The interior was quaint and casual, though there were a few flies buzzing about from the frequently opened door. Service was average, once we were served we didn't see anyone, and it took a little bit before our orders were grabbed as well.

The soup was pretty tasty with a natural sweetness, 2 springy half fishballs & a large, very fresh shrimp. The sauce was basically oyster sauce but pickled garlic, red vinegar, hoi sin & chili sauce were available to add complexity. The noodles weren't wet but were not dry either. Large was a very big bowl it came with minced pork, thin sliced pork beansprouts & greens. The pickled garlic was good. Also got a shrimp fritter on the side for $2.50. It was big with one tiny shrimp. The juxtaposition was comical but it was cheap. It was not warm but the fritter was crispy & tasty. Unfortunately the shrimp itself was dry & brittle. Been to a few Pho restaurants in the area. The staff here are very friendly, fast to serve and the pho was really delicious, perfect for this cold weather lately. We also tried the pork vermicelli and it's I have to say, really really good. One thing that really capped off the pleasant dinner was that super clean nice decor. All round a great pho experience.
