It's a tiny spot located in the Yogi building right along Kamehameha Hwy. the Pho is outstanding! The broth, it light and complex, and the toppings are fresh and clean. I was really impressed with their efficient, polite service and clean, bright environment - especially because they are a Hot New Business! Calling in your order is best unless you have time to wait. When I ordered my food they estimated about 20 minutes so I was prepared to wait but the actual time was less than 20 minutes. I ordered 3 different things with one of them I asked for no peanuts due to someone with allergies to peanuts. The plate had peanuts in it but they rectified that issue quickly. They remade that one plate as quick as they could. So I ordered bbq pork & spring rolls w/vermacelli; an order of spring rolls; and a large combo pho. The last two were mine and they were delicious! If you order a combo pho, know that it only comes in large ($18.50). I had enough to take with me to work the next day. It's a small little space with about maybe 6 4-tops and one 2-person table. It's clean, and bright in there. I got there before 11:30 so I can't tell you if they get busy. It seems their regulars know to call ahead if they're going to do take out. I'm pleased with their service and the food options. I'm definitely going back to try their bahn mi. I really like the vinegar sauce that comes with their spring rolls. We have been without electricity for 21 hours due to weather. Ordered Pho Station via UberEats since it was one of few options with the while town out of power. The delivery driver said Pho Station was cooking in the dark to stay open for their customers! IT WAS SO GOOD! I'm really glad we tried it and will be a repeat customer! Another great Pho spot in Kane'ohe. While the place is small, the food comes out quick and you'll leave stuffed. Lots of parking so no need to worry. We were seated immediately and our order was taken. You guys this place is rival to Pho Waipahu. If you know you know. I used to drive all the way to west side for Pho Waipahu (Best Pho and Beef Stew I've had). Maybe there's a better one but I haven't had that yet. When Pho station opened I kind of ignored them for a while but finally went in. I got beef stew, bbq pork vermicelli, summer roll and iced coffee for take out. When I tell you I never need go to the west again I mean it! Came on a Sunday around 11am with a large group of friends (5 adults and 2 kids) for lunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful with rearranging the tables so we could all be seated together. It was also very clean and well lit. Our food came out fairly quickly and we were checked on multiple times by the staff to make sure our waters were full and they even asked if we wanted extra veggies for the pho (the chef even came out and asked what we thought of the broth- so nice!). I ordered a medium steak pho and it was the perfect amount for a light lunch. The steak was tender, easy to eat, and did not come out half frozen like other restaurants. Purely selfish post. This place is new. This place is small. This place is easy to miss. I want/need this business to stay in business because the pho broth is amazingly flavorful. The short rib pho blew my husband's mind and made him say we're definitely coming back. The chicken curry was winners with super tender chicken, big portions, and the shrimp papaya salad was memorable and tasty but a little bit small. We eat out a lot so the fact that everything actually tasted impressive and different enough to even register with us was surprising. There's plenty of parking which is nice. The service is difficult to explain. It wasn't on point but it was sincere. It feels like they are trying their best but just need a little practice. Very friendly but you might have to tell them to give you an extra spoon type of thing. Nothing big but just be nice to them because they seem really nice. And I want them to stay in business because with the way everything tasted I'm very interested in trying their other dishes. Maybe we just happened to pick all the winners but I'm guessing there's lots more yummy things to try. There's only 6 small tables so might be hard for big groups if this place gets popular. Fresh on the block. Just opened up last week so much traffic yet. But if you are ever in the area go try it out! I ordered a pork bahn mi and an iced coffee. The coffee was so creamy. The sandwich was just how i liked it... bun was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pork was a little over cooked but good flavor. The pickled veggies was on point.
