I'm on the fence about Pho T-Q, but I'm rounding up to a 4 because they have some stellar attributes that keep me coming back. Pros: -The hours are phenomenal. I can't think of another pho place in the local area that is open this late. Whenever I'm out late and don't want fast food, Pho T-Q never lets me down. This is pretty much the reason why I keep coming back. -The veggies that come with my pho are always very fresh. The beansprouts are always plump and never brown and wilting, the mint/basil leaves are green, and you can actually squeeze juice out of the limes they'll give you. -It's in a pretty large parking lot and you'll never have trouble finding a spot. Cons: -Depending on the time of day you arrive, they may or may not take card. -Service can be a hit or a miss depending on who is at the cash register. -The broth is not terrible, but not great either. It's definitely more basic and lacking ingredients that provide a more complex flavor. But really, who can really complain when it's the only pho place open at 1am in the morning? -Area looks pretty ghetto and I wouldn't want to be here by myself at night. read more

This is absolutely my most favorite pho spot. The broth is flavorful and rich. The amount of meat & other goodies that come in the pho you ordered is the perfect amount. I got a number 3 with brisket , tripe , tendon & fatty steak. The customer service is fast, friendly & always there. Depending on some days customer service can vary, some servers are nice and some servers aren't quite there when you need them! This is definitely a place where you can find variety in pho choices , appetizers & drinks! best part it's open late till 4AM so if you have cravings at night time or just want to get a hot bowl of pho with friends, your significant other or by yourself check this place out. Also the egg rolls is deep fried and hot very , tasty and yummy. There is also different sizes you can order from Regualr - XLarge. Prices are fair! I do have to say they don't accept card after 10pm so make sure you have cash if your eating their late. Parking is easy and spacious. Definitely worth taking a trip down to this spot! read more

Not the one, so many other choices around this area, that I will not be back. The place was dirty and not well taken care of. The food was at best okay, but the Pho was lacking in flavor and had plenty of MSG to numb your head for the next few hours. Service was slow and seem to be trouble to serve you. Just look around when you get there. Doubt if you find any Asians in there. Mostly kids looking to have a bowl of noodles (they give you plenty of noodles and little meat). This place is one of the restaurants that I'm most grateful for to have near my house. We always decide to order bun bo hue togo if we don't know what to eat for dinner or if we can't decide on which place to go to. Their bun bo hue almost never disappoints. There are times where it's more oily than usual, but portion sizes and taste never really differ. We also really appreciate that they don't skimp on the meat & other toppings here. Lots of places have seemed to cut down their meat portions due to inflation instead of raising prices too high. I believe that their bun bo hue is $15 a bowl, but it's a huge portion that always feeds me for 2 days. I've been inside the restaurant multiple times to eat late nights in my youth haha, food never takes long to come out and service is always polite. I would bring cash if you have it handy, they charge a fee for card I believe. This is definitely a must try and an amazing option for those after-bar food cravings! Is there an option for zero? Ordered chicken vermicelli which on their menu includes allll ingredients, but this is what they brought to our table. When I went up to nicely ask if I could order something else instead they said no and said that they don't have to provide what the menu says. If i could give this place a 0 star i would! Literally our first time in this place and will not recommend to anyone else. The moment we stepped in me and my husband did not feel welcomed! Instead we felt like we were bothering this lady from watching her vietnamese show. Table she told us to sit wasn't even wiped! She continued watching her show and waited a bit before serving us water. After serving food this was her! I mean, no need for more specifics just look at the photo! Whole place was literally dirty. Floor had so much debris, so much packages in their dining area. When i went to pay the lady didnt even look at me. Her eyes was on the tv the whole time. Have never been in this type of situation before at any types of restaurant. So sad and so disappointed. Food was not good either! We eat pho so much that we know when it doesn't taste good. It had a weird texture as if they used a beef/pho bouillon! Had a weird sandy texture after every sip of the soup! We only ate a few bites and left (obviously paid full). Pho - the broth was pretty flavorful. A pretty standard/average bowl of pho Short ribs rice plate $12 - the short ribs were pretty dry and the slices were pretty thinly cut. There was also a lot of very chewy tendon and i would occasionally bite down on a tiny piece of bone shard, which was somewhat painful. I've eaten here for years and years and can't believe I've never written a review. This place is solid. The pho is just so good. The broth has the best flavor. I usually get the veggie pho with beef broth and it's soooo good. The perfect veggies, nothing gross like celery or weird mushrooms. Carrots, zucchini, broccoli, onion, cabbage. Everything you'd want. Tofu. The meat pho is good too but I'm addicted to their veggie and it's so nourishing to me. Their Thai iced tea is good. I knock a star because this place has really, really good food (and is always open) but it is pretty dirty. The walls and floors are begging to be wiped down with hot water. There is dirt and food debris flung on every wall. They could use a remodel in taking down some of the old dusty decor that's been there for 10+ years now. It doesn't stop me from coming back but I can't help but think about it everytime I'm in there. read more

