This place is horrible. Worst customer service ever. Don't eat here. We wanted to get a couple bubble teas before we were getting ready to leave and the guy who works there tells us he can't make bubble teas because he's busy. Like really? He says he's the owner but he can't handle his restaurant being a little busy? If you don't know how to manage a business don't have one. This guy was rude has no manners just the worst attitude ever. Oh and if your calling this place to order something don't bother because they ignore the phone. The food here is meh. I've definitely had better Vietnamese food in the area (cough cat sang across the street) but this place gets a few stars just for their good hours. I've had vermicelli bowls here and there's just so much veggies! I mean, I don't hate veggies but I would like some more noodles to even out the ratio. I took my grandma here for a mini lunch date, she loves Pho TQ. I thought it was alright! The spring rolls (I ordered mine with tofu) were pretty on point. The pho tai was also really good, although I have had better, I would still order it here again. The setting / ambiance was super casual, location was in an outdoor strip mall - service was really good - i think the whole family worked there? I noticed while eating, they are open for like 20 hours a day everyday? If that is the case Im surprised this place isnt more popular. seems like it would be an amazing after-hours or morning hangover cure kind of joint. Had a hangover from New Years, needed a cure. Found this joint and ordered over phone to go. Arrived 5 minutes later and there was a huge line. Man walks over to me and ask if I had order to go, I said yes and he ask me if I pay with card or cash I said card, he's says okay you wait. Then I remembered I had a twenty and a one in my wallet so I ask him how much? He says 22.50 I say I only have twenty one and he says okay here you go. He had my three orders of pho to go in a large cardboard box, like a care package of awesomeness. I drove home very quick to Covington and prepared my pho tai nam. The meat was raw just how I like it and I eat it all. My stomach is happy now. So I can rest. read more

This place makes their broth the day before and it's always amazing. They have plum sauce and spicy chilly oil. All the condiments you'd want. The spring rolls and the peanut sauce that comes with are one of my favs as well as the crispy fried rolls. I usually have the brisket and steak pho. They give you so much meat and tons of noodles. I barely ever finish it. It's so good. Definitely the best pho in king county that I've tried. I've been everywhere from Burien to Renton to Seattle. Come check it out. This is probably my favorite local pho place, the larges are huge, vegies are fresh, tofu or chicken (both good), broth is always scalding hot which makes the noodles perfect in the soup. I've been coming here religiously for about a year. They are the best pho place in Kent hands down. Their broth isn't too greasy which I appreciate. The broth in general is the best I've tasted. Service is excellent. The owners go out of there way to make you feel like family. They have my order down pat! I have been to many pho restaurants in kent area. We had seen a friend had eaten here an gave it great reviews. My wife has had some bad experiences with pho but she was eager to try this place as was I. I got the number 1 large and the amount of food and veggies given is plenty granted I like a lot of meat. But my wife had the number 9 large an she loves it. The meat is tender and flavorful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some great pho. read more

I go here frequently because they are so close and the prices are fairly good. I love the pho here, it never disappoints! I used to go to cat sung down the street, but the broth changed and just doesn't taste the same as it used to. The service here is the only problem I have unless you get the younger lady. I sat and ate for 45 minutes the other night with only one visit from the waiter to refill my water glass, and they always seem to walk away before you can ask them for anything else. I LOVE their hours though! Can't beat a 3 am craving for pho. I recommend this place to my friends, but I do warn them to be prepared for not so good service. I came here around 1:30am on a weekend , the service was great but avoid coming here this late unless your okay with loud obnoxious drunks... Pho wasn't as bad as some say it was on here, the regular sized pho bowl was smaller than I'm used to but no biggie. The egg rolls were delicious but kind of disappointed the fish sauce served with the dish wasn't legit nuoc Cham but some kind of artificial nuoc Cham lol. Best pho in kent. I've tried so many places and only this one consistently pleases me every time. They have the best broth of any pho I've had. Its not sweet like a lot of,other places. Their meat is tender. And they do raw beef pho also! Pho Thai is what it's called if,you want to try it. Fair price and large portion. One of the best pho restraints I visited had a great shrimp pho and roll. The broth was perfectly seasoned and service quick and attentive.
