We love this place and have been coming for over 10 years now. I always get the steak & brisket pho, it has so much flavor and a lot of meat, not to mention their chili oil is amazing too. We are also loving their newer menu items like the snowy wings & the kimchi pickles. The wings are huge, hot, crispy, and delicious. I literally crave the kimchi pickles all the time too. Excellent fusion spot! If you're torn with what to eat at night, this place has a great selection of Korean, Vietnamese, and wings. I got the honey garlic wings, pho, and bibimbap. The wings were good sized, with a mix of flats and drumsticks. They were super crispy and had a generous amount of sauce. They fry the wings to order so you won't get any soggy ones. The bibimbap was huge. Definitely enough for two or enough to have as leftovers. It had a generous amount of protein and a variety of veggies. The pho broth was flavorful as well. A lot of pho places omit onions but this place had a good amount of thinly sliced onions on top. The restaurant was very clean with any tables of different sizes available. The broth is very rich. I suggest if you're in the DuPont and Lacey area. The place is really cute on the inside enough space for all your friends and family . My go to is the beef pho , but recently tried the beef and flank pho 10/10 . If you love spring rolls go here they're nicely priced. They do have an in house tea which is corn tea never heard of it before but i really enjoy it. The service is always pleasant when we go and the waitress is always so sweet . This is my family's go to pho restaurant in Lacey. The broth is clean yet flavorful (regular & veggie). We also get the chicken teriyaki with salad. Underwhelming. We got the shrimp pho and 6 pc egg rolls. The pho was so bland, the broth lacked depth of flavor, which was very disappointing. It tasted extremely watered down. The egg rolls were ok, nothing special, and very small. read more

This is by far my favorite place to eat at in Lacey. I discovered this place my senior year of high school (it was my now husband and I ) first date and ever since I have brought my family, friends and kids here we have all loved it. My family and I came in for the first time for dinner today. Let me just say that we are all so upset that we didn't discover this Gem till now. The restaurant was very clean and the service was awesome. It was a busy night but our Server killed it and took such good care of us. They had a huge selection of options so you know that we had to try a little bit of everything. We got the Pho Tai, it was the perfect blend of seasoning and freshness we were craving. The gyoza & spring roll platter was gobbled up within minutes so I wasn't able to get a picture to add but just trust me and order it. We also got the pork & chicken platter that came with rice and salad for those who don't feel like having Pho. The biggest highlight of the night was the Korean Spicy Wings. Our server gave up gloves which was a godsend for eating these jumbo wings. It had amazing flavor, the perfect crispiness and the spicy kick gave it the heat to seal the deal. We almost skipped out on bubble tea but realized that was a dumb idea so we got it to go even though we were full. I've never had chocolate before and if you haven't as well, you need to. My daughter got the milk tea which I loved too because it didn't have a strong flowery taste like other milk teas. I'll be trying the honeydew and Thai iced tea next so I'll report back once I do. This place is an absolute gem of the area. The broth in the pho is the best in this town and they provide ample food for each bowl. It appears they either par cook the meat or they fully cook and leave it to stew in broth, making each meat absolutely succulent and delicious. Cautious of COVID, the person who takes your order stands well far back from you when ordering and the tables are set appropriately apart. Definitely one of the best places for pho in the Lacey area. We came here on Father's Day and my husband was given a free drink which totally put a smile on his face. They also gave my daughters free snacks. For food, I got the everything pho and it had the perfect ratio of noodles and protein. My husband got a bulgogi bahn mi and it was so good. We also got an order of their honey garlic wings. And the reason I'm taking one star down is because the wings were too covered in batter and too sweet. I should have left my review about 2 years ago when I first came to this spot! They've been a solid choice since the beginning of covid. They are one of the few restaurants that I can say hasn't wavered in quality and service. The veggies are always fresh and crisp and they are always attentive and smiling. We have found our favorite place in Lacey. This is our second time here and the food and service are just as good as the first time. The wings are so good. We have had the Korean spicy wings and honey garlic wings. The honey garlic wings remind me of Bonchon. We've also had their teriyaki chicken and pho. Everything we've tried was delicious. The service is 10/10. There is only one waiter but even though there were several other customers, our food came out quickly, he checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. Came in on a Monday afternoon with my husband...we are both congested and wanted something hot and with us being from Hawaii, we were looking for some good Pho. This place was good, the spring rolls and gyoza were good too. My pho was tasty and it was a huge portion! They have small, large, and super size. I got the large which I could not finish. I'm not a pho connossieur, but the broth is good and is even better once you add everything (sriracha, hoisin, chili oil, thai basil, lime juice, bean sprouts, jalapenos) The large is big enough for me and I usually have some left over which I like to take home. I think it's only like 70-90 cents more for the x-Large, but I mean.....I just can't handle that big a bowl just yet. Gotta put my big boy Depends on first. Only kidding. All the vegetables look and taste very fresh, and there usually is a big helping of my favs like the baby bok choys and onions and etc. As a vegetarian, the tofu is usually just right (for my taste), and not so much tofu that all you feel like you're eating is tofu. Overall the pho is just what I'm looking for. I usually get a strawberry bubble tea. That is also usually very good. I have had bubble teas that are really watery or don't have much flavor at all or the boba freeze and stick together in a clump or melt too quickly and the bubble teas I've had here are never like that. The jellies are good too. The bubble tea itself is usually potent and has really good flavor. Anyway, everytime my friends and I leave here, we are always full and usually don't have to spend more than $10 with bubble tea or milk tea or whatever specialty drink you get if you get one. Sadly though it isn't much atmosphere. It's usually not too busy when we go even in the evenings. I think it's that shopping center. There really isn't much over there and you can hardly see it from the road. Anyway, that makes it where you can park directly in front of the building. Pho Mania is worth a try in any phomaniacs book. You may be pleasantly surprised. read more

Went here for lunch because it has pretty good reviews. Ordered the chicken pho and it was okay. Same pho as everywhere else so I think I had high expectations. They put too much sesame oil in the broth, it's very strong. Got the egg rolls as well and they were too chewy for me to like them. The bahn mi was pretty good, but they don't use picked daikon which I like and ordered extra of. It was just a ton of shredded carrots. The eggrolls were almost all wrapper, the filling was almost non existent it was very strange. We had a small mishap when we visited on the way to the airport. We ordered three sandwiches but only one was made. It took 45 minutes and the cashier going to the back twice to get the other two sandwiches made. Two other orders came out while we waited and we had ordered 20 minutes or more before the other customers even walked in the door. The cashier was super nice and maybe it was an off day. But I'm not sure what went wrong with the eggrolls. read more

Will not go here for Pho or spring rolls again. I really appreciated that they were open late. We usually get Pho at Pho Hoa across from Trader Joe's but it was closed. So, we drove out to Lacey to try this place. The owners were very nice. They respected that I was allergic to shrimp and made accommodations. We ordered a large steak and brisket Pho, 2 summer rolls, and a Thai Tea. The Thai tea was great! The summer rolls had almost no basil to speak of and were mostly lettuce with two pieces of dry pork in it. So, not as good as I am used to. They were quite large though. The Pho. The broth was very good. The meat and basil were about half of what we usually get from Pho Hoa. We got more bean sprouts and noodles than Pho Hoa. What I liked about their noodles was the firmness. All in all, I think it was a toss up. If Pho Hoa by Trader Joe's was closed I'd come here again but I don't think I'd drive all the way to Lacey unless I had to. read more
