" at the cashiers desk to get someone's attention from the back kitchen. A few other customers had entered the building as well with no greeting from the staff and ended up seating themselves. One couple actually got up and grabbed their OWN menus and had to shout for a waiter to come out from the back kitchen as well. The food was OK, but unfortunately this wouldn't be a place we will be returning to.

Tasty soup, beef, and noodles. Perfect boba drink. Love those pho restaurant!

The food quality and taste has drastically changed for the worse. We hadn't been here in a while but decided to order today. I'm not sure if the cook has changed but everything we ordered was terrible. We ordered Pho with rare beef tendon and brisket....Bi cuon (pork/pork skin spring rolls)...Com tam suon bi cha (broken rice, grilled pork chop, pork egg loaf and shredded pork/pork skin) The issues: 1) All the meat in each dish we ordered didn't taste fresh and had a strange after taste. 2) The Pho was absolutely terrible! The broth was so dark and tasted SO SWEET!!! It literally tasted like Bo Kho (beef stew) Pho should not be that sweet. I'm not exaggerating either. I had to force myself to at least eat the noodles so I at least ate something. They also gave us no bean sprouts, basil, limes and jalapeños for the side garnishes. As I'm writing this review I can feel my stomach hurting as the Pho is settling inside. I am so upset about this!!!! 2) Bi cuon: Again, the meat didn't taste fresh. 3) Com Tam Suon Bi Cha: Meat not fresh, strong after taste. Also tasted like leftovers. Also, the amount of MSG is enormous and I'm trying to get it out of my system asap!!! Unfortunately this will be the last time we come here. I really hope you take into consideration everything I said as a Vietnamese person that knows how Vietnamese food should taste. My reviews are honest. When it was delicious you saw my original review. Now something drastically has changed and I hope you guys figure it out and fast.

They also provide gloves and steak knives which is so refreshing. Oxtails are easy to over cook (or even reheat) and this place is legit when they can master that. The friendly male staff greeted us and seated our party immediately. The menu was really large and diverse. We started off with summer rolls which were yummy and we each order bowls of pho. I opted for the combo large pho which was packed with proteins and the broth was temperature hot and really hit the spot after all the wonderful wine tasting at Doffo winery. You know how it goes. When you have something in mind to eat, your palette anticipates eating that. The mind says, "no substitutions, please." When we arrived, the menu offered more Thai dishes, but I noticed most of the clientele opted for Vietnamese dishes and pho. Nice menu! Nice people! That's always a good start when eating at a new restaurant. We ordered spring rolls, chicken pho, beef pho and two Thai ice teas. Then I noticed a sign saying "give a review on yelp or google and get a complimentary Thai ice tea." Done and as promised, here is my review. Firstly, thank you for giving us two Thai ice teas for this one review. That was very kind of the lady that served us. Honestly, I would have given a five star review regardless if there was a free Thai ice tea offer. We enjoyed everything we ordered!!! The beef pho seemed bottomless. I kept finding more meat under the rice noodles. The rice noodle was plentiful. No skimping here. The soup was tasty and comforting for both the chicken and beef pho. It hit the spot and now we have another pho place to go to. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality and delicious food.
