I would say the service is always good, and the food is somewhat ok. The 4 egg rolls are so small for the price they charge. They also add a 3% fee if you pay with a credit card. We have 2 regular size pho, 1 vermicelli bowl, 2 appetizers and 2 drinks, the total including credit card fee & tip is close to $100. I've been coming here for years and I've seen the price keeps going up. Now with the 3% credit card fee, I don't think I want to come back anymore. read more

I just called to pick up two large chicken pho. I got home within 15 minutes. One of the order had blood on the noodles and container. Cross Conntamination! Been going here ever since Middle School. Plenty of parking in the lot. Food is always great, fast, and consistent. Never have had any issue here before. They recently expanded by getting the empty space next door. Which has helped their business a lot. Before it was small, and would always be full. Now with the expansion it's been busier than ever, but with enough room to eat inside. This place NEEDS WORK! I ordered Togo bahn mi chicken sandwich and was severely disappointed within 1 bite. Bread soggy, chicken not really charbroiled & not marinated well. What's worse was the outstanding add'l $1 charge on any credit/debit card transaction under $20- YIKES! I couldn't believe the reviews were so bad. Someone even said that they found some crab or shrimp in their beef pho, until it happened to me. That's not right, and unfortunately this was the first time this has happened to me and I've been here at least 20 times. What gives? Owner please address this issue and I may come back. read more

Maybe I have a different perspective than others, but coming from the Vietnamese experience in Philadelphia, I found Pho Tho to be first rate. It was the cleanest pho shop I've seen, with metal tables and chairs well spaced around the two dining rooms, and a simple menu of pho, com and banh mi choices. It was ideal for a light dinner. We split a regular bowl of pho ga (chicken noodle) and BBQ pork banh mi. Both were excellent. The soup broth was clear and spicy and took the Thai basil, sprouts and lime squeeze well. The chicken was thick sliced, plentiful and tender. A shot of Sriracha brought the slurp to a cool burn. The sandwich came wrapped in white paper and green rubber band. When opened the copious shredded red amber pork was stuffed in a crisp crusty demi baguette with lettuce, diakon, cucumber and mayo. Loved every bite. Prices were about the same as at the East end of the rainbow. read more

I'm surprised this place doesn't have better reviews. The Pho we ordered was great! We entered the door and got seated right away. They gave us our menu and they quickly came back and took our order. It seemed like just a few minutes passed when they were back again with our food! We were blown away with how fast the service was. So then came the true test. How does the food taste? The food was great!!! I couldn't believe how good and fast the service was. Then top that with great food! How could you not give this place 5 stars? What mor could you want? read more

I really don't understand why this place had such bad ratings from my fellow Yelpers. Having moved back to Murrieta, I sought out a new Pho place near my home. I came across this place and decided to give it a go. Let me tell you, this place really rocks. It's probably the cleanest Pho joint that I've ever been in. So, you're probably wondering if I'm so stoked about this place, why only 4 stars instead of 5?? Price. The regular bowl of Pho costs $8.95 as of 5-31-2019. In my opinion, they are overpriced by about $2. I think that this place would bring a lot more customers if they lowered their price. read more

My mom was sick with Covid in the hospital right by here, and she wanted pho so my dad and I ordered a pho to go for her. She's been eating terrible food in the hospital for over a week and she was so excited for pho, but she said it was awful, the pho noodles weren't even boiled. This place used to be good and generous. After the pandemic even better. I got a plate: the rice has a weird taste (fried rice) so much vegetables a ridiculous amount, also a very small amount of crunchy pork. My husband and two children got pho and they were only given a small plate of fixin for 3 people, we asked for more fixin since we ordered 3 plates of pho and the young man wanted to charge $1.95 extra also with an attitude, rude rude rude service and terrible food now, will not be coming again. read more

HAIR IN MY SPRING ROLLS!!! Time to never come back here again. Normally I wouldn't care so much about finding hair on my food because I understand sometimes it just happens, but like through all this COVID thing happening in the world right now I would think they would be more careful when it comes to preparing your food. If the person preparing the food isn't wearing a hair bonnnet they shouldn't be there in the first place. This is just disgusting. Food is great and broth has good flavor however beware coming within an hour of close. The pho I had for sure had leftover noodles from some other dish in it. That's disgusting. B12 steak pho is what I always order and has never had imitation crab pieces in it but did tonight, sadly I didn't discover those until I got to almost the end of the bowl. Noodle texture was off as well but I figured maybe its end of night they aren't as fresh or something. Anyway that sucks, now to search for a new spot. read more

