I tried Pho Real for the first time last night and I'm really happy with it! I ordered the pho special which comes with thin steak, beef brisket, and beef meatballs. The meat was so tender and the broth was so flavorful. I think broth is always hit or miss with pho but Pho Real does it right! It was just the perfect thing for a cold winter night. Also, I just have to mention the fried chicken wings with the honey sriracha sauce. I will be dreaming about those wings until I can get them again! The breading was so crispy and the sauce was perfectly sweet and spicy. I also LOVE that it was bone-in wings, the meat just falls off the bone. Please don't skip the wings!! Pho Real has cafe vibes and it's a good spot for a casual night. It has alcoholic beverages as well as bubble tea. Unfortunately, we went on a Wednesday night and that's the one night they don't serve boba so we didn't get to try it. But that's okay! This place is a real winner with fantastic pho. We were promptly sat down at our seats at the window. The window seats are fun because of the great people watching in the busy area. We were brought menus and water, but then didn't have anyone come take our order for over 10 minutes. I ordered the Pho Special and it was delicious, especially with the addition of fresh sides and chili oil. As we are only halfway through our food at best, the waitress comes by several times wanting us to cash out, which seemed odd but not a big deal. We're spoiled because we live in the NY-metro area and we've had the best-of-the-best in Vietnamese. Pho Real ranks up there with some of the more delicious pho experiences. We both got a bowl of pho, which was extremely tasty. My partner asked for his minus the noodles, but with extra veggies and the staff complied perfectly. We started our meal with the shrimp spring rolls--stuffed with fresh herbs and vegetables, which provided crunch and great flavor. The staff is extremely eager to please, very friendly and accommodating. And the service was very quick; we were able to resume our road trip on schedule. 100% recommend! read more

This pho, my first, was a performance of flavor. If you personally are like, a self-declared connoisseur of pho, idk I can't speak to whether or not you'd dig it. But, if you're like me, a neophyte who generally enjoys a captivating, piquant dish, I'm confident you'd please your stomach. Even my dad, a guy who could easily subsist on mashed potatoes, like not even seasoned mashed potatoes, found Pho Real to be altogether satisfying.
