Nothing left over. Perfect experience. Highly recommend the Bahn Mi.

Must try for great Vietnamese food. Five of dined here and everyone loved it all. Spring Rolls And Gyoza were great. Bahn Mo sandwiches were great, the French roll is perfectly crispy. Service is outstanding, super friendly.

My husband and I were walking around Pensacola and in the mood for a late lunch and place to cool down while exploring the area. The restaurant is situated close to a food hall/food truck area. They had an extensive menu of Vietnamese options. We are big fans of banh mi sandwiches and opted for the pork and boom boom shrimp ones they make. The staff and owner were super friendly to us throughout our visit and told us the bread/hoagies are made fresh every day. Your food comes out on a cute robot device. Both of our sandwiches were delicious. We wish we had this place in the area where we live, but will definitely be back next time we're in Pensacola!

Everything I had was great except the pork in my bahn mi was roughly about 80% pure fat, which kinda ruined my experience. I couldn't stomach eating all the fatty pieces, so I had to pluck them all out, leaving my sandwich with pretty much just the bread, veggies, and cilantro. I'll probably give it another chance in the event this was just a fluke, because otherwise I really enjoyed the flavors and freshness of the ingredients.

Absolutely fantastic pho, noodle, or sandwich spot, super impressed with the seasonings and service! It just opened this year and I LOVED their cute little robots bringing out the food/dishes. We had the Rare Steak Pho and the Chicken Stir Fry noodle for our meal, and the crispy gyoza/ Vietnamese spring rolls for appetizer. Definitely check out their bubble tea menu too! Gorgeous decorations with warm lighting and a relaxing ambiance accompanied by a beautiful mural with scenes from Vietnam await you!

Decided to try this new downtown establishment to test out the Pho. Great service. The soup was really good but the serving was a bit small for the price. Although that is probably more of me adjusting to this crazy inflation train. The robotic food server was a nice tech touch. Literally a nice touch since petting its ear shows your gratuity. Overall, nice restaurant venue worth exploring for an Asian delight.

The service was great. They have a robotic machine that delivers the food. The food was delicious. I was extremely full. The ambiance was inviting and quiet. I was able to read my book and enjoy my lunch with no problems.

I really enjoyed their yogurt drink, OMG so good. Best place to find real Vietnamese foods. Definitely be back!!!!!!

You can make a meal with a something similar to a bowl of ramen, or get tapas. We opted for tapas, 2 per person is about enough for a normal meal portion. In order of my preference, we ordered the following: 1. Ribs. The ribs were out of this world, and I don't even like ribs. They had a ginger, soy/teriyaki flavor, lots of tender meat, so good I used the sauce with the fries. 2. Tuna tacos. They were present as large chunks of seared tuna with excellent toppings, and hard shells. I would have preferred soft tacos, but still excellent. 3. Bao chicken bao cow. Very good, 2 steamed buns with meat and veggies, similar to a mini banh mi. 4. Ceviche. Good, but a very small portion, enough for 5-6 bites, not with the price per portion. 5. Duck fries. Good flavor, but no longer offered with poutine, which is what made it stand out in the first place. Not very original compared to other dishes. My wife also bought the kiss of the prom queen drink, which was extremely tart, which she loved and I hated ha. Mandy was our server, very friendly and genuine with perfect recommendations. We brought our baby too, no high chairs available, but we brought our own portable one.

Will not be returning and a highly recommend you go elsewhere downtown. 1. Spare pork Ribs were frozen in the center. Opinion: They clearly heat up pre-cooked from the freezer. Sauce was phenomenal on these, if they are cooked thoroughly next time this could be an excellent appetizer. 2. Side of Bok Choy was also frozen in the center of the largest piece. Opinion: Heated from frozen and precooked. 3. Chicken Kung Pao Fried Rice was soggy, had zero flavor and was overwhelmingly salted. I would have preferred a 3.99 rice bowl from the freezer aisle in Publix over this garbage. 4. Pensacola Spritz cocktail was almost entirely sugar and tasted like a Shirley temple. Server was nice and ambiance was fine. Utter shame this slop steals business from local businesses that put in a respectable effort. (Comments above are opinions only based on a in person visit June 2026 and should not be taken as statements of fact. I have no way of knowing if the food is cooked from frozen. )

I've been meaning to try this place since it opened and decided to check it out for my birthday…read moredinner this year. Four of us went and we all enjoyed it. Our waitress was incredible, very knowledgeable and patient with my families questions about the menu. She made the experience that much better! Food wise we had: -seaweed salad (standard but yummy, 7/10) -spicy cucumber salad (a table favorite, 9/10) -potstickers (another favorite, my niece is ready to return for these alone! 10/10) -chicken clay pot with rice (really good, but I wish there was some veg in there or something? Kind of one note, but still tasty. 7/10) -short rib clay pot (I didn't try this but my sister enjoyed it, 7/10) -Panang curry (a go to favorite, my niece is very happy to have another place in town to get it! She gave it a 10/10, I give it an 8. It was a little fishy for me and I prefer more liquid.) -eggplant in garlic sauce (this was a mixed reaction. My mom ordered it upon the waitresses advice that it wasn't too spicy but it actually ended up being too spicy for her to eat. I enjoyed it a lot though the texture of the eggplant was perfect and the flavors were very well balanced although it was the spiciest thing we had.8/10) -creme brulee milk tea with tapioca (I love boba but this was kind of boring.6/10) -cotton candy milk tea with rainbow jelly (14/10, the best I've ever had I think. We will come back for this again and again.!) Overall it was a really great experience and the pricing was quite reasonable, we got all that plus a couple sodas for $108 before the tip. The atmosphere is good, well lit, roomy booths, very clean and we liked the music.

Nothing too fancy though. The prices were a bit high. I ordered a curry dish. I was not too thrilled about the taste. Everyone ended up taking the majority of their food to go. I ended up paying for the 4 of us,and it was over $100.00. no way was this considered a top class place , more casual. One dish was a seafood one and it had imitation seafood in it. For the price it should have had some real scallops or lobster. It was fake, and a couple of pieces you had no clue what it was supposed to be. Everyone agreed when we left that there were better places in the Pensacola area and much cheaper. The food I'm sorry was not exceptional or anything I'd have to go back to get. I have lived in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Silicon Valley, and I've eaten Vietnamese food…read morethat many would call world-class. That's the benchmark I bring with me. This chef in Pensacola clears it. What separates this place is discipline. The broth is layered and deliberate--clean yet deeply expressive--showing patience rather than shortcuts. Every garnish serves a purpose. The waffle egg rolls deserve special mention: the balance of textures, from the crunch of the patterned exterior to the flavored softness of the interior, shows a craftsman who understands restraint as well as flavor. What's most impressive is how the chef elevates ingredients that aren't flown in daily. Through technique, timing, and care, he extracts excellence where others would settle for adequacy. That's not luck--that's mastery. Pensacola is fortunate. This restaurant isn't just good "for the area." It stands comfortably among the best I've had anywhere. A true jewel, quietly operating at a world-class level.

The bathroom was truly so gross. The floor and walls were filthy and there was no toilet paper. There were literal feces paper towels in the trash because of this. That is pretty concerning.
