we LOVE this place. Best pho in Colorado! The broth is so delicious and the service is amazing! Our family comes here at least once every 2 weeks. I usually get meatball and it has the perfect flavor! The pork egg rolls are so good as well. Once in awhile we will get the veggie pho; which is also insanely good. Awesome awesome awesome!! We dined in and got a LOT of food! The portion sizes are way bigger than we expected so that makes the prices definitely worth it! And that's that the prices are good. I'm talking we got spring rolls, two pho, pad Thai, and a bahn mi and it still was only about $43!! And soooooo delicious!!!They were SUPER attentive and checked on us often. They were slightly busy and still took great care of us, even helping me pack up my food to go! If I didn't live in another state (I'm visiting right now) I would be here all the time! Clean and very busy shop churning out pho, rice plates and noodle bowls to the masses in downtown Littleton. They were very understaffed and only had two servers for a filled restaurant so it took at least 7-8 minutes just to come by and take our order or acknowledge us (table of 5). We ordered the cream cheese wontons and pork and vegetable egg rolls for the table which were plump and delicious. We then ordered a variety: beef rice plate x 2, beef noodle bowl, chicken rice plate, chicken fried rice and iced coffee all around. The protein was well seasoned and packed with flavor but had half the amount of meat you'd find at a typical Vietnamese restaurant in the Denver area. The fried rice was good after doctoring it up with more soy sauce. It lacked a bit of flavor but we fixed that. Lastly, the coffees came when we finished the meal. I understand it takes a while but I've had Vietnamese coffee at least a hundred times and it doesn't take 45 minutes to steep. I would give this place another star had they been fully staffed, but waiting to put in our order, waiting for coffee and waiting to pay the bill ended the night on a sour note. read more

Ok, it might seem a bit strange to give 5 stars when writing a review that criticizes the business, but that is what I am doing..... I Have been to PR more times than I can count, but always for Pho, which has always been awesome, hence the 5 stars. Recently, however, I ordered shrimp fried rice and, if this review were based solely on this meal, it would get 3 stars at best. For me, fried rice has to be glistening with the oil it was fried in. Not dripping, but glistening. This rice, however, looked like the kind that isn't really fried at all, but tossed with soy sauce to make it look browned/fried. It was dry and lacking in flavor all around. I get it, reviews such as this are nothing more than our opinion, and in my opinion, fried rice needs to look and taste like it's fried. It's my mistake for ordering fried rice at a Pho joint, which is something PR does really, really well! And, again, 5 stars. I will definitely be back to PR and leave the rest of my Asian food desires to restaurants that don't specialize in Pho. read more

This is a solid Pho shop in downtown Littleton. I have only ever been here in cold weather, but it sure hits the spot! Service was fast and friendly and the large pho is massive! Well worth the price. I will say that on a whim, I tried a noodle dish other than their pho and it was just ok - not enough sauce, mostly plain noodle on a bed of lettuce. Minor complaints about this place add up to an "only OK" experience: - Not able to customize order - Menu is not transparent with upcharges (e.g. if you order spring rolls with shrimp, it will cost $1 more than what is on the menu) - The spring roll, while made fresh, is not authentic in its ingredients - The peanut sauce for the spring roll was also not authentic -- overly sweet/syrupy (made from a mix?) and the flavor was wrong - Small quantity of veggies -- not quite enough for a small bowl of pho, let alone for the medium bowl ordered - Restroom was totally out of paper towels read more

Have to be honest: I hadn't even heard of Pho Real until my man told me about it. It's a bit further than I normally travel for my pho fix (though I suppose south Havana isn't exactly convenient to visit very often) but it did the trick. The ambiance reminds me of a Gordon Ramsey make over with clean, modern touches, pho-related quotes painted against a white back drop. Simple yet inviting. The broth is good. Not the best I've had but certainly not the worst. The pork spring rolls came out with shrimp in them as well, which was a nice surprise for me but might not be for any non-seafoodies. As for the main attraction: Plenty of noodles, a good amount of steak, and good amount of sprouts. My only real gripe was with the lime. It was missing. Likely due to the shortage the world is experiencing but the lemon that was served in its place was an alright substitute. Oh, and only two slices of jalapeno. Granted this was per plate & each person receives their own. And I didn't ask for any extra, so it musn't have been THAT big of a deal. Service was friendly, though yes, we did have to wait for water a bit but the food came out very quick. All in all, a good option if you're in the area. I couldn't eat it all but could not take home due to the movie engagement. The broth was enhanced by the fresh jalapeño slices and bean sprouts & mint leaves.
