Came in to visit family for the holidays and was craving some pho and found this cute mom and pop restaurant that served some amazing food. The food tasted amazing and came out super fast. I'm from the Bay Area (San Jose) where Pho is a staple food and I was pleasantly surprised that their pho and broth tasted just like home. The soup was piping hot, generous portions of meats and noodles, and the taste was phenomenal. I also had to try the coffee which was delightfully strong yet not overpowering. The service was top notch with super friendly staff and you can tell they care about their customers and making sure everyone is enjoying their food. This is my new favorite spot every time I come visit.

I love the service here! This is a gem in Vancouver WA. My family is from Central Vietnam and this is one of the better Tumeric Noodles (Mi Quang) I have had in the PNW. Highly recommend their coffee as well.

Beef pho and coconut coffee also had the crab Rangoon's.

It was very busy when I went in, looked like a party of around 20. While being super busy they still told me to have a seat and kept apologising about the wait. While they said they were busy and service was slow i seemed to get my food pretty fast. Very good customer service and very good food!

Restaurant was nice inside! Pho was good, the broth was nice and clean tasting without feeling too heavy. The tripe in the pho was nice and tender. I liked that they gave a good amount of lime and jalapeños too on the side. Hoping to go back and try their other dishes

Probably the best banh mi I've had in the area. Generous amount of tender, flavorful meat. Highly recommend!

Fabulous food, service and atmosphere!…read more Inside is fashioned after a town in Vietnam and it is beautiful! There's plenty of seating, an adorable bar set up and tranquil water features. Absolutely could be a great date night. We started with an order of Crab Rangoons and Thai Tea. Both were fantastic! Some places over fry the rangoons making them overly oily or leaving a weird aftertaste. These were done just right! Filled with crab, cream cheese and celery. I would not have thought the celery would be a good addition (I hate celery) but in this moment it absolutely works! For a main we ordered round eye steak Phó and it was absolutely perfect! We agreed that the broth is one of the best we have ever had! Plenty of protein and fabulously fresh add ins (basil, limes, jalapeños and bean sprouts). Service was quick and our server was lovely. We will absolutely be back.

1st time trying this gem of VanWa. The vermicelli noodle egg rolls were yummy and the fish sauce was not too sweet, the chicken satay was pretty average as far as the meat but the peanut sauce? I'd DRINK that sweet firey goodness :P But the real star of the show was the chicken, onion, potato and vegetable curry. At first I was concerned spooning it out because the sauce was a little thinner than I'm used to, what a truly silly concern because there was more flavor in 1 serving spoon than in a cup of sauce from the same dish at other restaurants!! Seriously folks, don't walk RUUUUN to Lotus

I'm going to be honest, this location under its different names has not done well in my opinion…read more It was previously under a different name (Pho 777) and had similar issues. Today my partner and I went in for lunch. There was a table ahead of of of four people who had not ordered or gotten drinks yet, and a table in the middle of eating, and us. It took 17 minutes before he took our order. To his credit, he was the only person working up front, but he seemed more focused on the kitchen and doing to go orders, which is okay, but still, not great. I've tried three times in the past 4-5 months to go in for a raw beef salad dish they have. EVERY time they tell me there is SOME reason they can't make it "this time" but that they "normally have it." Every time. So today yet again, I was told they "normally have it" but it "takes a while to make" and wouldn't have any today. Okay, bummer (btw, it doesn't take a significant amount of time to make, it's literally raw beef and veggies/herbs in a lime vinaigrette which "cooks" the beef. You can eat beef raw, so it's not like it has to cure for a number of hours like a ceviche, but okay, remove it from your menu if you can't reliably have it. We order our food. My partner orders a dish he has had at this location numerous times before. It is a dish of stir fried veggies and chicken on a bed of crunchy noodles (looks like a birds nest). He orders egg rolls as well. I order salad rolls and the P1 pho. My salad rolls come out first, maybe 10 minutes later. No worries, they were tasty and well made. And we wait. Another 15 minutes and both our entrees come out, and his egg rolls. His dish is on a bed of stir fried soft noodles, and they give me a refrigerated, plastic wrapped dish with a lemon, two slivers of jalapeno, bean sprouts, and Vietnamese coriander (rau răm). No basil. So I ask him for some basil since that is STANDARD with pho. He goes "Oh okay" and comes back HOLDING two sprigs of basil, and tells me how the flooding in Hawaii a few weeks back makes them unable to get thai basil, so all they have is Italian basil. Okay, interesting...but why wouldn't you tell someone, at a Pho place, that not only do you not have limes but you don't have basil. The pho with the basil we got was good. Good broth, nice amount of meat. But my partners egg rolls had some weird HARD thing in them that he spit out and we left on the plate, which the guy serving us had no idea. He said he'd check with who supplies them. All in all, it was disappointing. Given their menu consistently advertises things they don't really carry regularly, and they seem to just be fine swapping things out without even letting you know when you order, I don't think we will be back. We gave them a lot of chances, from when it was Pho 777 and even here, and given how much it costs to go out to eat, its not worth it. To the servers credit, he did comp my partners food but I insisted on paying for mine since I actually ate mine. My partner decided to eat elsewhere given how much he disliked his. I gave it a two stars instead of one because my pho was good and they did comp my partner, but I think this was our last time.

We started with a couple Thai mules which were made with a spicy and delicious ginger beer. No need to street park here. AMBIANCE: The restaurant is on the smaller side with only a few tables. Each time we've come, there has been open seating for us to get seated quickly. There's a giant mural of how to eat pho like a pro. SERVICE: Never had an issue. The ladies are always quick to seat us and often refill our waters. They bring the food out hot and fresh and we've honestly never waited more than 10 minutes for our food. She was quick to come to the table to take our orders and are always courteous to us when we come in. FOOD: I always get the brisket pho. They have two sizes, small and large. They are pretty decent portions and I always leave full. They serve pho with limes, bean sprouts, and all the fixings. They have hoison sauce and Sriracha on hand as well. Now the brisket and noodles are always good but the star is the broth. I'm so picky with my pho broths and this one always has that deep, rich flavour that I look for in pho. It's a darker broth and doesn't taste watered down like some of the other places I've had in Portland. I've also had their egg rolls and I love them. Always served piping hot and crispy. OVERALL: Been here several times and have not been disappointed. Highly recommend.