Open SUPER late, fast service, and yummy food. Can you really ask for more? We had pho and a noodle soup with a curry broth whose name escapes me, and summer rolls. They were delicious, and the server was accommodating to our anti-cilantro stance. For the first time in my life, there was almost TOO MUCH meat, and not enough noodles! Seriously - if you want to hit your protein macro via pho, come here. It was really, really good. The other dish had carrots and some tasty beef, but I'm not sure I'd order it again, when the staple dish is SO scrumptious. Food was good, the table I was sat at was not wiped down. Being exhausted I didn't even complain, I just put a paper towel down and made due. The front of house lady was on FaceTime while drinking her beer and delivered my food to the table with her phone on the tray still on the call. Both the front of house lady and the cook drank multiple corona beers while I was there. When I got up to pay I saw the cashier lady handling food barehanded after she had removed customer dishes from another table. The items she was touching were ready to eat foods ie spring rolls. She 100% did not wash her hands which is extremely concerning sing she grabbed the rim of the bowl. The cook also did not have gloves on and was wearing rings while handling food. I will never return here. Food quality did not disappoint.. what was disappointing is the lack of cleaning protocols and safe food handling. Menu prices have changed and do not match what is handed to you in the menus brought to the table. There is a sign at the register with prices in sharpie. A little misleading but I didn't complain about that as it's not a big deal to me just pointing it out for others. Egg Rolls 5 stars Pho Soup 5 stars Ambiance 1 star Overall feelings after the visit: I moved away from the area and used to frequent Pho T-Q all the time. Let me first say that the Pho is really good, and probably one of the better ones in Kent. However, the service and customer experience is horrific. My wife and I came here at around 9:30pm and ordered two bowls of pho and an order of spring rolls. According to the menu, the large pho was $10 each and the spring rolls were $4, additionally I asked that they substitute flank steak for meatballs in my order. The food came out fairly quickly and was very tasty. When I went up to the register to pay was when things went sour. Apparently after 10pm, they only take cash, which was not made aware to me until I went up to the register and saw the little sticky note tapped to the counter. Secondly, my total should have been around $24-$26 with tax, they show me my order ticket and tell me its actually $32. When I show them the menu and the prices associated with each dish, they tell me that the prices have changes and they haven't updated the menu yet. They gave me no heads up or hint that the menu prices were not accurate and basically extorted me when I went to pay my bill. They also charged me an extra $3 for adding meatballs to my pho, when I asked them to substitute flank steak for meatballs. There is no mention of charging money for substituting meats on the menu, and the server did not inform me of that. I basically got charged for having both meats, when I only had one. Since they don't take cash after 10pm (I guess the POS stops working after 10pm) I had to use their ATM and was charged a $3 ATM fee. I was incredibly upset to have to pay an ATM fee and be extorted into paying more money than what was written on the menu. I should have made a scene and only paid the price that was written on the menu, but it was getting late and I didn't want to make my wife uncomfortable. When I left I told them that the ATM took their tip, and I definitely would never give them my money again. Extorting people for more money after they already ordered and consumed their food is no way to do business, and is extremely extremely unprofessional. read more

