Suburbia pho at its finest! Tucked away on the corner of a plaza in Cinco Ranch next to horrendous construction is Saigon USA. They seemingly have quiet the variety although I didn't get to try anything else other than my Grilled pork vermicelli since I was dining solo during my lunch hour. Service was slow and when I dined in, there was only one other person dining there... I wish they added more to their fish sauce - but it was just straight fish sauce and nothing else. Egg roll was just ok. I wasn't a fan on their grilled pork because it lacked the chargrilled flavor and was OVER-seasoned in my Opinion and too salty. Their way of seasoning and grilling the pork isn't typically the way grilled pork is served at a Pho restaurant. The vegetables were very fresh tho and I did appreciate that! All in all, it was meh. I prob might try their pho once in the future, but no more rice plates for me! read more

If I could give negative star I would! I've ordered my food at 6:15 through uber. The driver waited for 1hr and 30min. I personally came to the store to pick up my food. They refused to give me my order, I walked in at 8pm, after waiting for the manager to come out, I've asked for five times. We finally left the store at 9 PM. this had been one of my favorite restaurants for the past six years. I will never again come to this location after poor customer service, the front desk lady giving me an attitude and getting loud. They had one table of 3 ppl in total. Other people came to pick up their food said they waited over an hour. Poor understanding, completely ignorant, the disrespect of the long wait and the manager never coming out to speak to his customers after this long wait. Terrible lady at the front whom doesn't seem to understand. I was charged for food they never provided! read more

This is a decent viet spot in Katy but not my go to. I've been a few times and the food is pretty good. The last time I went however, our service was not the best. The shaking beef was tasty and served with steamed rice. They used to have half off pho on Tuesdays and Wednesdays a while back but they no longer do that. read more

The BEST Vietnamese ice/salted coffee in America. I tried other places such as Cali to Virginia, yet here is much better...price, service, and taste! Great customer service. Food was fresh and hot. I had the spicy beef and my wife had the sesame seed chicken. Both were good and as I said served hot. I was SO excited to try this place and I was really enjoying my spring roll until I went for my last bite and there was a BUG. I alerted my waitress and she offered to get me another order but just seemed confused & and did not take my plate. I had to eventually ask someone to take the plate. The manager never came over and addressed me. It's so frustrating because I was really enjoying it. And then the staff was disappointing with their lack of concern and attention. Oh well, that run was good while it lasted. This was about to be our family's go-to for good-tasting Vietnamese/Chinese food. That all changed with our last order on Sunday for delivery. They arrived with that off-taste when the food sat for a while. We also ordered the large wonton soup spilled in the to-go bag and soaked the rice dishes and other entries. Why....did you not have time to package the to-go order carefully? Didn't you know the entire order would not fit in one bag? There were 6 entries, 2 fried rice, wonton soup-large, and 6 steamed rice containers in a plastic to-go bag. Well, it did not...the driver just left it at the door and did not even ring the bell or place the order on the bench as instructed. I ordered delivery through DoorDash. I'm constantly on the search for Vietnamese fried egg rolls that are as good as Kim Son. (Kim Son is still the reigning champ!!) This restaurant's Vietnamese Eggrolls (2/$3.25) os served with the complete accoutrements, but the fish sauce and egg roll filling weren't as good as Em's Pho Vietnamese Cuisine, which I tried last week. I can best describe the Pad Thai Tofu entree ($9.95) as "odd" but plentiful. It was light on Tofu pieces, and I found the broccoli and snow peas somewhat off-putting. The overall dish lacked flavor. Since the debacle with Susie Wong I decided to try this place. I was not disappointed. I ordered 3 lunch specials the The French style tofu the general sao tofu and the cashew chicken. The meals were delivered without a problem. All 3 entrees were very good, the addition of the broth as a side was excellent very clear broth very flavorful. I would try one of their Pho dishes next time. But only if i eat there. I not a fan of delivered Pho. The fried rice that came with the lunch was especially good had a little buttery flavor to it almost like what you get from benihanas. Not sure how I feel I think most of what we ordered was missing in flavor the steamed rice was bland and and almost tasted watery. After a long day of work this was very much needed. I was so happy we found a restaurant was open till 10pm! First time here and I was impressed. Dining room was clean, servers was very nice, and the food was delicious. I've been to several pho restaurants and this has been by far the best. Egg rolls were so good that I ordered 5 with my family! And we usually get 2-3. Spring rolls were the same but the peanut sauce you get more peanut chunks rather than minced. The vermicelli chargrilled pork was also delicious and the setting was beautiful! I ordered the small size pho but got the large size by accident and I have to say it was huuge. Even though they gave us the large by accident they still charged us the small size price. Overall I would definitely come back to this place! read more

The V1. Char-Grilled Pork Vermicelli (with crispy eggroll) is my go-to! The pork is flavorful, and there is usually 3-4 large slices in the dish. The dish itself is a large portion, with a good serving of beansprout, cabbage, carrots, noodles, etc. Love how close this place is to where I live. I order the vegan pho and this place has easily become my favorite place to get a hot bowl of noodle soup. Decent pricing with plenty of vegetables and noodles. They also have a few different vegan options that I genuinely look forward to trying. This past visit I tried the vegan vermicelli dish with egg rolls. They put a single tiny egg roll, but all n all it was satisfying. Now for the service; Every time I come here, I encounter the same young boy with a nasty little attitude. This kid is most likely being worked to death and his misery shows. My final take on this place is that the food is worth it, but considering I'm moving to the heights I am happy to find a new spot that hopefully has better service. read more

Looks like this place got new owners. The service is really bad. We went on a weekday lunch time and they had only one nasty ugly Asian girl waitress working. Did not even greet us or sat us down when we came in. We had to find our own table and sat down. There was only one other table with customers. She proceeded to look at us and angrily sneer like we were there to beg for food. I think she was the daughter of the owner and did not want to work.
