The accoutrement that came with it was "ok" not as fresh as I'd like, but still worked for my needs. But the broth was so very tasty! The chicken was decent as well. Also, their hoisin sauce was a cheap offbrand and fish sauce/vinegar dipping sauce was way too sweet. I don't understand why they bothered to add the Thai stuff at all...their extensive Vietnamese menu includes much, much more than the usual pho and bahn mi choices and it is all very very good ( we brought a large group, so we all got to taste a wide variety of dishes). Our water glasses were refilled a couple times, and all staff were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to try the take-home flan we ordered!

Although I was imagining more than one summer roll Rice plate signature: rice with pork, beef, shrimp and chicken. Romaine lettuce, carrot, daikon and cherry tomatoes served with fish sauce. Very flavorful and delicious, highly recommend if you cannot choose which protein to get. I mixed some of their house chili oil and sriracha into the fish sauce and poured it over my rice for the extra flavor. I wished either to have a knife with my utensils or have the lettuce cut into smaller pieces cause I had to use my hands to break them apart. The rice would've been elevated with broken rice but this rice was delicious. The cherry tomatoes are nice to have but also the size were pretty big, felt like a big gumball when I chose to bite into it. Add all the bamboo, basil, and mint. Want a primitive diet? Take the garden home for the rabbit you'll slaughter tomorrow. You are the pilot of this meal. If your pho sucks, that's on you -- take notes and do better next time. If it's amazing? Congratulations. You are now a world-class Pho-er. This is exactly why I like pho to go.
