Lunch today was very yummy. I think they changed owners. The name is different. First time here since they changed the name. They also much have renovated. The place is super clean and trendy looking. The bathrooms looked classy. They used 4' x 2' marble tiles on the wall. Gorgeous. The soups came hot and was delicious. I ordered a small bowl, but it was like the size of a large! A generous amount of noodles and toppings. I'm conflicted with what rating to give though. Throughout my lunch, staff was always sweeping and mopping in the dining area. While I do appreciate a very neat and tidy environment, I don't appreciate dust being fluffed up into the air around me while I'm eating. I'm giving a 3 star. Had it not been for the sweeping during my sit down time, I might have given a four star.

A great place for pho. Food: 5/5 - can't go wrong with any noodle or pho dish. We had the small seafood pho and large beef balls pho. Even with the large and small sizes, we had leftovers to go. Ambiance: 3/5 the place can accommodate small to large groups. It's a clean and comfortable place. Service: 4/5 - server was friendly. We arrived at 10 pm and we were reminded that 11 pm was closing time. It didn't take long for our food to arrive.

This place opened two weeks ago and to celebrate the grand opening, there's a 20% discount till January 8, 2024. Great time to try the food. There's another outlet over in Coquitlam. Parking is on the street and at the back. A bit confusing as the parking lot only indicated parking for the actual addresses for 3 places. The place is fairly big and is quite popular with a few people here for take out. They do charge for to go boxes. I ordered both the house special pho small and a small portion of chicken wings (5 pieces). The wings were nicely battered and the meat was juicy. The chili lime powder was a bit salty but went well with the wings. They were decent sized wings too, not those skinny tiny ones. The initial taste of the pho broth was very light and seemed to be seasoned with just salt. The broth got better after it absorbed the flavors of the meat. Still a lighter broth than a robust beefy flavor. The small bowl looked like there was nothing much in it but most of the ingredients were hidden underneath the noodles. The rare beef was soft and fresh. I loved that! The other meat was also very tender. No gristle. In the end I couldn't finish the pho and wings and had to pack them to go. Prices are fair in today's market conditions.

Looks like the Pho Boi here has died and reincarnated into Pho Super Bowl. This would be the 2nd location (the original location is by Burquitlam station). Parking is available on the side streets, as well as in a parkade beneath the restaurant. The place has been somewhat renovated. The interior is a bit too bright. Almost feels like an office or hospital environment. The seating area is actually much larger than it looks. There are tables that can accomodate a little as 1 person (yes, there's a 1 person table) to probably 8-10 (banquet style round tables). Something for everybody. Staff are friendly and helpful. As others have mentioned, there is a 20% grand opening discount, so I have been here several times trying out several dishes before the discount disappears in January 2024. The place does live up to its name. The bowls are definitely larger than most other places, which is truly beautiful. I have yet to leave hungry from this place. Bun bo Hue - decent soup. Served with chunks of pig trotters. Pretty fun chewing the skin off from around the claws/nails. Lemon grass chicken - comes either 2 spring rolls, or 2 sunny side up eggs. Great value compared to the competition. The dish even comes with 2 pieces of chicken. The only real problem is the chicken is a bit too salty compared to other places. Not sure if they are still tweaking the recipe. This dish comes with a mini pitcher(!) of fish sauce. I was ready to weep. Deep fried wings - 5 wings for half order, and 10 for a full order. Wings looked delicious for sure, with the nice fluffy skin. However, these things were WAY too salty. As in I think they might've doubled the salt by accident. My buddy and I could barely finish them, and had to wash them down with several cups of tea. For this reason, I cannot recommend this dish at all. I let the staff know. Hopefully it was another honest mistake. Hot & sour seafood pho - nice spicy soup (not much sour). Generous portions of fish cakes. Came with 3 pieces of broccoli and some pieces of carrot. Not sure if this is authentic, as I don't think I have have ever seen broccoli or carrots in pho anywhere else. Hope this place survives. I'd say this place is almost as good as Viet Noodle Guy, but with way more parking, and without the line up out the door. Recommended other than the wings.

This has been a place where I love to go whenever I've got nothing else to eat. Parking is limited to a small parking lot behind the building where multiple businesses, including Pho Super Bowl, operate. The food is pretty good and prices are decent. Great portions of meat and noodles. More noodles inside the bowl are free, but extra noodles on the side may cost extra. I found the soup to be too salty for me. Our waitress came by to give us tea/water refills as needed. They were quick to fulfill requests and to bring our food out. Pretty good ambiance to the restaurant, minimalistic. The washrooms were clean. Food: 4/5 Cost: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5

Probably one of the best pho experiences I ever had! The pho was not only amazing but amazing dollar for value. Their large size pho is enough to easily feed two people with super generous helpings of meat. I also enjoyed the Banh Mi (which we took to go of course after). The interior has also been remodelled creating a more modern and hip ambiance!