Had called in for a pick up order, came in with the my service dog and the girl that was at the door was immediately RUDE, I told her I was there to pick up food but she refuse to listen and assumed I was with the gentleman that came in before me. She said I had to wait for the manager even after I told her I have a Service Dog and was only there to pick up food. She said I am not even allowed on the premises because a staff member is allergic, I even informed her my service dog is hypoallergenic. She refused to hear anything I said, went behind the counter towards the kitchen and proceeded to talk in Vietnamese to another staff member about me, I approached her and spoke to her in Vietnamese to inform her that she's RUDE and has horrible customer service and tried to educate her about the laws of service animal, but she proceeded to tell me that she is educated and even if I have a service animal this restaurant does not allow any animal because a staff is allergic. After 10-15 mins I told her once again I need to pick up food, she looks at me confused and continues to tell me that I'm with the other party. I told her I am not here to wait and argue and just need to pick up the food that was ordered and I will definitely not return to their establishment. In addition there was a bag of to go food that sat on the table before I arrived and was in the wrong name. We never were asked but the food is for Steve. Manager never came out. read more

From my experience, the food is bland. I ordered a Pho with everything in it. No flavor in the broth, couldn't even taste any " 5 spice". I will say it was clear and not cloudy or fatty which is good. But still it didn't have any amount of flavor. Ordered a Thai Tea as well. It tasted artificial. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I don't usually review poorly because I'm not picky. When there's an issue with my order I usually just make do with what I have. We initially got B1 (pho) and E7(vermicelli dish) but they gave us C7. My gf didn't want to bother them because they were busy so she settled for it. When we got home to eat. C7 was supposed to have the yellow egg noodles but instead had pho noodles. But we were still okay with that. UNTIL, I found out that my pho had the yellow egg noodles... (shown on the first image) Still. We planned to just swap everything and when doing so, we found that they threw in the extra pieces of meat in the very bottom of the bowl STILL IN THE PLASTIC (shown in the second image). I know the meat is supposed to be uncooked and then it gets cooked with the hot broth, but why did they put it inside where you just can't even see it. There was so much blood in the plastic that spilled on the dish it honestly ruined my appetite. From service, to dish preparation. Everything pretty much went wrong. 1 star is for the nice service. The food was bad and I think the cook is a beginner needs more training. With that kind of shrimp vermicelli and salad, I could have done a better job myself at home. Shrimps got out from package and got boiled, vermicelli also got boiled, some salad, some bland fish sauce and that s it. Nothing else to be done for the shrimps. Easy money. My friend ordered fried crispy noodles with chicken seafood sauce. The sauce was good taste, but not the chicken. It s a simple boiled chicken as best. Portion was small too for $11.95. Also I noticed the people working in the kitchen didnt wear mask the day I visited but they expect the customers to wear mask walking into the restaurant. How on earth would I know if they sneeze and spread the covid on my food? I think I would be brave and risky enough to try their food that might cost my health. I know the ones who cook don't wear mask because I saw them sometimes go into the front. I should have listened to my guts and believed it s not a good sign when I could not find this place from beginning, the location is quite hidden from the map. I had a wonderful but long day and on my way home- I thought a nice bowl of broth would wrap up my evening really nicely, so I stopped at Pho Tho. I ordered the shrimp and rice noodles, and it did not disappoint. It was a huge serving of broccoli, shrimp, bits of carrots and tons of noodles. It came with bean sprouts, basil , a lime , hoisin sauce and a few other spicy sauces with Sirracha. It was flavorful, yummy , hot, and just perfect! I will return! read more

We ordered egg rolls, 5 combination pho bowls, 2 with just meatballs, 2 Cornish hen plates, 1 banh mi and 1 vermicelli plate. The 2 meatball pho literally came with one half meatballs each! We did not receive our 2 Cornish hen at all - it was bbq pork!! The pho flavor is great but so disappointing that the rest of our order was messed up. Yes this could of be better if we can actually eat out for a chance. Cold weather and soup always sounds good right? I ordered the seafood noodles soup and in other word hit the spot at the moment I put the first spoon. I missed going out but I can always settle for a good bowl of noodles and is good!. I wish I can have more of their food and enjoy but the options are limited to order and make it as tasty as when your seating down in their restaurant. We are new to the area. It was hard finding a good pho place. We enjoyed it for a few months but have been having trouble with the service. We probably go at least once every 2 weeks. Today we came in. They sat us down and we waited 10 minutes. I walked up to the desk and asked if we could please place our order I was willing to place it there, because there were 3 employees sitting behind the desk and they kept telling each other to take our order then sent me back to the table and still did not take the order. So we left. I worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years. I understand when it's busy, but when it's not and staff acts like they don't care to your face, it's pretty insulting. Hope your experience is better than ours. 2 stars because the food was decent but that was the worst service I've had in a long time. read more
