Very delicious bubble tea,I ordered a taro bubble tea and it had a very satisfying amount of boba.Also to my surprise it had taro chunks.

When Pho Thi first opened it was my favorite place in Oregon City to grab lunch. The food was fantastic, the portions were large, and the staff was very friendly. BUT, as with a lot of places, once this place was established things have started to slip. Last trip in the food was not hot, the portions has shrunk, and there was a less than friendly teenage looking girl serving. Seriously, I would have still given this place 4 stars if it wasnt for her. She never cracked a smile and barely said a word to us. We waited FOREVER for our iced coffees and the place was mostly empty. Im not giving up of Pho Thi. I have had great food and great service many times, so lets hope they get it right the next time. read more

First time here. My Pho was wonderful but they only had 2 ppl working the dining room....it was so busy and they really needed extra help to make service flow more smoothly. People would come in and stand at the counter for several minutes to order to-go before anyone even greeted them. Good food, just expect slow (yet friendly) service. read more

This place is newly opened and my husband and I visited a week ago. I ordered from the Thai section of the menu and my husband had a Vietnamese soup. The food was delicious and the prices were great! Green tea came as soon as we were seated and smelled like it had lavender in it. The server was attentive and the food came out quickly, will definitely be back. read more

The #1 Pho with everything is what you need to get. That and the chicken wings are all I have ever had there. Better than other small places pho when you get the pho with everything in it. Fantastic place! I work right across the street at the salon and this is pretty much my go to if I don't bring my lunch. I choose it over every place down there every time. I have had a lot of PHO in a lot of different towns around the US and this place is one of the best! My whole family drives from Aurora to eat here because we haven't found any others that we like better, and we have searched. Very friendly, fast service, and clean atmosphere. First time going to this restaurant and we really enjoyed it overall! Wife had the 'Moscow Mule' to drink and said it was delicious. We also got the tofu salad rolls as our appetizer and they were very tasty and decent sized ~ of course served with peanut sauce. We inquired about the happy hour we'd seen posted on yelp, and the server told us they are 'working on it' but don't currently have one. Since that was not the main reason we decided to go on our dinner date here, we moved on to ordering our main course - Pho! Emily got the traditional and loved it. She added the sprouts, jalapeños, some sriracha, chili paste, and fish sauce (she likes it spicy!!) I got the chicken wonton and it was pretty good too. There were lots of wontons filled with spicy meat and a really tasty broth with all the 'fixens.' With her drink, the appetizer and 2 large bowls of Pho, we still spent just under $30 for the two of us. Not bad! We will definitely be back to try some more items on the menu and Emily will get her fix for her Pho craving :) read more

By far the best pho restaurant in oregon, i've been to most pho restaurants and there just isn't a place with better quality food at this time. If you're looking for great thai food and extremely good pho this is it, its a bit of a drive for me but its well worth it. Try out their pad thai and pho probably won't regret it read more

Small portion for the price. Really gross chicken teriyaki, too dry! The Pho is pretty boring, meat tasted like rubber. Really disappointed.

the food was pretty tasty. that is, the food i had AFTER THEY took back my first plate of food ( with out SAYING A THING TO ME... silently took it after i showed her) After i found a LONG HAIR tangled up in my veggies. the server was a sullen, silent, boredlooking teenage girl. she said nothing about the hair until after they prepared me a whole new plate of food and she dropped it at the table and quietly mumbled ....uuuh sorry' bout that..... no money taken off bill. no real apologies or remorse shown at all. ummm yeah... we wont be going back. its a real shame, i love to support little local mom and pop places BUT ONLY IF THEY ARE WORTH IT. clearly this place does not care. read more

We had long wanted to try Pho Tai and, unfortunately, we did. The salad rolls came quickly and were just barely ok -- the rice paper seemed dry and stuck together, the flavor was bland. Seemed to have been around a while. No problem.... but then we waited and waited for our Pho. And waited. The family at the table next to us were served their Pho and a bunch of other things -- but they had arrived and ordered well after we dd. So we waited. My wife was about ready to pay for our salad rolls and leave. Another guy came in, ordered Pho and was served pretty quickly. We still waited... in fact, he apologized to us "I don't understand why they served me first..." And we waited. About when we were ready to give up, our Pho arrived -- the house special. No apologies or explanation why we were served after everyone else in the house. They did give us lots of basil, but not all that much bean sprouts, some jalapenos and nothing else. OK. The Pho itself was pretty bland, the meat did not seem to be the same quality as elsewhere and was not particularly plentiful. Bottom line: we were disappointed. We agreed that we should have left and gone back to Pho Gia, which is not that far away. And we would have saved a couple dollars a bpwl (plus a lot of wasted, hungry time). read more

I had lunch there yesterday and to my surprise the food was amazing. The pho is breathtaking, felt like the pho from the streets of Vietnam. The aromas were of magical seasonings and the side vegetables were fresh. Price is cheap and I ordered the pad kee mao to go and that was also tasty. The Curry came with different vegetables than the description, the rice and noodles were over cooked and mushy, and the Pad Thai had an EGG SHELL in it. We're crossing our fingers, hoping we don't get sick. Never eating here again. read more

Awesome meal. Their Pho is very delicious and was such a big portion that I couldn't finish it and brought it home as a left over. The main meal was tasty.
