New location on bear valley and Amethyst right next to the CVS Great selection of boba and pho!!!! Nice customer service !

Told him to seat ourselves. But, every table was dirty.

I'm leaving this review for my brother bc he was so upset, he wanted others to know. This might be a long one. Lol . He hasn't been here in a while and heard there were new owners and more dishes. Well, he came in to eat and the boba line was extremely long with 2 boys working it. No one greeted him hello. He waited a long 3 mins as the owner greeted others that walked in. So finally, the boy working said seat yourself. After surveying the tables... every table was dirty... see pic. He asked where do you want me to sit? His son found a table waaay in the back... sat for 10 mins still no menus.. so he walked up and snapped wtf!!! Owner still ignoring him. What do you have to do to get a menu here. One of the customers inline even asked whats wrong. 1 of the boys gave him 1 menu to share. Honestly, I would have left a long time ago. But I guess he was determined to eat pho. He ran over in a minute to take his order but come on.. you just gave me the menu.. after the meal the boy just dropped off the rcpt. So my bro walked up to the kid and said I wanted to give you a tip. And the boy straight up said he didn't think he deserved a tip. But hey its not his fault, way under staffed and the owner is not doing anything. So in the end he said F*ck this place I'm never coming back. There you go.

Since my last Review, it seems to be under new management and have had a remodel, including down to the food, they offer more things on the menu, since the newest takeover I have tried them again and Now would recommend them once again.

Update. Tried again to order from here. Once again, same awful experience. King wait and if course the very young girl at the counter was not paying attention. The wait for 4 items was about 30 minutes. Got my order to go, and when I arrived home... my order was wrong! Had to call the manager by the name of Bi. Guess that's the last time there for us .

My aunt and I came here when we were looking shopping in the mall. It was a good decision on our parts because it hit the spot x they had A lot of flavor in the broth, i a generous amount of tasty beef slices. I would recommend them if ever in the area.

Delicious pho, we had the chicken veggie stir fry and some chicken spring rolls. The rolls were delicious but missing a little more crunch for my taste. We also had a taro and a thai milk tea and they were just as delicious !

    Matcha Mango Boba.

So we got the stone bowl pho, spring rolls, egg rolls, fried calamari, matcha mango boba and tarp boba. Fast, friendly service and staff. Everything was delicious. The pho stone bowl at first didn't seem like it was a lot but all the meat was a great choice especially the ox tail! The fried calamari has good seasoning. I love the peanut sauce for the spring rolls one of my favorites. The egg rolls were a tad over cooked but it happens. Still good. I have found my new favorite flavor of boba tho! I highly recommend the Matcha Mango. Perfect blend of both flavors and neither one overwhelming the other.

    Japanese Chicken fried rice

Okay, I'm going to give a 1 time pass, and still rate this restaurant a 4.4, BUT! You're wrong for this!!!! I've ordered from here several times, I get the same thing every time shrimp pho, chicken fried rice.and milk tea with boba. Pho is a 10/10 consistently but the milk tea is hit or miss, sometimes it's sweet, which I love, and sometimes it's not. But the fried rice?!?!?!? They pissed me tf off!!! First few times I got it, soooooo good, last time,... MEH but this time? Why is it burnt?!?!? Like... why?? They obviously chard pieces of the chicken then combined everything in that same burnt up ass pot! Which has now ruined the dish and It smells AND tastes very much burnt! Now hear me out.... The chicken by itself was good, gave it a barbecued type of vibe. So had they made the fried rice in a clean wok, then folded the chicken in, it would have been great! Anyways, I did a Uber eats order today, and didn't open it until 9 something so I couldn't do much. But another reason for my good rating is because I know they would have made it over had I been there and opened it myself. The women who run the front are sooooooo sweet. So that's why I still gave them a good rating. I will be back but I'm never getting it delivered because clearly the cooks back there lack integrity.

Overpriced for unauthentic Vietnamese food. I paid $5.00 and got 2 egg rolls. That's $2.50/ egg roll. The Vietnamese sandwich is just chicken, thickly cut jalapeño and mayo. They don't bother putting the pickled vegetables, cilantro, or pate in it.

Left: Mint Green Tea Smoothie (and there was no mint in my drink) and (right) Thai Tea Smoothie (not blended, no boba, and way too sweet)
    Melody V.

