Fried Egg Rolls

Delicious - just like how I remember from my last visit years ago. Of course the only test for a Vietnamese restaurant is their pho so we got the pho special and it was excellent - you can really taste the aromatics with a really nice balance - not a strong star anise flavor which of places make it too strong and overpowering. Then we got the grilled chicken vermicelli bowl- another delicious dish. The nauc mong sauce was just right -again, not too sweet or salty which is also tricky with this sauce. (In general that's what Vietnamese food is all about - getting the right sweetness to off set the salty fish sauce flavor. In any case, this chef knows the secret recipe!) The owner is really sweet and welcoming and this is located in a shopping center so plenty of parking. Come with a hungry tummy, leave with a happy belly! Enjoy!

Disgusting food... the pho soup was very yellow around the bowl.... a sign that it's not homemade and full of grease. It literally tasted oily too and had barely any flavor. The noodles tasted very starchy and weird. There were so many flies around this place.... The guy serving us was like a robot when talking to us, not much personality. When he finished taking our order and went into the "kitchen" (aka area with a curtain) he was coughing up and hacking up a storm... it was pretty bad. I would not recommend this place.

Love love love this place. I moved to Olympia recently and am so glad I found Pho 102. The craziest thing though, I don't usually get pho here!! I love their Bun Bo Hue and Bun Mang Vit. The Bun Bo Hue is a spicy beef noodle soup with a lot of lemongrass flavors. Its seriously spicy! They are not afraid to season it. It does miss out on the pork hock but does come with the pork blood. I'm drooling just thinking about it. The other dish I usually get here is the Bun Mang Vit, a bamboo duck noodle soup. It comes with a cabbage salad on the side with some bone in duck. Such a delicious dish when I'm not feeling spicy. Sometimes I like to get their crispy egg noodles when I'm not in that soupy mood. That's rare but its good also. I always get the seafood add tofu for some extra protein!

The food is so good here that I almost hate to give away my favorite spot for Pho. The spring rolls are simply marvelous. They have shrimp and pork inside as well as basil and noodles. The service here is always friendly and they are able to adapt to food allergies without any fuss. The ambiance is nicer than most Pho locations as this one moves to is present space just two years ago. So, this is the place for Pho is you want to enjoy a really good bowl of various noodle bowls. They also have a great menu for those who want other dishes.

We have eaten here many times over the years. The food quality has been up and down. Staff are nice. Today we ordered #20 Vermicelli salad with pork and egg roll. And #26 Chicken Fried Rice. They were okay but in the future this definitely will not my first choice.

Delicious flavorful broth. Ordered 1 spring roll, 1 order egg rolls, 2 orders of beef eye of round/brisket pho. Plenty of food for leftovers, and so delicious. Ended up ordering another pho to go. Service quick and efficient. Took a few minutes to get a water refill, but overall very pleased. Large dining area with plenty of tables. Establishment is clean and tidy.

The food here was phenomenal. Definitely some of the best Vietnamese food I have had. (My favorite cuisine). We ate in the restaurant, was quiet but nice.

Honestly it's alright but unfortunately the quantity of meat in the bowl isn't much so you would expect the quality to be very high but honestly it isn't either. Would prefer one or the other!

The pho was ridiculously salty, and the meat was really over cooked. They were closed during normal hours last time I came to try it

I know I need to get some pictures on my next visit but I don't want to wait to write this review…read more I've been here twice and I'm sad I didn't discover it 3 years ago. I only live a mile away. They are SUPER nice, love the customer service. So many options! The menu is diverse as far as tea drinks and sweet drinks. Hot drinks and smoothies! The first time we tried it was pho based. Everything amazing from the tofu and the beef. We split a bon mi 3 ways just to sample. Definitely going back again next week. Prices are great. Tonight I was making a ramen dish and wanted to have an option to round out the meal. I ordered spring rolls and fried tofu for my vegetarian kids. I love the options, price and people! Not in that order. Very clean and good vibes.

The lady who greeted us was friendly and we were seated immediately and Mom enjoyed her pho and I tried the chicken wings, which were delicious, but I needd a little bit more of that delicious sauce. The restaurant is small and very informal, so you pay your check at the cash register so that you're in and out. One of the things I really liked about this place were all the anti-bacterial gel near the doors, at the cash register, all over the place, so that everyone keeps it clean.

I ordered a Large Beef Pho, that costs almost $20 (includes tax), and requested Meatball, Tendon, and Tripe (per the menu that allows you to select up to 3 cuts of meat). Instead, I was only given 2 cuts: steak and brisket, which was not what I asked for. First and last visit from me since the restaurant can't be bothered to provide correct orders. I rate a pho restaurant on how authentically Vietnamese the food is and how the restaurant appears, being a Viet born from Saigon myself. I still ate the pho because I already paid for it, and it was just average at best. The broth was lukewarm, noodles were too al dente for my preference, and the best part of the pho was probably just the steak. When I visited the restaurant, there were several tables filled... but I noticed there was only maybe one Asian customer.. Typically, if you go to a good Asian restaurant, you'll find customers with similar ethnicity dining in, which hints at the quality and authenticity of the food. Their menu also didn't list a special pho or "pho dac biet" compared to other restaurants I've been to, which usually is a combination of listed ingredients, and my go-to so I can taste a bit of everything. Maybe it's their "Combo w/all cuts" but that doesn't tell me what comes with it. The service was nice enough. I was greeted when I arrived and my order was taken correctly, but somehow made incorrectly. I had high hopes for this place, since it's close to the mall and I like the name of the restaurant. But with my order being made incorrectly and the pho tasting average, I'll pass on coming back here again.
