It's your typical hole in the wall pho spots, no frills to it but the restaurant was clean. My friend and I dined in on a Saturday around 12:30pm & it was not busy at all. I'm not really shocked because the restaurant is a little ducked off right off the freeway. I decided to order their Spring rolls and for my main I got the pho with brisket, round eye steak & meatballs. My friend ordered the grilled beef banh mi with French fries. The spring rolls were solid, the peanut sauce was creamy and had good flavor. My pho was also divine. It was aromatic, full of flavor and filling. The broth was also on the sweeter side which I don't mind. All the meats were tendered but I prefer my round eye steak to be raw and on the side so I can add it to my bowl and it can cook. The amount that they give you, it's more than enough to have you full. They gave me so much noodles that I couldn't even finish it. My friend banh mi was also good. Crispy & flaky baguette that was toasted to perfection. The meat was tendered but needed a little help on the seasoning, not bad though. The fries tasted exactly like Mc Donald's fries which isn't a bad thing since their fries slaps. But I would've like it a little more hot & fresh. Overall, not bad at all. Definitely a gem pho spot in the Katy area. I think they'll be more busier if it was in the Katy Chinatown strip, so I hope they strive as a business. Will I come back? That said, the overall atmosphere didn't feel very welcoming to me. 1. Service - friendly staff. Cashier and waiters alike. They are fast and efficient. I would suggest to have two cashiers. Only because sometimes (during weekday rush hours), the cashier is taking a phone order and there is a line of diners waiting to pay and leave. 2 cashiers will alleviate this problem. 2. Price - over $10 a bowl, but I expect that in this area (because it's not in Chinatown). 3. Ambiance - small, cute. Dress code here is casual. Dress as you are. 4. Food - when you're working in the Energy Corridor, and you want some pho, this is not a bad place to go to. Yes the Pho is sweeter than I prefer, but their pho comes out fast. Perfect for when you are on a time crunch to go back to work. I love how they use thermal bowls to keep your bowl hot during winter days. 5. Pho obsessed person here. Each time I have the chance to try a new Vietnamese place, I go for it this one is near my car dealership, after being stuck there for hours I was starving a quick search on Google Maps brought this awesome place to my radar!!! Had the beef combination pho and beef spring rolls. The intensity, rich flavor and balance of the broth blew my mind, this place will definitely be located on my recent Houston's Pho top 5 list! I'm definitely coming back to try the chicken and the veggie broth. Only disappointment was the Limonade, it didn't feel 100% natural, $4 bucks for tap water with a few drops of fake lemon and sugar is criminal in my opinion. This is a really nice and friendly restaurant. It is a typical Vietnamese restaurant, but is large enough to sit many customers. When you walk in, there is a sign that says wait to be seated. They will usually guide you to a table or allow you to choose if there are several open tables. Service is quick and friendly. The menu has several options, including rice dishes, noodle dishes, pho, and bánh mì. There are other options as well, and too many to list here. I have been here several times and have tried the pho, rice with pork, vermicelli with pork, and crispy fried noodles. All of the foods were tasty and very reasonably priced. Will definitely return. Large parking lot and the restaurant is located in a strip center. The strip center is actually perpendicular to the highway feeder, so it could easily be missed. read more

This place is located right next to lucky's bar on I 10 and Barker cypress. I highly recommend the Pho. The food was delicious and the taste of the PHO was amazing. This place off I-10 near Katy is hands down my favorite place for a bowl of pho. Before adding hoisin and sriracha, it's tradition for me to taste the broth before adding the typical condiments into my pho. All the meats are quality cuts from eye round to tripe, their combo pho is the best I've had in Houston area so far. I finally caved in and order the combination vermicelli bowl, fresh ingredients overall, the noodles were cooked to perfection and it was garnished with everything you would find typical in a cold bowl of noodles. The nuoc cham sauce could've used more fish sauce to help balance it the dish but overall I was satisfied. A family owned business who are fast, efficient, and constantly pumps out quality dishes. The waitress came and took our order pretty quickly which was nice. I got spring rolls with a vermicelli bowl and my husband got Pho, the food was great! Another downside is that I asked for chili oil and the chili oil I got looked very , very old and lacked that vibrant chili oil look. I decided not to add any to my food for that reason.
