It was my first time coming here and I really enjoyed it. It's very spacious inside and all the servers were super attentive. I had some Vietnamese Fried Egg rolls that cost $5 for two of them. They were very delicious and I would definitely get them again. I also ordered a beef Banh Mi for $6. I really liked it that I ordered another one to spilt with my sister. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area and want some yummy food.

Ordered Pho Dac biet and grilled shrimp spring rolls. Pho is reliable and with consistency in flavor, light yet still savory enough to enjoy by itself alone. By far the nicest Pho Saigon location we've been to, super cute and modern.

Quick and informative service. This pho was the tastiest ever. I added siracha chili sausage and some hoisin, but it did not need much else. The broth was rich and bold. Seriously satisfying. The decor was simple and clean. I loved the floors to floor separation of the restroom stalls. A good place to eat!

Amazing new Pho place in Richmond. Brenda was super sweet and helpful and she make sure I had everything I needed it. I had the Lean brisket with meat balls and it was amazing. Food was very delish! Ambiance is very nice too and very clean. Highly recommend it.

The service here was excellent! And the food was amazing! I am 100% coming back. It's my new go to pho place

Ordered a rice plate to go. My serving size is so small for $15. Why cram meat, rice and egg roll in the entree side and then that's it? My rice was soggy and so was my egg roll. Waited 20 mins in the store for my to go order. It took a minute to get acknowledged at the door. Also can't do kids to go. Can't order sides of broth or anything to go. Somehow they did this for me but instead of the $2.50 it says on the menu I was charged $5. Not impressed so far.

We meet up with friends for lunch at this location. The interior is modern and clean. We ordered grilled beef rolls, two beef pho, chicken pho, and a grilled pork vermicelli bow. Everything dish came out quick and tasted fantastic. I am sensitive to MSG, but I didn't get the dry mouth and headache MSG side effects that I tend to get with MSG overload. Table service was friendly but attentiveness was lacking. There were three waitresses but our water glasses stayed dry for a long time. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the foods. We will return with no hesitation.

The mi bo kho (beef stew, $12.00) and bun thit nuong (vermicelli bowl with grilled pork, $12.50) were delicious. The customer service was superb. The restaurant was spacious, restrooms were clean, and lots of delicious aromas from the kitchen. Was hoping to try the pandan waffles and sugar cane juice but maybe next time!

Went back for another round, this time with the family in tow, and the place didn't miss a beat. Jennifer, our server, was on point--attentive, sharp, and delivered service with a smile that didn't feel forced. If you're ever in, do yourself a favor and ask for her.

Can't speak to the authencity of any of these dishes but I really enjoyed this dinner experience! We were seated fairly quickly on an early Friday night just in time to beat the rush. They have a large menu serving everything from many different appetizers, variety of vermicelli and noodle dishes. Our kids got the kids pho combo meals and they loved it. My husband and I both liked our beef stews. Mine came with noodles and his was with banh mi. The bread was a great dipping sauce and we ended up ordering another. I thought the stew was rich and savory and reminiscent of a curry flavor but with a thinner liquid base. Our spring roll and egg roll appetizers were enjoyed as well. Our food did take a little while to come out compared to other similar Pho spots. This location provides a lot of unique drink choices and I decided to try their salted lemon drink, which tastes very similar to an Indian lemonade (pickled lemons, not sweet). They also serve fresh sugar cane juice but were all out by the time we tried to order it. Service was very friendly and attentive however as the tables got filled it was noticeably slower which is understandable when you only have 2 servers who were young kids. They did their best and were hustling but they definitely needed help. Ambiance is a great fast casual family dining spot.

Came in for some vietnamese sandwiches ($5.50). I even told her "Hai Thit Nuong. Hai Combo" which means 2 pork banh mis and 2 combos. I even pointed at the menu and said Hai and Hai with 2 fingers held up. I only got 1 of each. That turned out to be a good thing bc they were just okay. My boyfriend's pork banh mi was not the typical thit nuong. Looked more like a pan or stir fried meat like shaking beef. Not grilled. My combo was not the typical lunch meat. It had cubes of pork (I assume) and chicken. There were some fatty pieces. The flavor was acceptable at least - marinated asian style. Not what I was expecting though. I also like the butter/lard that's typical of a banh mi, but it didn't taste the same (maybe more mayo-like). Very mom and pop shop. I am skeptical of the cleanliness honestly. She also had to take my credit card next door to the haircut place to run it. I'll be checking my account for any extra charges to be safe. Nice lady, but i won't be returning.

Knocking out a star because I came here when they first opened so they were still getting their system down. I translated for their customers and helped them take orders which I don't mind. What was a bit frustrating was they only had 1 person and their register didn't work either, and it took 10m to try to pay. It's been months now so hopefully they are running smoothly!

It's located in a strip center, so there is plenty of parking. I've been here numerous times, and I usually order their pho. During the hotter summer months, when I'm not craving a piping hot bowl of soup, I'll switch it up and get one of their vermicelli bowls instead. For pho, they offer a small bowl for $11 and a large for $12, with many protein options such as fatty brisket, well-done flank, tripe, tendon, and meatballs in various combinations. Their vermicelli bowls are usually between $12-15 depending on the protein. They also sell banh mi sandwiches, although I usually stick with the pho and vermicelli dishes. The dining area is very large, which helps because this place gets extremely busy on weekends, especially around Saturday lunch. Even when crowded, I usually don't have to wait long because there are so many tables. If you want to avoid the rush, I'd recommend coming a little earlier before the lunch crowd. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the food usually comes out just a few minutes after ordering. They also have a rewards program tied to your phone number where you earn points toward future meals. If you're in Sugar Land and craving Vietnamese food--especially pho--I highly recommend giving Pho Ben a try.
