I'm so excited to have a little pho place in this neighborhood. If you ask for the special pho they will prepare it with a little beef steak, tripe, tendon, and meat ball. This isn't my first time here...I've been here twice before tonight. But tonight was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! DO NOT GO HERE BY ALL MEANS!! I ordered a chicken pho just the broth and noodles. First my pho Was lukewarm not even hot or piping hot second it tasted like water I am dead serious water I added chili oil beforehand before I tasted it and it tasted like water I asked the guy that works there all the time to give me a refund and he was pretty upset about it he kept going on and on saying that his boss A.k.a. the owner of this horrible disgusting establishment didn't give out refunds. This place was decent enough. I was skeptical at first because I was worried they wouldn't have much for vegetarian options. They actually had a vegetarian menu (although small, there were enough choices to choose from). I wanted to try their pho but ended up with the kung pao vegetarian chicken (ultimately was tofu). It was very flavorful and good. As for service, it was alright. Our waiter wasn't the most peppy of people but he was nice enough. I went in today to check this place out because of the Yelp reviews and it is closer to my house than the regular Pho restaurant I typically go too. I ordered the Bran Thread Shrimp Stir fry to go. It was very bland, shrimp did not taste good. Also for the price $10.95 you received little food. I looked at my plate and said wow this is all I get. While paying for my food the guy at the register threw my change at me in my hand and when I looked at him, he replied "Is that all?" I was extremely upset by that. My experience today makes me not want to dine here again, I rather go out my way and eat at another place where I won't get my money thrown at me and where the cashiers have respect! Been here twice in recent days. One was dining in and another was to go. Great food, very tasty, but horrible service. Both times I visited, this younger asian gentlemen in a white hoodie and round glasses served us. Both times, he had a terrible mood and no customer service. The first time I was there I understood that it was 30 mins to closing. I figured his sour mood was because of that. However, the second time I encountered him, he was in the same sour mood if not worse. I had ordered online and left instructions on the order that I wanted chili paste and soy sauce. I asked upon picking up, if there was all the condiments I had requested. He looked and me, hunched his shoulders and said maybe. I opened the bag to check, this seemed to really annoy him. I took a quick glance, saw that there was no soy sauce and asked for a few packets. He walked away, grabbed like four, dropped them in my bag and walked away without a word. I still said thank you and have a nice day. He didnt care. O and there was ONE sriracha packet. I dont like sriracha, which is why I asked for chili paste. *update* went back to give one more try. I love to eat pho and I love to try different places. I have been to so many different places to eat pho. Today I was driving pretty close to this place so I decided to try it. OMG THIS HAVE TO BE THE WORST PLACE TO EAT. We came in the three of us. I ordered pho with light onion so they decided to not give me any onions. The serve sat three tables down from us and stared at us the entire time we couldn't even enjoy our food. I asked for a refill on my drink and as one of the serve was about to come the one that was sitting was like no refill as he watched us. The Pho was watered down. Their Vietnamese coffee is pre-made and uberly sweet, tasted more like chcocolate milk. I got the spicy lemongrass soup, which was not spicy and I found a piece of sponge metal fiber on it. They ran out of 2 things that brought me in.
