One of the best salads I've ever had in all my life. And it lasted two meals! The fresh rolls were also outstanding. Delish, fresh, vegan options and well priced. Fast pickup!

I went here for lunch today and loved it! Our server was helpful and attentive and we loved sitting next to the koi pond and watching the beautiful fish swim lazily by. I ordered the Lean Brisket and Steak Pho. So good! The broth was flavorful and fill the condiments offered were perfect. My companion ordered the Pad Thai and she said it was excellent. This is now a go-to for pho.

Been coming here every week for years. Consistantly good food and great service. I've never found pho this good anywhere else. I'm not sure what I would do if they went away.

Best vegetarian pho in town. I got it without the veggies, so typically it is loaded with fresh vegetables and great portions of tofu.

Pho Vi Van is a local staple in Vancouver. The food is always fresh and delicious, the service is prompt and friendly, and you can always expect a happy crown of people during the lunch and dinner rush. The ambiance always feels very welcoming and I'm happy to be a long time patron. Craving hot soup for these winter months in the PNW? I highly recommend you stop by!

Relaxed atmosphere, good tunes, excellent food and service, dining in or delivery. Besides excellent Pho, also delicious Banh Mi (many selections) and salads.

Gluten and dairy free review: We love this Pho (veggie and beef). It's definitely gluten and dairy free. The fried rice is yummy and gluten and dairy free. I also had the beef Pho which I forgot to snap a photo of. Very good! You can have a noodle, fish sauce, veggie bowl as well but it's not on the menu. You'll have to ask. One of our fave places.

Our new favorite Pho place. Really friendly people. Don't expect a lot of follow up so ask for all your stuff when your food shows up or you won't see them again till you pay at the register. They are responsive, just not really a service table side. Doesn't matter because the food is out of this world good. I'm so glad we tried this place but now it gets really busy at lunch. Come when they first open at 11 and it goes really fast. Come at 1230 and you are waiting for food. They make adjustment like taking the pork out of the salad rolls, which are killer! Eat here. You got to.

Pad Thai chicken was excellent. Good portion size too. Atmosphere is cozy but the booths give you a sense of privacy. Would recommend.

I'm here with my family quite often. My nephew always gets C3- round steak pho. It's great- the broth is so flavorful. I like to try a variety of things so I've also had the pad Thai, stir fry vegetables, spring rolls, and some other tastes of assorted dishes the rest of my family orders. The jasmine tea is one of my favorites. The Thai tea is refreshing on a hot day. Service is great here. Everything comes out really quickly. The servers will come by with menus as soon as you sit down and they watch to see when you're ready to give your order. Very attentive without being overbearing. Once you're done, you can get your own to go containers at the service desk where you also pay. The self service aspects are really nice so you're never waiting on staff for anything. It's a little small with comfortable booths, which are good for 4, but not great for large groups. There may be other pho places around, but I don't care because I only want to come back to Pho Vi Ván!

Amazing Food by by two sweet old Aunties! Usually a vegetarian pho is almost flavorless and boring, but NOT HERE! You can taste the homemade goodness steaming within Real food, made by real people, making you feel real good

Despite being busy, Trin provided amazing customer service and truly made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. The food was packed with so much flavor, which honestly impressed me coming from California, where Vietnamese culture and food are so popular and restaurants in Westminster are overflowing with options. I was especially impressed by their soda xi muoi, it tasted so fresh! The fried rice and pho broth were also delicious. Everything was full of flavor, even in the little bites. The restaurant itself was very clean and tidy, and everything is out for convenience such as the utensils and sauces for easy use. I can't wait to come back again. Thank you, Trin, for your excellent customer service and for making our experience so enjoyable!

I asked around and several people gave this place a thumbs up. Since I was in the area I figured I might as well try it. I usually wouldn't drive 30-45 mins if I can help it. But I'm down for supporting small businesses. I called ahead when I was done with my errands. Told the kid I was fine with the extra fees. $21 for beef rib pho. $4 for extra meat. I asked for double the extra meat. So $8 for extra, extra tendon. Lol I was being fat and decided to order egg rolls and s&p shrimp because the pix looked good and people hyped this place (and dish) up. I paid ~$80 after tip on my togo order. Place was empty. I was ready to get down and try everything and enjoy my craving I've had for weeks. I got home and was super disappointed. I got 4 different meats I don't like, and I did NOT order. I would have liked those meats to be what I actually paid for. I had to throw them out. I am glad that there was at least 1 side of tendon. But it came with body hair. Pho. Ok. Nothing to rave home about. Egg rolls. Same. Ate half of one and left it. Shrimp. The first shrimp I bit into had a full shell on and was about to be even more pissed cuz this was ~$20 on its own. I was pulling shell out of my mouth and realized the full shell was on. Super disappointing because it's gross. I'm not a fan of eating poop vein. I went back to inspect the other pieces. Thankfully it was a fluke and the rest did not have shell on (only tails). But the taste and texture didn't pass the vibe check. S&P anything is always a fav. for some reason they were soggy, shrimp was rubbery. The taste was weird. Hard to describe. Closer to a walnut shrimp. Too much sugar was added. Anyway... too many things were off for me. Not planning on driving 45 mins for meh. I make pho all the time. I have the ingredients at home. But I didn't have the meat. I was hoping this would be a win but it missed the mark for me. I get frustrated paying for things I didn't receive. I'm fine paying extra to get what I want. The kid on the phone was nice. Bonus points for him. I'm sure the shrimp and egg rolls are better in person. If I did come back I'd get a rice plate.

We started with a couple Thai mules which were made with a spicy and delicious ginger beer. Restaurant was clean. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating options. We were immediately greeted and seated upon entering the restaurant. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We ordered a few appetizers to share; coconut shrimp, potstickers, chicken satay and BBQ pork fresh salad rolls. Each appetizer came with an appropriate dipping sauce. The food was good, and tasted fresh. The chicken satay was a bit dry, but the curry flavor was perfect and the peanut dipping sauce helped give it a bit of moisture. I feel like the prices were a bit steep. We only ordered one non-alcoholic beverage and 4 appetizers, and the bill was just shy of $80, with tip. I guess I didn't realize how expensive it was since last time I came for Happy Hour. Overall we were happy with our experience here; however, next time we'll make sure we hit Happy Hour for better pricing. Would recommend.

No need to street park here. AMBIANCE: The restaurant is on the smaller side with only a few tables. Each time we've come, there has been open seating for us to get seated quickly. There's a giant mural of how to eat pho like a pro. SERVICE: Never had an issue. The ladies are always quick to seat us and often refill our waters. They bring the food out hot and fresh and we've honestly never waited more than 10 minutes for our food. She was quick to come to the table to take our orders and are always courteous to us when we come in. FOOD: I always get the brisket pho. They have two sizes, small and large. They are pretty decent portions and I always leave full. They serve pho with limes, bean sprouts, and all the fixings. They have hoison sauce and Sriracha on hand as well. Now the brisket and noodles are always good but the star is the broth. I'm so picky with my pho broths and this one always has that deep, rich flavour that I look for in pho. It's a darker broth and doesn't taste watered down like some of the other places I've had in Portland. I've also had their egg rolls and I love them. Always served piping hot and crispy.
