The food is good but I actually value the experiences and folks who work there more. There's zero pressure in this place, I have anxiety and will look for places that are comfortable and this place makes me feel at ease and like i'm at home. They're very thoughtful! And genuinely care if what you order is good, you can tell they mean it and would remake anything for you. I love the uncle who seems to be there all the time. Lowkey they remind me of home a lot, and their genuineness for others is evident.

This place used to be a bit pricey but good. But now the broth is thin, the meat is less in amount, and the noodles were tiny shards of broken mess. Do they wish us a short life?? How do you mess up noodles when the actual dish is about noodles??? Not happy.

The place looks very clean and spacious. I was immediately pleased when they didn't question me when I ask for the fatty oil for the broth. The broth was amazing! It's perfectly balanced, not too sweet or salty. It's full of flavor and you can tell instantly the broth was made with good quality ingredients, not just flavored with lots of salt or msg like a lot of pho restaurants. I ordered the combo, the noodles were perfectly cooked and every type of meat I had tasted delicious. I even had to ask for extra broth bc I liked it so much. Even though I was very full, I knew I had to ask for iced Vietnamese coffee because I was excited to try it after having such delicious pho.

I was treated differently than the other customers there. They were short with me and avoided eye contact. Other customers were greeted and taken to their seats and given menus and were given water. I wasn't. I came to the counter and asked if I should sit anywhere and later I asked for a menu. I asked for my chicken sandwich without jalapeños but they put them in anyways. They served my girls Pho without any sprouts, mint or lime. When I asked for it, he said it's a kids Pho so it doesn't come with vegetables. I was so confused. I told him kids eat veggies too. He was so annoyed by my request but I just wanted the authentic set up. I asked if they had any other options besides the beef broth, and he said that's the only one they serve. I asked what kind of broth the veggie pho had and he said beef. As far as ambiance, the place needs a renovation. It's outdated and loud tv plays in the background in Vietnamese. Decor doesn't make sense. It was too many dining red flags for me so I do not recommend this place.

Before we walked in the server already had drinks and juice on the table for us. My little one is picky but he loved the teriyaki and rice. My husband finished his fried rice! I had to order 2 sandwiches to go because it was that good!!! The salad was a refreshing touch to the teriyaki and beef. It seemed like they had regulars because when they walked in they called them by name and asked if it's the same order they're getting. The food was delish!

I was referred to this spot by a Yelp friend. I have to say, right when I walked in, I knew it was going to be good, just based off their pictures of dishes all displayed on the wall. I'd ordered the Mau Special PO1. I had to order the beef short ribs with the eggs. The broth was amazing, & eating that with the short ribs together was a combination like no other. This place was so good, that I'm returning today to try another spectacular dish

Haven't visit this place for over two years now, so give it a try. Two impressive things: 1) as I was seated, I was given a bottle water. This is nice because I always hesitate about the glasses being used for water as some of them are not very clean. So, I am great full for this. 2) I ordered Vietnamese Iced Coffee and asked for only half sweet and wanted the coffee made fresh. It turned out exactly as I ordered. This is very rare as many places take the short cut by making the coffee in advance and store them in the refrigerator until someone ordered and they take them out and serve them. I hate those because they taste terrible. So, I am very impressed with these two things. I ordered the short ribs with rice. The food was very flavorful, but the meat was so rough and chewy and I could eat them. It was definitely some cheap beef and was very hard to chew. So, the dish was wasted. Secondly, the TV had slimey monsters movie on and it really did not help with my appetite. It would have help with more sales if the TV had food program on. Instead it has slimey monsters. I was happy to see the restroom was clean.

The beef stew was all cuts of fat there was like no actual beef. Didn't look appetizing at all. Spring rolls were not good either.

No monosodium glutamate added! You know, that evil additive we all know as M.S.G. I recognized immediately that their chef used to cook for Pho To Chau at the Great Wall Shopping Mall. A conversation about broth and its features revealed that their soup base is concocted from cooking bones anywhere from 8 to 10 hours. HIGHLIGHT: Their Vietnamese beef stew pho (Pho Bo Kho) distinguishes itself from the traditional Viet beef stew with its large honking pieces and a totally different preparation method. If you have ever eaten this at Pho To Chau, it's very similar. At first, I thought the meat was chewy but then I discovered it is about how you eat it to fully enjoy[1]. Here's how I do it: take the big piece of beef, PULL it apart and eat parts of it at one time dipped in the salt/pepper dip. You can create the traditional Vietnamese salt n' pepper dip by combining 1 part salt to 3 parts pepper and squeeze in several lemons in a separate dish. Wow, what a difference this change made! In regards to their regular pho, the broth has enough depth and can compete easily with the surrounding areas. At most pho places, a way to add additional flavor to your pho, if you choose to do this, is ask for "Nuoc Beo". Nuoc Beo is actually a flavoring oil that is saved from the fat that floats to the top as the broth is cooked. This adds a fatty component that rounds out the richness that some of us (ahem) prefer. 4 stars - rounded up from 3.7 due to a clean dining area, friendly folks and decent food. _____________________ Note: [1] I used to just put the whole piece of beef in my mouth and started chewing...WRONG WAY!!!

They tasted fresh and delicious as a great way to start the meal. I also ordered a grilled pork banh mi. The sandwich tasted great and had a nice balance of sweet and heat with the jalapeños. It had generous amounts of pork, pickled carrots, cucumbers, cilantro and jalapeños. Together, the flavors came together nicely. It is one of the best ones I've had. The ambiance was modern, nice and clean. They had nice background music playing. The employees that waited on me were nice and friendly. Their service was also good. Looking at the menu, they offer several noodle and rice dishes as well as pho. I like the number options available and look forward to trying other menu items in the future.

Anyway, when we opened the food containers, we saw how big the portions were and how nicely each were packed. The quality and taste of each item were great! Definitely met our expectations. Enjoyed eating all of the entrees, which had great flavor and seasoning. Will definitely order again next time from this establishment when we are in the mood for Vietnamese food!!

Luckily I saw Pho T & L was open and I've had this place saved for a while so this was the best timing to try them out. We arrived and it was pretty busy and we weren't sure if we seated ourselves or someone else seats us as it took a few minutes for us to get noticed. After a little of standing awkwardly near the entrance, someone noticed us and motioned us to sit near the check out area which you do need to go up and pay rather than wait for someone to drop off a check. We were given waters and menus and given a decent amount of time to decide what we wanted. My friends got a lemonade with tea, Thai tea, shaking beef and combo vermicelli while my boyfriend got the shaking beef and egg rolls and I got the Bun Bo Hue and spring rolls. My boyfriend got his egg rolls and I didn't get my spring rolls until after everyone's' order came in so I have a feeling that the employee who took our order forgot or the kitchen forgot. There was no apology or anything for it either. I got my food first, after several minutes the shaking beef came out and after another a while my friend got his vermicelli bowl. Luckily we weren't pressed for time but it made it awkward as we didn't get our food at the same time and it took a bit to get them. I am a slow eater so I guess it worked out that I got mine first but I also didn't receive my spring rolls until I brought it up once we received everything else. The food was phenomenal and our friends said their drinks were perfect too. I did enjoy my Bun Bo Hue, though I did make it a bit more spicier with their chili oil. They have plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate all party sizes. They do have a bathroom but you have to go through a long, scary hallway to get to it. The tables have probably the cutest container for their chili oil but I appreciate that they have napkins, sriracha, hoisin, and utensils on the table. The employees don't really check in often and they didn't really come by to fill our waters until we were down with our meal. The service was also pretty much non-existent, it wasn't rude but just felt rushed and cold.
