I would not have thought the celery would be a good addition (I hate celery) but in this moment it absolutely works! For a main we ordered round eye steak Phó and it was absolutely perfect! We agreed that the broth is one of the best we have ever had! Plenty of protein and fabulously fresh add ins (basil, limes, jalapeños and bean sprouts). Service was quick and our server was lovely. Grabbed a quick bite today, before a movie. I ordered the Pulled Pork Banh Mi sandwich with an app of pork egg rolls. Both were delicious. The waitress recommended the sandwich and it did not disappoint. The pork was so tender and moist and the veg toppings crunchy and fresh. I liked the addition of cilantro leaves...gave it such a nice flavor. The pork egg rolls were served hot and steaming. They stayed warm throughout the meal. The egg rolls were served with a side dipping sauce. To get a lovely lunch like this for under $20. anymore is rare. I'll be back for my favorite pho, but it was nice to try something different today. This is a sweet little restaurant and the staff appreciates their customers.
