Husband got eggrolls & banh mi and i got a chicken charbroiled rice plate w/ eggrolls! The egg rolls solid 5/5. Fish sauce that the rice plate and eggrolls came with... didn't really have a fish sauce flavor, just tasted sweet and vinegary?? Banh mi carrots were not pickled enough. Husband gave it a 3/5 since he's had better banh mi and more flavorful meat. The rice place was ok - chicken was a bit dry but the rice and eggrolls were yum. Glad I visit this specific location and have visit this specific location multiple of times. It's modern and cute, like how the next generation family-owned restaurants should be to keep up with business and carry on the legacy. Speaking of which, I need to visit the OG location. Service are a hit and miss. It depends who you get. Pho dac biet is always consistent, light yet flavorful and full of nutritional goods. Just like how my mom makes it at home. Did you know the mom makes all the pho pouches for all of their Pho Saigon locations throughout Houston? Banh mi are not bad for a quick lunch to go and the only thing I would take to-go here. Bun though... are upsetting. Please work on it. Rice plates... I honestly cannot remember. It's been over a year since I last tried it. Their drinks are not bad. It was my first time coming here and I really enjoyed it. It's very spacious inside and all the servers were super attentive. I had some Vietnamese Fried Egg rolls that cost $5 for two of them. They were very delicious and I would definitely get them again. I also ordered a beef Banh Mi for $6. I really liked it that I ordered another one to spilt with my sister. I think we came on an off night. It took about 35 mins for our food to come out. Once it came out it was cold. We had to send all our orders back and wait longer for our food. We also ordered spring rolls and they came after our food was there. Spring rolls had mint in it so just in case you don't want that. They never refilled our water. We kept asking but no one brought it. We asked for beef broth with the food and it came about 20 minutes after we got the food. Everything was very slow. If you think it will be like the pho Saigon on Mason road you will be very disappointed. Service is very slow. All employees look like they are confused on what task they are doing and not any clear direction. We will never come back to this one. read more

Ok, Ive ordered from this place a dozen times to my job. Good is always delicious and consistent great. Mind you thats for when i order for delivery. I finally decided to give it a try as a dine and in and well, ill stick to ordering for delivery or pick up instead. The service was wack. The girls seem overwhelmed. The food took forever to come out. Finally when i thought there's our food it was only my soup while my kids and husband still waiting for another 15 mins for theirs. Mind you my husbands food was a cold bowl of vermicelli. Still waiting for my childrens food and it got to the point where I just had to share my meal with them cause they were hungry. Honestly i did not have a great time there at all. We meet up with friends for lunch at this location. The interior is modern and clean. We ordered grilled beef rolls, two beef pho, chicken pho, and a grilled pork vermicelli bow. Everything dish came out quick and tasted fantastic. I am sensitive to MSG, but I didn't get the dry mouth and headache MSG side effects that I tend to get with MSG overload. Table service was friendly but attentiveness was lacking. There were three waitresses but our water glasses stayed dry for a long time. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the foods. We have driven pass this restaurant so many times, but chose to stop and have a late lunch on January 4th, and I 'm so glad we did. The service was impeccable! We were graciously greeted upon entering. Once we shared it was our first visit, the many serving staff came by to welcome the two of us and remained attentive. Their explanations and recommendations were WONDERFUL. The food was more than we expected. Each item we ordered was even more delicious than the item before. I strongly suggest the Vietnamese Spring rolls, and any pho on the menu. The pork banh mi was amazing. The restaurant aesthetics were modern and quite functional. Can't speak to the authencity of any of these dishes but I really enjoyed this dinner experience! We were seated fairly quickly on an early Friday night just in time to beat the rush. They have a large menu serving everything from many different appetizers, variety of vermicelli and noodle dishes. Our kids got the kids pho combo meals and they loved it. My husband and I both liked our beef stews. Mine came with noodles and his was with banh mi. The bread was a great dipping sauce and we ended up ordering another. I thought the stew was rich and savory and reminiscent of a curry flavor but with a thinner liquid base. Our spring roll and egg roll appetizers were enjoyed as well. Our food did take a little while to come out compared to other similar Pho spots. This location provides a lot of unique drink choices and I decided to try their salted lemon drink, which tastes very similar to an Indian lemonade (pickled lemons, not sweet). They also serve fresh sugar cane juice but were all out by the time we tried to order it. Service was very friendly and attentive however as the tables got filled it was noticeably slower which is understandable when you only have 2 servers who were young kids. My family and I ordered from Pho Saigon via UberEats, since they had a BOGO deal for their pho and iced coffee. Their chicken pho was delicious. The broth was flavorful and clean, the noodles stayed plump and not soggy, and the dark meat was moist. I would normally add sriracha and hoisin sauce to my pho, but I did not need to do that here. It was that good. Their Vietnamese iced coffee was also strong and fragrant. On the other hand, the beef pho and bun vermicelli were just ok. My go to place to get a tasty pho. Service is always quick and food is made quickly. If you never had pho and want to try it for the fist time I recommend this place. If you always eat and like to try a different place I recommend getting the combo pho come hungry they only have a large size for that one. I want to thank the owners/managers and especially the cleaning staff at Pho Saigon. I had to urgently use the restroom today. I am just 2 weeks on my new hip and am using a walker. I found the restroom to be excellent: handicapped grab bars, elevated toilet, plenty of toilet paper within reach, and so clean I wouldn't have hesitated to have eaten my lunch in there. This location is an absolute nightmare! First visit, it took 15 minutes to get anyone to take my to go order. It was chaos there that day. Only about 2 servers were working, with the greeter being one of them. Once we placed the order, it took over 25 minutes to get 2 banh mis. Thought I'd try again because sandwiches were decent. Next time called in a to go order since we had so many issues ordering in person previously. Get home and completely wrong order! I called the next day since they'd closed by the time I arrived home, and they took my name and stated they'd give me a credit on a future order. The third time, l called to place a to go order in hopes to utilize my credit. Someone answers and simply says "hello". I asked if this was Pho Saigon, and the person simply puts the phone down and starts talking to someone else and never comes back. Then I call back consecutively for about 15 minutes, and the line is busy because she never hung up. So we were forced to order online, thus, we couldn't mention a name to use the credit. We arrive to get the order, and once again, its like pulling teeth to have someone get our order. Then we get to the car, checjed the bag, and they've given us someone else's order! We had to go in again, find and switch out our own order (because noone was available to assist)! This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! It is soft opening right now, but overall felt like a great visit. I had a large chicken pho, and I really enjoyed it. I particularly like how the chicken is sliced thinly but it is not too thin. Simply perfect slices. Also tried the grilled chicken wrap which were good as well. Everything was very fresh. At the end, we were also given complimentary pandan waffles which is a great ending to a nice lunch. I hope to try out their drinks next time!