This place has potential, I know it, but I do question the quality of its items. I only ordered drinks from this place, but customer service says a lot. First, the menu says smoothies, so my guess is that the drinks are blended with ice. When my boyfriend asked if he could get his drink without boba, the young lady behind the counter said yes. He expected a blended thai ice tea and instead, he got an iced thai tea without boba. Maybe no boba means no ice blend...maybe. My drink, a mint green tea with boba, came out blended. No mint. With boba. And the boba was frozen. If you want a quick frozen drink, head to Pholicious, but do not think all boba drink places are like this place.

Spent almost 40.00.. I asked for a side of peanut sauce. They wanted to charge me extra for it. Even mc Donald's will give you a couple sauces depending on the size of the order and I just feel like it was a bit un necessary. Food was decent but if you want to dine at a place that will appreciate thier customers then I would recommend you go somewhere else.

This is the rare steak pho! I got a regular!!

Delectable meal. Of the highest earthly quality, fresh from the wombs of Da Nang. The expertise on…read morethe Pho is beyond incredible. The aroma, the texture, the broth brimming with flavor, the added toppings, all formed the concrete masterpiece of a Pho. But let's get into depth, because the paragraph above did not display the true depth of it's greatness. Let's say your friend recommended you a Vietnamese restaurant. You tried a few prior but most of them were mediocre. So you were hesitant but decided to give it a try. When you went up to the entrance, you took a half-a-second peek. The entire restaurant was clean like the slate of a canvas. Once you stepped inside, your nostrils embraced the fresh smell. Even before you could have the opportunity to take a good in-depth look around, that smell made you know everything. You knew it was going to be clean and sparkly, hygienic and orderly. You knew it was going to be a refreshing spot, and you were right! And afterwards, recovering from the intense first impression, you were greeted with welcoming staff, guided to a shiny wooden table, seated on a comfortable chair, and had the ability to choose from a menu filled with variety of meals worth slobbering your tongues over for. You looked at the menu, drool escaping your mouth, frothing perhaps? Whatever, what was important was that you saw utopia. The meals displayed as mere pictures and words already gave you a preview of near future delight, that increment, that sample was almost enough to satisfy the chimeras of your imagination, apart from the actual consumption of-course. Once you ordered, the pearly smile of the waiter inspired hope, like a promise your wishes were to be fulfilled, and there, you dallied with the scenarios. You dallied with how you would greet your meal, that good good Pho... how you would approach it, shake it's hand with the tips of your chopsticks, and slurp it up. You fiddled with your thoughts for quite some time! But suddenly, there! Here she was walking towards you, the same waiter. After 10 minutes of anticipation, the relentless tapping of the leg excited for it's treat, you finally received it. Boxed into a clean bowl, you got to whiff the contents. You prepared your sticks, and dived right into it! Headfirst! The long noodles were whirled into your mouth, you could feel the slimy texture. The smell of the broth, the taste of the broth, the pork, the toppings, the little onions, it was heaven on earth and you witnessed it first hand! After a while, you finished the bowl. You devoured the last pieces, and poured the rest of the broth into your mouth. You took a napkin and wiped your pho-broth-smothered lips and gave a "whoo!" expressing your content. You paid the bill and gave a 15$ tip and walked slowly out the restaurant, taking your time just to slowly hug the smell of your beloved diner, as if it was goodbye. Your hands reached the door handle, a tear welled up in your eye as you gave a quick look back. There was the waiter, there was your ex-table, there was the rest of the smiling staff and the enjoying guests. You mouthed "farewell" and took a step back into the real world, free from the dreams of cuisine. "Will I ever get to see you again?" You heard yourself utter. That was my experience. As you can see. Thank you for everything To Pho.

Flavor was on point. I had a short rib soup. It was so good. It had a depth to it very warm flavor bowl. You can definitely have a strong meat taste to the broth. We also ordered the shaking beef. The beef was extremely tender. The vegetables were sautéed seasoned to perfection and then we also ordered the beef spring rolls for me. The spring rolls were OK. I like more of the shrimp ones. I wanted to try something new I believe because the meat is hot. It does mess up with the roll in house while it's wrapped it felt like the heat of it kind of messed up the integrity of how the wraps are usually pretty tight but besides that it is definitely a good place but like I say, give it a try and then you decide.
