They added some new Vietnamese options!

Everything was great! I had ordered some beef noodles to go and they were immaculate. Luckily I live close so I can get some every day. Service was quick and efficient, and the music was nice.

    "Diced" potatoes and bacon
    Mike W.

My wife stopped by and picked up breakfast on the go, for us to eat separately in our cars. Biscuits & Gravy Bacon Diced Potatoes The biscuits and gravy were gross. It was so watery and running, with an odd consistency. I would go into further details, but that might cause a TOS violation, so I'll refrain. It came out all over my wife's car seat, and then mine as I transferred my bag to my car seat. We cleaned up, and i tried, tried hard to eat it. The biscuits had the texture and consistency of playdough, although playdough has a better flavor. The "gravy" was just plain gross, I could. To manage to even eat one biscuit. I highly recommend that you do NOT order this item. If you do, please don't blame me, you can not say "the is stranger on Yelp didn't warn me. The bacon was decent bacon, better quality bacon than one would expect at a restaurant. It was slightly overcooked for my taste, but not enough to stop me from eating it. The "diced" potatoes were good. I loved how they were cooked. No black or burnt edges, evenly cooked all around. I will note that they are not diced, they are sliced...so if you are particular about that, you know. To me sliced is preferred, I don't like them hash brown style. I added some hot sauce and they were good. The orange juice was good. The frustration of that gravy coming out of the bag a container ever was a great disappointment. Gravy should not flow like water out of the bag. I wanted to go take the b&g back, but was too busy doing some work in town, there was no time for that. A

So we are visiting a friend in the desert and his father suggested coming here for breakfast instead of Molly Brown's. His father says C&C has better food and service. I did a search in Yelp but did not find C&C so I will be the 1st to review. First impression is important & we were greeted immediately by a friendly server who sat us. Coffee was offered and menu was given. I got the Protein omelette, my gf had the vegetarian omelette and my friend had the Spinach omelette. The food was delicious and came in generous portion sizes. The dining room is not big but the tables aren't squeezed in together. The prices aren't bad, for example, 1 of today's specials was a waffles with 2 bacon or 2 sausages & 2 eggs for under $7.

It has that delicious wok hei flavor that's so hard to get right, and it's so good that we order it every single time we come. My wife is a big fan of the beef skewers. We're not exactly sure why they have that red color, but honestly, we don't even question it anymore because they're that good. The pho is solid and tastes pretty standard, served with the usual sauces you'll find on most tables, which is always comforting. Their drinks are also really good and come out super fast. Overall, this is definitely a must try spot if you're ever up in Hesperia.

I ordered a large,…read moreand it was dominated by a thin, under-seasoned broth with very few noodles and scarce meat. For a large bowl, the balance felt off. The broth itself tasted flat and one-dimensional -- no richness, no real aromatics, and none of the layered depth you expect from good pho. Even after adding lime, herbs, hoisin, and sriracha, it never came together. The broth just didn't have enough body or character to carry the bowl. The spring rolls were springy and didn't taste particularly fresh. Service was lackadaisical at best -- slow and inattentive without being outright rude. On top of that, slow, overly intimate "baby-making" music played the entire time, which felt awkward and out of place for a casual pho spot. I'm open to giving places a second chance, but based on this visit, both the food and overall experience missed the mark.

The meat had fragrant grill flavor. The pho broth was sweet. They had a lot of drink options as well as menu entree options. The interior was nice with a lot of booth-style seats. I really liked the cool presentation of the boat for the bun dish. The host was really friendly and accommodating. I think pho was the standout dish. I liked the shreds of carrot in the fish sauce. The bad: They forgot to give the nuoc mam (fish sauce) for the rice plate. The rice in the rice plate wasn't broken rice. The fish sauce was on the vinegary side and I wish it had a deeper fish sauce flavor. The honeydew smoothie was on the sweet side. The pho broth could've been a bit saltier. The interesting: They brought the bill to our table. Usually at Vietnamese places you pay at the counter (which I think is an option too). The combo rice plate was served in two different plates which was something I've never seen before.

They're obsessed with the pho and the rice dishes, and they lovingly call pho "white noodle," which isn't technically correct... but it is adorable. There's something comforting about this place...warm bowls, familiar smells, and that instant inhale-exhale when the food hits the table. I absolutely love Vietnamese food! Lately I've been locked into #34 Cơm Bì Chả Thịt Nướng. That BBQ pork paired with the shredded pork and the mystery meat loaf situation? I don't ask questions. I just eat. Every bite hits...savory, slightly sweet, deeply satisfying. No notes. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee with condensed milk is jet-engine fuel. One glass and suddenly you're operating at 200% productivity, answering emails, solving life's problems, maybe even reorganizing your pantry (I can attest to this). Meanwhile, my husband has been the most adventurous eater here -- Bo Luc Lac, fried chicken dishes, BBQ chicken rice, cha gio (those chicken egg rolls are SO GOOD). He hasn't missed yet. If you ever want to find us on a Saturday, just stroll into Pho Ha. We'll be there -- slurping noodles, sipping coffee, and thanking the universe for good food and amazing broth.