The food here is amazing! Pho broth is on point and the portions are very reasonable for the price! Loved that they actually add more meat when you order a large size and not just more noodles! We also ordered a lemongrass chicken bahn mi which was super tasty and one of the better ones I've tried! Lots of fresh ingredients and chicken on the inside which is always appreciated. The service was quick and seating area looks like it's been updated since the previous ownership. Would be back

Boi to big man? This place took over Pho Boi, guess Boi's will always be Boi's, now it's the Big man's turn to run this place. I heard a few good things about this place's location in Coquitlam but never gotten around to try it so might as well give this location a try since it's more convenient for me. The inside layout is pretty much the same as before with the exceptions there are some light renovations and added booth seats along the window areas. There is free parking at the back and pay street parking on the front. Here were the food I ordered; 1. Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk. Came in a dripping strainer the way I like it. It was decent. 2. Small order of deep fried chicken wings. They were large and juicy with dipping spices on the side. I would say they were almost Texan style deep fried wings. 3. House special pho (large). It came in a big bowl and the soup itself was steaming hot (good first impression). The meat and noodle portions were quite generous. But wish some of the beef were more tender and less tough. Overall, the service was decently okay like most typical pho places. The layout is pretty spacious providing a comfortable dining atmosphere. As for the food, they were okay and a large bowl of pho is enough to feed any big man or a couple of little boi's.

Really lame vegetarian pho -- this is what my review is based on…read more I stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday after noticing they had a vegetarian pho ($14.50 for a small; $15.50 for a large). It does not come with tofu, so I added some (another $4!) to my small size. The pho came out in less than 10 minutes. The pho came with lots of veggies (lots of broccoli, plus cauliflower, carrot, celery, white onion and green onion), plus lots of rice noodles, and tofu. Of course, the broth is usually what makes or breaks a pho, and this was one of the most low-effort, lamest vegetable broths I've tried in Greater Vancouver (and I've tried over 90 pho places in the Metro area that have veggie pho options). In fact, I saw the woman fill up my pho bowl from the hot water dispenser. So, they don't even bother to have a proper veggie broth; they just base the broth on hot water, with maybe some salt and possibly some other spices? The broth tasted like barely salted water. Super lame. Embarrassing product to serve. The value is bad given the very lame quality. I like that they have a veggie pho option. The portion is big and you get lots of vegetables, though the lack of tofu is definitely a thumbs down given the already above average price for the pho. All in all, don't come here for veggie pho. 2 stars is very generous.

Since then though we've heard a few people say positive things about it so...we decided it was time to give it another try. Came here as a group of 5, and it was a last minute decision as we had originally planned to eat elsewhere but that place turned out to be closed on Sundays. With no reservation on a Sunday, we were asked to wait about 10 minutes. Not too bad of a wait, compared with another Vietnamese place that we'd driven by earlier which had a lineup out the door. A couple of people in our group had fried eggs on their dishes. The eggs looked good. Soft yolks and soft yolk is what I like to see. There was a Papaya salad that we shared amongst the table. This was OK for me. Wasn't thrilled with it. I ordered the Lemongrass Tofu on Vermicelli. I love that this restaurant gives the option of having it on Vermicelli. I'd been somewhere else earlier this year which also had Lemongrass Tofu but it was only served on rice, with no option of switching to Vermicelli. The Lemongrass flavor was strong. Very flavorful. Something in the dish though was quite spicy. It seemed a lot of other dishes on the table were also quite spicy. Hubby's Bun Bo Hue was extremely spicy but he still enjoyed the dish very much. My daughter and I both ordered the Sober Sunday drink which had Lychee, Kumquat and Lemon Juice. The drink was OK. Nothing to write home about. Our daughter just ordered the Tapioca Dumplings appetizer and then took bits and pieces from other people's orders. A spring roll and a couple pieces of Lemongrass Tofu from me, some beef and noodle from her dad...etc. The dumplings looked tasty. They looked like something I'd have ordered myself if I were still a meat eater. Overall, the food here is flavorful. It was a much better experience this time than the first time we came here. Personally though, I'd prefer them to tone down the spice or even eliminate the spice altogether. I don't like having to wipe my nose all the time because of having eaten something spicy, or having my lips burn.
