This place was so good. We got the shrimp fresh rolls, beef and meatball pho, and panang curry. Along with Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee. 5 stars for food and drinks BUT we did encounter some problems. There was a small bug in my girlfriend's pho (that didn't even come with the meatballs), and there was lipstick on her cup of water. We didn't let the waiter know because we decided to eat it anyway, and just asked for a straw for the water. We're pretty laid back people. Exciting to come back here. They have remodeled the restaurant and have new menu with many Vietnamese tradition dishes. Xiu mai chao was so good. Meatball was soft and savory. The sauce that came with it is delicious. Bread for dipping goes well with the sauce, its perfect combination. Pho broth was amazing as well. Best pho I have ever tried. I had the pork bahn mi. It was pretty small and there was no pate, which I think should go on all bahn mi's. Didn't have very much pickled vegetables on it, also light on the meat. The flavor was good though. It was on a very small plate, which means there breadcrumbs all over the place. My brother had the pork and sausage rice plate. They forgot that it came with the egg roll. Me & My boyfriend have been going here for about a month now here and there, We usually always get Pho with a extra side of noodles. This is one of my favorite spots in Olympia. Itts only about a mile from my place and me and my partner love to come here. The service is always so nice and the food is always fresh and delicious. Not from Olympia but I was running errands in the area and I was wanting pho for lunch. I yelped the place with the most stars and this place did not disappoint. I love crab Rangoons and order them anywhere they are available. Rating a 4-- The crab Rangoons were just okay but the pho was amazing! I got the Pho Saigon bowl with everything in it. I always taste the broth before adding anything. The broth was probably the best I've had in a while. I can tell they use high quality meats because the brisket was *chefs kiss* The brisket is nothing like other pho places where it's brown, dry and over done! AMAZING!!! Eat here! Don't be fooled by the old exterior, which we thought was very cool after we experienced the inside, after first being unsure. Inside is modern and clean and lovely. The food was authentic and delicious. Pho broth was legit- especially loved the tendon, brisket and steak. Had plenty of good options for kids. Boba was a perfect dessert. We are especially impressed by the young man doing everything! Granted it was mid afternoon and slow, but this extremely nice and energetic guy ran the dining room and kitchen. Went around 1 pm on a Tuesday and there were a good amount of people in there, not crowded though. Interior looks very clean and nicely decorated. It looked like there was only one person taking orders and cashing people out, but the service was friendly and timely! Ordered the BBH (bún bò huế) and Saigon Pho Bowl. Portions wise, I think they give a decent amount of meat, noodles, and veggies! BBH - comes with some thai basil, shredded cabbage, beansprouts, and lime on the side. Overall, not really that great in my opinion. I don't think I'd order it again. The broth had flavor (it isn't spicy though) but I still felt like it was missing something. The brisket that comes with it was really soft and tender! I'm not a fan of the other meats though. There's also pork blood but I didn't like the texture of it. I'm normally used to it being mostly smooth but this was really flaky and fell apart quite easily? Saigon Pho - they use thick noodles! it was pretty yummy and flavorful. Would recommend. 3 stars because I wasn't super impressed with what we ordered but the other options on the menu look pretty interesting! I would come back again to try other stuff. read more

This place has the best broth I have ever had! Very tasty! It was so good, I forgot to even add sriracha and hoisin. I also ordered pad thai and to my great surprise, it was fantastic! I can't remember ever finding a Vietnamese restaurant that can do good Thai and vice versa until now. It's a rare thing, for sure. It doesn't look like much from the outside. The sign is elegantly old snd the interior lacks charm, very brightly lit and sterile, but the food is amazing. This restaurant came highly recommended for its pad Thai and it did not disappoint. A generous portion toooed with shredded carrots, bean sprouts, peanuts snd a sauce that was spot on. I asked for 3 star out of 5 and it was perfect, just enough spice to flavor without overpowering it. The peanut sauce for the fresh spring rolls was dense, creamy and perfect. This place is so cute and SUPER clean in the main eating area. They've done amazing things with this old building. The bathrooms leave something to be desired though and did have fruit flies in them. The guy cleaning the place is meticulous. The food is above average and I would eat here again, however each dish did cost about $2-3 more than I ever pay anywhere else so I'm not running back here. I suspect they may need to have higher prices due to their location downtown? Which is another issue altogether and no fault of the restaurant.... it's surrounded by homeless people begging for money and smoking drugs. But that's really downtown Olympia in a nutshell, unfortunately. We walked half a block and didn't quite feel safe. I've never been glared at for telling someone I don't have a dollar before. So just be aware- if you can find a spot directly in front of this establishment, that's your best bet to avoid the afore mentioned issues. read more

We ordered the tofu banh mi, steak and tendon pho, vegan egg rolls, and pork egg rolls. The food was delicious!! The baguette was so good! It was light, crispy, and savory. Amazing. I ordered via door dash and it's a good 25 min from my house. But the food arrived hot and delicious. Honestly I had low expectations because the other Thai food I have tried in town has been serviceable at best. This food was really good. I ordered again the next day because it left me so happy. One of the only restaurants that was open on Memorial day and I had honestly never even considered going here before then. I ordered Pad Thai with tofu. At first I was skeptical because it had chopped lettuce on it with the carrots and cabbage. I have never seen this before in pad thai. It was AMAZING. the crunch from the lettuce was nice touch. I ordered a 2.5 star spice heat, explaining that 2 isn't enough and 3 sometimes is too much and they nailed the spice level! It was perfect with the spice building while eating but never too hot. I loved it so much that I wanted Pad Thai again the next day (I know.... indulgent) so I ordered it from my normal spot (thai pavilion) and it was a huge disappointment because the one from Pho Na Saigon Rendezvous was so good! The food was amazing!!! The owners were so friendly! We got free Thai Tea for any entree we ordered. We got Banh Xeo, Bo Ne, Crispy Garlic Chicken and PadThai. The Banh Xeo was a so delicious the shell was so crispy and that is perfection right there! Bo Ne comes with 2 sunny side up eggs with marinated beef steak that served on an hot iron plate, the steak were so tender the eggs bottom crispy but the yolk still nice and runny. Crispy Garlic Chicken over the top here! The sauce is outstanding! PadThai was so crazy! Every bite was full of flavors and the spice level can be make according to your desired!
