Hard to tell from this photo, but the sriracha looks like it's been sitting out for a long time--starting to turn a brownish orange color...

We had high hopes, but alas it didn't quite meet our expectations. The decor is clean and beautiful. By the way we were greeted to the decor and even the feel of the menus, we went in thinking it would be excellent. The service was great, but we were the only customers inside. Not a single other person while we were there for whole an hour. That should have been an indicator, but we gave it the benefit of the doubt knowing it was a grand opening. Our server was so friendly and quick to get drinks. Three of us wanted to try the home made Thai tea that was advertised on the board. There is no nice way of saying it...the Thai tea was quite possibly the worst Thai tea I have ever experienced. It had a very odd pungent almost old dish cloth taste to it. All three of us sent ours back immediately after the first sip. Avoid. Entrees faired much better, but still just okay. The tonkatsu ramen had a pleasant broth and vegetables were fresh. The ramen noodles were cooked perfectly. The pork was tough and hard to bite through. I had a combination noodle bowl. I wish they added friend egg roll to their combination like most Vietnamese places, but it didn't come with. The meat was flavored okay. It was fairly plain and they used a lot of iceberg lettuce which just feels cheap and added a little bitterness to the noodle bowl. The meat was cooked well except the chicken was dry. My daughter got summer rolls. They looked very plain as well. And my husband got a different type of ramen with fried chicken which comes on the side. The chicken was delicious. The broth was underwhelming. We will not be returning. Hopefully they can elevate some dishes, add more flavor, and fix their Thai tea recipe.

Amazing find! Clean, comfy seating. Amazing food! Friendly service. Definitely will be back.

Good food with a large menu of lots of options! Whether you're in the mood for soup or not, there seems to be something for everybody. Everything looks and smells great when you see it coming out. Service was good and we got out of there quickly.

Super good Pho in Littleton and great location. Very friendly service, bar counter is perfect for party of 1 or an afternoon meetup with friends. The ambiance is very inviting and perfect for date night or an early evening with the family.

So many yummy items in this photo.

I've been here a couple times now and both times everything I've tried (which is a lot) has been so wonderful. The food is filled with tasty spices and they have the best sauces! The staff is also so wonderful, very sweet! The business itself is cute and clean, I feel super comfortable eating here! Also, I just ordered takeout for tonight and they gave me a free bag of their crab cheese wontons, not sure why but I sure do appreciate it! They were delicious. Can't recommend this place enough, it's worth the 25min drive for me!

I recommend planning ahead with a reservation, as they can get busy during a dinner rush. We were visiting Colorado for a quick weekend trip and were floored by the food here. While the rolls all sounded great, we opted for an omakase experience. It is priced at market value, so I imagine this could vary over time, but they had three tiers for omakase, which I thought were all fairly priced for the amount of food included. We opted for the highest tier, which was $120 pp, and it was incredibly filling with high quality cuts of fish and a thoughtfully curated menu. The sushi chef who took care of us was incredibly kind, and it was clear he put a lot of care into the food he prepared. If you're on the fence, hop off and make that reservation and come hungry for the omakase experience!

A poor excuse for a sushi restaurant. This place feels cheap in almost every way imaginable. They…read moredidn't even have real wasabi, which already tells you everything you need to know about the quality here. The sushi menu is tiny compared to any legitimate sushi spot, and the menu itself was filthy. Not "a little worn," actually dirty. First impressions matter, and this place failed immediately. There was also zero indication whether you seat yourself or wait to be seated, so customers are left awkwardly standing around wondering what's going on. To make things worse, the entrance feels bizarre and rundown, like you're sneaking into the back of a storage building instead of entering a restaurant. If you want real wasabi, go to a proper sushi restaurant. This felt more like a watered-down imitation than a real dining experience. 1/10

In general, it's been a laid back, go-to place to get a meal that will be much better than average for the price. I've been many times since before and after COVID, and it was one of my favorite repeatable spots in Denver. However, the crew totally dropped the ball with our visit today. My wife ordered a tonkatsu ramen and got a chicken tonkatsu set instead (chicken cutlet, not bowl of ramen). To not make it weird, we just let that one be for the greater good of the table because it was our anniversary, grandparents were visiting, and we are here often. Our hamachi kama (one of my favorite dishes in the entire city, normally something I'd highly recommend on this review) was never sent to the kitchen, leaving us waiting for over an hour with two young kids at the table who had finished 40 minutes before. I watched the staff's confusion from my seat, even after we had been told that it was on its way. It was never even started, and it was obvious. That stuff happens, but it's hard to hide what happened in an open kitchen where you can hear what people are saying. But then after they had the "oh crap" moment, it wasn't even expedited. It was gonna take so long that it wasn't worth getting, so two people had to leave our not-busy lunch without getting the main thing we brought them to Ototo for. We were asked to wait for the dish, waited 15 more minutes, and it was not even close to ready. And while I appreciated the apology, the manager initially just tried to "take the dish off the bill," a dish we never received. So he basically tried to do nothing because no restaurant would charge for something that never came out. After I pointed this out, they took off part of the check, but that attempt at nothing under the guise of a comp was crazy. I've easily spent thousands at Ototo over the years. I've sent tons of people to Kizaki, Temaki Den, and the others. This will probably be the last time I go to Ototo. If you read some of the recent bad reviews, something is not working here anymore. I hope the otherwise amazing service at the other Dens can find its way back to Ototo.

From the moment we sat down, it was clear that the service here operates at a different level. Our server was exceptionally well versed in the menu and sake pairings, explaining ingredients, preparation, and flavor profiles with confidence and genuine enthusiasm. You can tell the waitstaff is deeply trained to understand the food, beverages, and how everything works together. Their sake recommendations were spot‑on and elevated the meal even further. Every dish we ordered was executed beautifully. The miso eggplant was silky and deeply flavorful, perfectly balanced between savory and sweet. The miso black cod was rich, flaky, and melt‑in‑your‑mouth tender, while the mixed seafood tempura was light, crisp, and impeccably fried without a hint of greasiness. Each appetizer showcased refined technique and restraint. The Colorado steak with truffled potatoes was another standout. The steak was cooked perfectly and paired beautifully with the earthy richness of the truffled potatoes, easily holding its own among the sushi offerings. The moment that truly made the night unforgettable was the Osaka‑style pressed sushi served aburi‑style. It quite literally changed my son's life and opened his love for sushi. We ended up ordering several more of these incredible bites of salmon, topped with mayo and lightly flame‑kissed, resting on perfectly seasoned sushi rice. The fish here is so clean, well cured, and expertly prepared that I strongly recommend ordering a side of fresh wasabi--it brightens and elevates the flavors even further. The lobster sushi and scallop sushi were also exceptionally fresh and delicious, reinforcing the level of care taken with their seafood. Dessert was the perfect finale. The green tea tiramisu was light, creamy, and indulgent without feeling heavy. To cap it off, our waiter brought us yuzu and lychee sorbets, which offered a refreshing, citrusy finish and showed thoughtful hospitality. As we were leaving, something small but meaningful stood out. All of the sushi chefs looked up, raised their heads together, and warmly thanked us with sincere goodbyes. It was a gracious, heartfelt gesture that perfectly reflected the hospitality we felt throughout the evening. We cannot wait to return.