I honestly don't understand how this place has bad reviews! I love the egg rolls they come out so hot and their a good size! Definitely does not feel like their being cheap on the quantity. I ordered the pho large with rare steak and fatty brisket. I love the way they cut their meats. So bomb!!. The broth is on the more savory side and adding lime to it just balances out. Me and my boyfriend will always go here at least two once a week and whenever we walked in a lady would always be the one to greet us and sit us down but her attitude and her customer service is really bad and she is very rude. She talks bad about her customers and she steals tips from us all the time. Whenever we will go in she will always be rude to us and have an attitude and also she keeps stealing from us. Every time we go and we order the same thing and sometimes it would be a dollar more next time to dollar more an after the three dollar more. It was never the same price every time we go in. Came on a snowy day for some food, came in wasn't greeted at all. Not sure if it was the owners but the older man and woman at the cash register weren't wearing masks. Sat down and the woman just threw our menus on the table like okay... and then when we were paying we realized the total didn't add up? This was by far the best pho I've ever had. The chicken was sliced thick, which I've never experienced. It was seasoned well. The broth tasted great & the veggie/meat/noodle ratio was amazing. Prices were good too. The downside? The service was not good. At all. Didn't check on us. Didn't give me a spoon. Didn't offer more water. Didn't even make eye contact. I had high hopes for this pho and was hoping it could be my go to spot since its open late however my experience was nothing short of awful. Came in at 930 in the evening last night after coming back from a 4-5 hour road trip. There was only one lady in the front and another man handing out food. A kid who is about 3-4 years old was sitting in front of the counter and the lady was yelling at the poor kid in front of the customers. The lady who I assume must be the owner is also very rude to guest. My party requested for a fork and she was very rude to us and screamed " why dont you go to the next table and get one". She also kept whining and would throw a tantrum when we ask for extra bowl or refill of our drinks. When it comes to paying for food, she got very upset that we decided to pay seperately and split our checks. I discovered this pho place when my other one was closed on a tuesday. Pho TQ is a solid, no frills, pho place. The broth was flavorful, the meat was tender, and the noodles were just slightly firmer than other pho places. I'll definitely be headed back here on tuesdays if I'm craving for some pho. read more

They give you good portion for the amount you pay for. Also very fresh ingredients, taste like homemade! You can't go wrong coming here. I love the fact that this place stays open very late. In case that my significant and I forget to eat dinner, this is the first place we think off. Later night hunger struck and the pho craving was real last night. My sister and I came across Pho T-Q in our quest for pho. It's located in the same plaza as After 5 Sports bar in Kent and plenty of parking too. Came in around 11:30 and they had two customers. I mean it's nearly midnight and what pho restaurant is open this late? We say down, got menus, water, and in two seconds we ordered. Our food came out quickly. I judge a pho restaurant based off the broth (before you add your fixings) and the amount of food you get. Broth was good. Not salty and not too fatty. They have the ratio of noodle to meat down too. It's annoying when they give you a lot of noodles and no meat, but Pho T-Q did not have that problem. Lots of meat and it was tender. Normally Cat Sang across the street is my go-to pho restaurant in Kent, but Pho T-Q is pretty good too. Doesn't hurt that they open until super later either ;) read more

Last time I thought it was pretty good, but this time, it was just sooooo good. They definitely stepped it up, or tonight was just a really good night! The egg rolls were still way too hot for like 15 minutes, but I guess it's better than them being cold...... The one other complaint I still have (and the reason I can't give it 5 stars) is because they're very lazy with their cuts of meat. My boyfriend's was ridden with fatty chunks.
