If I could afford to eat here more often I would. 4.5/5 only because I wish this place was available for DoorDash. In Hinesville you can see a lot of Chinese food options and a couple hibachi options. But if you want Pho?!? This is the ONLY place to go. Not to mention the fresh spring rolls are delicious! If you're feeling you need a good recovery (21+ crew) get the ramen dish. I promise this place has great food. Everyone who works there is always nice and welcoming. New owner!!!!!! We've been coming to this place for almost 4yrs. Service sucks here now! My husband placed an order over the phone got to the restaurant to pay for his food the employee didn't want to ring him up to pay for his food, is it possible that employee thinks he was an imaginary customer? LMAO!!! so he had to watch a few people pay for their food while that same employee rang other people and let them pay for their food while he stood there watching. Wtf! was that all about!? Was hopeful for a new pho place. They didn't have what I wanted, no tripe, no tendon. So I was going to order some wings. They didn't have any. So I order spring rolls. The shrimp didn't taste particularly fresh and the sauce was bland. My cousin got the beef pho, I tried his, wayyyyy too salty. Order the boba tea, both of our teas were overly sweet. Finally a pho place with some flavor! And it's in Hinesville which is a plus. I recently came here and put in a to-go order for some bubble teas and rare beef pho. I walked in and was greeted immediately and ordering was simple. Though just an fyi they have to charge 50 cents more for pho takeout, which is a little different but what's 50 cents. They also informed me that the only true bubble tea flavor they have was the chai tea, every other flavor ( taro, avocado, strawberry, melon etc) came in smoothie form which with it being so hot was totally fine. I came during none lunch hours so the wait was actually really fast, and the lady who took my order was so sweet. I got my stuff pretty quickly and headed to my husbands job so I could bring him his smoothie, then headed home with my soup and let me tell you I was in heaven. There's a few places in savannah that offer a pho but totally miss the mark for me but here, this is the real deal. Though the pho is a little pricier than I'm used to it was so worth it! The broth here had flavor!!! I know that should be bare minimum but every pho I've experienced here so far has missed that first crucial step. There was a good amount of noodles, jalapeños, beans sprouts, onion and meat as well. I'm actually not a big meat eater so for me I was shocked with how generous they were with the meat. Their menu isn't too big, but if pho isn't your thing they do also offer teriyaki, fried rice and a few other staples. And like I said service was really friendly. For this being a newer place in town they've really made sure to execute all aspects of the food industry offering both authentic flavors as well as great service. read more

I had to take my Little One to the hospital and after a long wait in the ER (nothing serious), it was way past our lunchtime and we were starving! There were two places I've wanted to try when in Hinesville, so I gave her the choice between Korean and "Noodle Soup" (aka Pho) and you guessed it, she chose Noodle Soup. Parking - Center lot in a strip mall. What we ate - Pho Chin Nam (well-done brisket and well-done flank), size Large for $11.95. Once we ordered, they brought a small plate of the garnish (wedge of lime, sprig of Thai Basil, bunch of bean sprouts and a few slices of jalapeños). It was a proper bowl of pho, with the expected amount of the 2 kinds of beef, thinly sliced onions, green onions, chopped cilantro and a few pieces of culantro as well, which was unexpected. Restaurants do not usually serve Pho with it (I'm assuming due to the added cost) but the culantro added more flavor to the soup. I liked it. I liked it a lot. Service - Our waitress was very attentive and not overbearing, considering we were the only diners in there at the time. She was cheerful and very polite. Brought us everything we needed and asked for. Vibe - It recently opened, so it's still very new inside. Simple set up and decor, bright and clean. When you walk in, the open kitchen is to the left and seating to the right. They also have this table in the far back on the right, separated with a small divider wall. There were employees or maybe family, sitting there conversing and it was kinda nice that they thought of that, to have a private enclosure from the customers. You sit down and you get service at the table , but you get up to pay at the cash. Kid-friendly - They have a Kids' size pho, but IMHO, it's just better to share a bigger sized pho. I think $7.25 is too pricey for the size. For us, the Large was perfect because it was around 2:30pm by the time we were there and we needed something to tide us over until we got back home, just to eat again for dinner! I'm so glad to have found a proper Vietnamese restaurant, meaning just simple Vietnamese menu, no fusion, or offering a dish of each country in the Asian continent to make everyone happy! The only thing I wish is that they would offer Summer Rolls or Spring Rolls (whatever you call it, depends on which area you come from, but the non-cooked, fresh, rice paper rolls). I also wish they offer Vietnamese Coffee, the strong kind that is served in a stainless steel coffee drip maker over an empty coffee cup made with Sweet Condensed Milk accompanied by a tall glass filled to the brim with ice and a long spoon! The only problem is, this is a long drive out for me, but will definitely return when I am in the area. read more

I tend to eat large portions of food. Since this place just opened, I paid about 15 dollars for the largest portion of pho they had and with the largest variety of meats. I ate about 2/3 of it before I was full. Expensive, but generous portions for the price. Very pleased, will come again. This is by far the best pho I've had in the area. It was excellent. They made my spring rolls with tofu by request and the peanut sauce was great. My husband and I had the rare steak pho which was perfection. They talked my son through which kind of milk tea to order and they were really sweet with him. He approved of the strawberry flavor :) It was all around great customer service. Clean. We all were very excited to find this new gem. read more

Not good anymore like it used to be. The soup had no flavor. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls were super salty.

The food is ok, overpriced compared to all the many Pho places I have been to. The meat quality is subpar(see attached pic) we ordered an extra large A3 and all of the "brisket" was fat and I literally got 1 piece of rare beef. The noodles were all stuck together so when I tried to pull them apart after pouring in my broth, they all broke into small pieces. This is the 2nd time we have eaten here, we came back hoping that the first subpar experience was just because it was the 1st week they were open, but it's no better than the 1st time. They only have 9 tables for dining in so even if you want to sit down and eat, good luck and then when you get it to go( because you have no choice) they charge you .50c for a to go bowl. The to go sizes are definitely not the same size as eating in, they're smaller. I will spend the gas money and drive to Savannah or Brunswick from now on. read more

I think Vietnamese food in Hawaii spoiled me too much because my expectations for this place were high but I felt a bit let down. The food was okay. I got a large chicken pho and egg rolls. Now the egg roll stuffing did not taste flavorful and I could taste the oil on the dough which made me not want to eat it anymore. The chicken pho was alright, but it felt like they just boiled some chicken, cut it into blocks and dumped it in the broth--was not as tasty as I hoped. Maybe they had an off day? The food is authentic. The whole family has something to eat. Everyone has their favorite dish but EVERYONE LOVES THE FRIED CHICKEN.

Food is straight-to-the-point traditional pho! Flavors are great, restaurant is clean and the service is good. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because there's not as much meat given in the soup nor is there as much variety of foods / drinks as opposed to other pho places. We usually go with large groups of friends and some friends will get a normal tasting pho broth while other friends end up getting saltier broth so keep that in mind if that's something that would bother you. Other than that, we will continue to go here while we're in Hinesville as it's a fantastic place to eat and no major complaints. read more

I did find it odd that the chicken pho has big chunks of meat instead of the smaller shreds that I'm used to. Luckily that's an easily remedied problem.
