Food was good, but a little less spiced than I expected and prefer. Serving size is pretty large. It looks like a take out place where you order at the counter, but they do table service, and the waiter was good.

Egg rolls. This is all it came with; I would have liked some lettuce and other greens to wrap them in.

Given the great reviews, I was hoping for authentic Vietnamese food. However, nothing we ordered seemed that authentic. The pho noodles were of the dried variety. The plate of bean sprouts that came with it only had literally 3 mint leaves on it. The vermicelli for the bun thit nuong was slightly hard. The egg rolls and spring rolls were also somewhat lacking in size and taste. It was fine to fill our stomachs as a meal, but I would look elsewhere for "pho real" pho.

All the food here is good. I usually get either chicken or tofu pho or the vermicelli. But I got one of their skillets the second to last time I visited, and it was delicious! I really recommend one of their skillets. Their taro bobbas are also really tasty. While the building is small, I never feel crowded. The restaurant is very clean. I could use more frequent water refills though. The staff is friendly and give off the "family restaurant" feel which I really like. (It IS actually family owned and operated.)

We were traveling from Tallahassee to New Orleans on Wednesday and found this place by chance. What a lucky find! The food is delicious, all homemade (we even saw them filling each egg roll by hand) and super fresh. Plus it's a family business which is so great! Everyone is super friendly and we tried so many things that we loved, including the beef strew, fresh summer rolls, taro boba, egg rolls, sesame balls and bun (vermicelli noodles). We enjoyed it so much that we decided to stop again today on our way back to Tallahassee. This time we tried the pho which was as amazing as you would expect with a name like Pho Real! Go support this local gem!

This place is definitely a must try! I decided to switch it up a bit and see what this place was all about. I must say that I was blown away with the customer service, very friendly and attentive. I ordered the short rib and pork. Both were seasoned to perfection and had authentic flavor. The short rib was my favorite, meat just fell off the bone. Highly recommended!

Amazing and fresh, as always. I've never had anything bad here and today was no different.

We had their pho tai, banh mi thit (pork), and egg rolls. We came in when the restaurant just opened and service was good; waitress was friendly and attentive. We've tried all the pho places here and this is by far the best pho broth I've had (tastes like my mom's homemade pho) and wasn't salty like other pho broths at the other restaurants in Pensacola. Quality meat in both the pho and banh mi. The bread on the banh mi was perfectly cooked (crispy on the outside and soft on the inside); meat was well marinated and cooked. Definitely recommend. read more

Pho was with vermicelli noodles (like pad Thai) which disappointed me. Other than that liked everything. The iced coffee was strong, small quantity though. Service was good, food was fast and fresh, and price was reasonable. The noodles maybe a deciding factor for me though read more

The man at the cash register was very nice, I got food to go (which I'm glad about because they were quite busy)! So I took my daughter here because she is a big fan of pho. I had vermicelli with grilled pork and it was delicious!!! We also had the shrimp spring rolls and I ordered egg rolls cause I needed them with my vermicelli. I enjoyed both very much. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was a perfect match. Clean, cute restaurant! The place was packed, and only had one gentleman waiting on tables, answering the phone, and taking walk-in orders. He was pleasant and was clearly doing the best he could. He notified me that they sold out of sandwiches which was really disappointing. We ended up getting pho to go, and it was decent. They did a really good job with packing the order for take-out. In terms of flavors -- I wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had, but it was good. I felt like I was hoping for just a little more too. I'd get it again, but would likely need to order more food. One large soup was not enough. We also tried the fried shrimp spring rolls - delicious. read more

My husband and I are from out of town and by chance, picked Pho Real for our lunch today. It was top notch! The restaurant is immaculate, the customer service was outstanding, and the food was fabulous! It was a great experience and wish we had time to go there again before leaving town. The staff explained the food choices as we had not had Vietnamese food before. They were so full of personality and charm, we felt right at home. The food was absolutely delicious and encourage others to visit this lovely establishment! Great job to all! read more

The menu is small. I tried the chicken pho. I really enjoyed the broth, it was well developed and had nice aromatic flavor. I liked the pork spring rolls, but wish they offered another sauce. I prefer a sweet chili sauce with spring rolls. The egg rolls are nice and crunchy. read more

This place served sandwich that should be thrown away. It might look good but it is spoiled. The owner suggested us to order the sandwich. I asked for cold cuts, and was given pork with bread that tasted like soil and the meat stink up our trash can. The owner/staff might be chatty and nice but not to be trusted for your life. read more

Finally an authentic PHO restaurant on the NW end of Pensacola!! I went to the grand opening to give it a try today! The "Pho Real" bowl was so fresh, flavorful, and good!! I could eat this every day. Authentic noodles, flavors and hospitality. So friendly and polite, you want to come back the next day. I have eaten here so many times but I always get the same Pho with Chicken. From what my friends tell me, everything else here is amazing. I would give 10 stars if I could read more

I'm going to get some food from here that I can say is terrific and the last time when I was here it had to be cooked like homemade meals as my friend made in his kitchen and I can't wait for the next time I do read more
