They are SUPER nice, love the customer service. So many options! The menu is diverse as far as tea drinks and sweet drinks. Hot drinks and smoothies! The first time we tried it was pho based. Everything amazing from the tofu and the beef. We split a bon mi 3 ways just to sample. Definitely going back again next week. Prices are great. Tonight I was making a ramen dish and wanted to have an option to round out the meal. I ordered spring rolls and fried tofu for my vegetarian kids. I love the options, price and people! It's been awhile isnce we've eaten here and we visited an hour before closing and they were crowded. That's good to see. The lady who greeted us was friendly and we were seated immediately and Mom enjoyed her pho and I tried the chicken wings, which were delicious, but I needd a little bit more of that delicious sauce. The restaurant is small and very informal, so you pay your check at the cash register so that you're in and out. One of the things I really liked about this place were all the anti-bacterial gel near the doors, at the cash register, all over the place, so that everyone keeps it clean. read more

First of all, may I say we are surprised Pho and Baguette received such low ratings. Totally understand different individuals experience different encounters, but in our visits, we certainly consider this place to be quite good. We are not locals. We simply drop by every time we are on our way to the Seattle area. Every time we needed a break, Pho Baguette's sign (on I-5) always appeared at the right moment. As a result, we often dropped by to get some Pho before continuing our trip. Each time we visited, the food was good and the service was nice. The two ladies who kept the place running were friendly and went to every table asking everyone how their day was. When they saw me reaching for my fiancé's Pho, they quickly grabbed an extra bowl so we could share, which I thought was very sweet. About the food. Since the shop is called Pho and Baguette. We decided to follow the suggestion and ordered a Pho and a banh mi. I have tried many Pho places in my life and I can tell you their Pho was good. It had a clean broth, was savory, and was served hot. The amount of meat was decent and there were a lot of rice noodles. When we read others' reviews saying the food portions were small, we scratched our heads and thought "huh"? The banh mi was delicious as well. The bread was fresh and crunchy, while there was a good amount of veggies and meat inside. All and all, we enjoyed our meal and left satisfied. Again, I understand different people have different experiences. Our experience was pleasant and we heard other customers say they enjoyed their food as well. Personally, I would recommend Pho and Baguette, and would most likely drop by on our next road trip. read more

We recently visited, first time since they had their grand re opening. I had the vermicelli salad with pork and egg roll. I am always in search of something like I grew up eating at Saigon Rendezvous downtown Olympia. #8 the pork was a bit charred on the edges and sooo good! This was good but still not quite what I wanted. I would definitely try it again! Husband had yakisoba with chicken and a little spice. Next time we will try the Pho and fried rice! Staff was very friendly. They are set up for a small amount of sit down dining but looks like most of their business is take out. Definitely more of a fast food dine in experience. read more

The Pho is good but the broth lacks depth of flavor. 7/10. The spring rolls are always great and a nice size. 9/10. The Pad Thai is good but like the Pho lacks some flavor and can be a bit dry. I love the food here! The new owners have done such a wonderful job whipping this place into shape these last couple years! The staff are warm and so friendly. I don't get why this place has three stars because it should be five. Maybe because it was under the old ownership but Din, Kim and the rest of the crew are absolutely the kindest, and most wonderful people in the business. The food is excellent and they have taken the time to build a relationship with us. You know how cool it is to just walk in and they automatically know your order, ask how you are doing and generally care about what you are up too? We get our pho and boba from them almost weekly. First time trying this place, I am always looking for a good Vietnamese place with good food. This place didn't meet my expectations. We ordered two things off the menu: beef pad Thai and chicken bahn mi. The bahn mi was lacking flavor in the pate and mayo sauce. The veggies were not very fresh and the jalapeños hardly had any spice. I had to add siracha and hoysin sauce to my sandwich to make it more flavorful. The chicken was moist but just lacked flavor. The pad Thai did not have a good peanut flavor sauce, kind of bland and watery. The portion was also small for the price of $16.75. The bahn mi was $10.50. The area was clean but small. If you want really good Asian food, check out the Fortune Casino in the hawks prairie area. Their food is delicious and worth the price. read more

This place is a gem!! It's under new ownership and the food is PHO-nomenal! I ordered the steak and brisket pho and a spring roll. The pho was amazing -- the broth is flavorful without being fatty, there was a ton of meat, and they didn't skimp on the extras like bean sprouts and basil. The spring roll was fresh and light with yummy noodles and shrimp served with a delightful peanut sauce. I was so full but my mouth kept wanting more. Plus, it's a woman-owned small business. WORST PHÔ-KING PHÔ I'VE EVER HAD! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Ordered 2 vermicelli noodle bowls with pork & egg rolls. First off, the portions were TINY! For $11.99 it was BULL. Secondly, the pho itself was gross. The pork was NOT grilled and charred like typical Pho places and it was not lemongrass flavored. It was nasty plain old unseasoned pork that had to have been heated up in a microwave. The texture was mushy and the chunks were small and disgusting! I have been back several times. Protein portions are very small for the price. In fact, if you order anything other than pho, the portions are small. This place would get at least 4 stars if they hired a little help to clear tables and seat guests. The food is pretty decent but the pho broth was a little salty. By salty I mean perfect for me but too salty for most tastes. The day I ate here 06/05/19 about half the tables were dirty and in need of clearing. Noting that the owner/chef/hostess was the only visible worker in the place I will give them a pass. The pho was good, but my Vietnamese Iced Coffee was pretty terrible due to the restaurant's lack of sweetened condensed milk, substituted with some horrible French vanilla creamer. Well in a pinch, decided to try this spot out. Don't get me wrong super glad they were open, due to the shut down and all. I consider myself a phoa expert, but I won't go back. The chopped meat looked like dog food, not sliced steak. The super small "large" I ordered was child sized, especially when I was super hungry... The flavor was okay at best, but. my biggest complaints were the meat and brown sprouts...probably very close to expiration date. The make-shift wanna be spring rolls. I'm not quite sure where to begin... I knew I should have left from the beginning when she started upselling me, thinking I should buy 4 sandwiches instead of just one. And what an awful sandwich it was. The bread was inedible and the little bit of pork that was on there could have sanded the callouses off my feet. One slice of jalapeno--yeah, thanks. And "pate mayo" is a joke. Very little pate and the amount of mayo on there couldn't have filled a teaspooon. I was so disappointed. Needed a quick dinner solution, so I placed a to go order through DoorDash ($0 delivery fee, woo) and it was picked up from the restaurant about 20ish minutes afterwards. I ordered a medium chicken pho and a pad thai, medium spice. The pho broth came warm but I opted to heat it up more; I feel that this is necessary for any to-go pho experience, though, so I don't knock the restaurant for this. You can feel differently about that if you would like. *shrug* Anyway, the pho had nice flavor and the chicken was not dry (as it can be oftentimes imo). However, I do prefer the broth at an establishment less than half a mile down the road. The chicken pad thai was also tasty, but for $18 (DoorDash price) it seemed to be a small portion. I placed my order 25 min before ordering closed, so I'm not sure if that affected the portion size we were given. TLDR; Food was tasty, but would probably only order here again if the neighboring establishment was closed or I was in a similar situation for dinner as I was tonight. read more

Was getting new tires at Costco and didn't want a hot dog for once. Tried this pho place out since some soup sounded nice. Also ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee. The iced coffee came out first and was an instant mix pack. (Could still see and taste powder) The pho was lukewarm and quite bland. Service was great tho. Super friendly.
