    Brisket and Flank Beef Pho

Great service with excellent Pho! The Beef Pho with Flank and Brisket was delicious as was the Shrimp soup! The broth gave comforting vibes the kind you want when it's chilly outside or order online for when you're not feeling your best. The boba drinks were also a nice treat to finish and balanced out the hot with the cold. Will be returning here again soon!

I come here all the time, the food is delicious and the staff is super nice. They always remember my order and it always comes out super fast no matter how busy they are, the employees also work very hard and move with speed and precision. They just re-did the inside decor and it's very clean and pleasant on the inside especially considering it's not in the best part of town.

I went here today for lunch and I must say that I'm very impressed. Parking is difficult during lunch time so often you have to find parking elsewhere. Despite being very busy and very understaffed (one person was doing all of the serving), the service was quick and very friendly! I ordered the shrimp and pork salad rolls as an appetizer and their famous Bún bò Huế as my main. The salad rolls came out fast and tasted very fresh. The soup came out quickly and was delicious. Plenty of meat and blood cubes, with fresh ingredients and an actually spicy broth. Some of the best Bún bò Huế I've ever had. I'll definitely be back.

Vermicelli bowl and pho were both delicious. All their vegetables were incredibly crispy and fresh. The $1.00 extra for a large bowl of pho is such a steal and will leave you comfortably stuffed. Really appreciated the quick and friendly service. The lady working the front is a true hustler -- bussing tables, taking orders, checking people in / out.

As I am very picky with my pho, this is my go to spot in vancouver! My pho always comes out hot and the side veggies are always fresh. Service is great as they are constantly coming around and very attentive. I'd definitely recommend this place over all others in vancouver if you're craving a good bowl of pho!

There's only a few places in Vancouver that I like for pho and Pho Ton is definitely one of them. The staff is so nice and friendly and the service is usually decent. Lunch time they're pretty busy but the food doesn't take that long to arrive. Their soups and fried rice dishes are so flavorful. Decent sized portions for the price. The restaurant itself is very small and tight and the parking is even worse.

Been a longgggg time since i have been here. One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. Probably my favorite for the fresh shrimp and pork salad rolls w peanut sauce. And the stew with french bread delicious!! Always top on my list of great food.

New to the area and was craving pho so wanted to try this place out. When we walked in I saw an Asian man eating the bun Bo hue which I thought if he's here eating it then it must be good so decided to give it a shot which I'm so glad I did! It was so flavorful and had a ton of meat. I'm always skeptical about ordering dishes other than what the restaurant is known for, esp at Vietnamese places but they did the BBH right here. Service was great as well, server came to check on us twice which is rare, if you know, you know. Very glad I found a great BBH spot in Vancouver so I don't have to drive to Portland now! Price was also very reasonable.

    Is the meat pre-cooked?

It depends on what you order! For a lot of Pho, it's preferred rare and the heat of the broth cooks it. But if you prefer it precooked you can just ask them to do so!

Fabulous food, service and atmosphere!…read more Inside is fashioned after a town in Vietnam and it is beautiful! There's plenty of seating, an adorable bar set up and tranquil water features. Absolutely could be a great date night. We started with an order of Crab Rangoons and Thai Tea. Both were fantastic! Some places over fry the rangoons making them overly oily or leaving a weird aftertaste. These were done just right! Filled with crab, cream cheese and celery. I would not have thought the celery would be a good addition (I hate celery) but in this moment it absolutely works! For a main we ordered round eye steak Phó and it was absolutely perfect! We agreed that the broth is one of the best we have ever had! Plenty of protein and fabulously fresh add ins (basil, limes, jalapeños and bean sprouts). Service was quick and our server was lovely. We will absolutely be back.

The vermicelli noodle egg rolls were yummy and the fish sauce was not too sweet, the chicken satay was pretty average as far as the meat but the peanut sauce? I'd DRINK that sweet firey goodness :P But the real star of the show was the chicken, onion, potato and vegetable curry. At first I was concerned spooning it out because the sauce was a little thinner than I'm used to, what a truly silly concern because there was more flavor in 1 serving spoon than in a cup of sauce from the same dish at other restaurants!! Seriously folks, don't walk RUUUUN to Lotus

I'm going to be honest, this location under its different names has not done well in my opinion…read more It was previously under a different name (Pho 777) and had similar issues. Today my partner and I went in for lunch. There was a table ahead of of of four people who had not ordered or gotten drinks yet, and a table in the middle of eating, and us. It took 17 minutes before he took our order. To his credit, he was the only person working up front, but he seemed more focused on the kitchen and doing to go orders, which is okay, but still, not great. I've tried three times in the past 4-5 months to go in for a raw beef salad dish they have. EVERY time they tell me there is SOME reason they can't make it "this time" but that they "normally have it." Every time. So today yet again, I was told they "normally have it" but it "takes a while to make" and wouldn't have any today. Okay, bummer (btw, it doesn't take a significant amount of time to make, it's literally raw beef and veggies/herbs in a lime vinaigrette which "cooks" the beef. You can eat beef raw, so it's not like it has to cure for a number of hours like a ceviche, but okay, remove it from your menu if you can't reliably have it. We order our food. My partner orders a dish he has had at this location numerous times before. It is a dish of stir fried veggies and chicken on a bed of crunchy noodles (looks like a birds nest). He orders egg rolls as well. I order salad rolls and the P1 pho. My salad rolls come out first, maybe 10 minutes later. No worries, they were tasty and well made. And we wait. Another 15 minutes and both our entrees come out, and his egg rolls. His dish is on a bed of stir fried soft noodles, and they give me a refrigerated, plastic wrapped dish with a lemon, two slivers of jalapeno, bean sprouts, and Vietnamese coriander (rau răm). No basil. So I ask him for some basil since that is STANDARD with pho. He goes "Oh okay" and comes back HOLDING two sprigs of basil, and tells me how the flooding in Hawaii a few weeks back makes them unable to get thai basil, so all they have is Italian basil. Okay, interesting...but why wouldn't you tell someone, at a Pho place, that not only do you not have limes but you don't have basil. The pho with the basil we got was good. Good broth, nice amount of meat. But my partners egg rolls had some weird HARD thing in them that he spit out and we left on the plate, which the guy serving us had no idea. He said he'd check with who supplies them. All in all, it was disappointing. Given their menu consistently advertises things they don't really carry regularly, and they seem to just be fine swapping things out without even letting you know when you order, I don't think we will be back. We gave them a lot of chances, from when it was Pho 777 and even here, and given how much it costs to go out to eat, its not worth it. To the servers credit, he did comp my partners food but I insisted on paying for mine since I actually ate mine. My partner decided to eat elsewhere given how much he disliked his. I gave it a two stars instead of one because my pho was good and they did comp my partner, but I think this was our last time.
