This pho place is a solid go to. Their pho broth is flavourful and they give a decent amount of toppings. The portion has gotten smaller though, there was not a lot of noodles. It was still satisfying. We tried their bun rieu for the very first time. We haven't really had good bun rieu in GTA, but I was pleasantly surprised by how flavourful the broth is. There is also a lot of toppings. I was very pleased. The service is quick. The restaurant is a little cramp and always very busy, but still comfortable to dine in. The place to go for a quick fixing. There's ample parking and the place can get packed during meal hours. They are going hi tech with a QR code scanning, or an iPad Mini, but that's just the menu; you get a check that you write in the menu number and quantity. The food in on par with a typical Vietnamese comfort food. Service is quick and the portions are big. For lunch, you can opt for the traditional quick fixes, such as their Pho, rice plates or apps. The egg rolls was a bit of a let down, and it was too dry (appeared it was pre-fried, and when you order it they throw it back in the fryer to reheat). The Pho was flavorful but they overlooked our request for the beef on the side. They do offer traditional Vietnamese dinner, but it can be a hit or miss (their sour soup was a hit but their Beef Cubes on Iron Platter wasn't our favorite). To me, I Love Pho is your typical Pho restaurant where you come and expect good pho and don't expect much from the ambiance or North American standard of "politeness" from the staff. The place is clean and quick. You can order either from scanning QR codes on the napkin dispensers, or they typically bring out a tablet with the menu on it when the drop off the pen and paper for you to write your order on. As someone who typically gets nervous interacting with people, I really do appreciate the no-fuss method of this kind of ordering and interaction with waitstaff. Take a note of the number on your napkin dispenser because that's the table number you give to the cashier when you get up to pay at the end of your meal. ALSO, their takeout options are just as generous as their dine-in portions! I didn't order pho, given the amount of noodles to broth ratio and opted for fresh rolls with tofu instead. Paired with a delicious peanut sauce. The rolls I had were filling. Received way more than I was bargaining for. There was enough for all of us to eat. The restaurant was busy and some servers did not speak English, which made it hard to communicate. There is no choice between fresh vs dried noodles. I'm assuming the noodles are, by default, dried rice noodles. I don't mind that since I find fresh noodles to be a bit too oily sometimes. This is our favorite pho restaurant. We always get a large bowl of pho as part of a family style meal. The pho is very good, has a beautiful broth, good portions of meat and noodle, with a beautiful assortment of fresh local herbs atop the plate of braised sprouts. We are happy with rare beef, tho tendon is nice too. We've tried some dishes here: curry, crunchy fried noodles, stir fried beef, etc. and it has never disappointed. But our favorite traditional dishes are the platters, where you can roll your own rice wrap, and also the vermicelli bowls. This time we got the vermicelli with grilled chicken and spring roll. The chicken is grilled to charred and the spring rolls are house made, crispy with a delicious blend that includes taro inside. With the sauce and julienned vegetables, this is a filling and refreshing dish. The smoothies are quite good too. Thumbs up for the mango, avocado and jackfruit shakes, all creamy and delicious. So the prices have gone up since the pandemic but the quality seems consistently good and the portions are great. We always have leftovers to take home. I have never seen this restaurant empty. This is a busy restaurant.. because the food is authentic and amazing!! One of the best pho restaurants in Mississauga in my opinion. This is my family's go to spot. Expect busier lines (approx. 15-20min wait) during lunch/dinner times on the weekend. The service is amazing here. The servers are fast and hardworking. I've slowly been converted to I Love Pho from another pho place in the city. Their portion sizes are very generous considering their prices (and in this economy!). Service both dine in and take out are quick. Their take out website is easy to use. One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Mississauga! Big menu and delicious offerings. I love the #200 Beef rib soup noodle. It only comes in large size and is so tasty and satisfying. It comes with a fantastic satay sauce! If you feel like seafood and some heat, I recommend the whelk soup noodle which comes with amazing beef betal leaf wraps! Also enjoy the pork and shrimp fresh rolls. Very fresh and comes with a generous portion of the peanut sauce. Only downsides are the limited parking and small dining space. Like it's the perfect flavour, it's a tiny bit spicy though, for those who aren't expecting it. The fried rice is also very good. They've got a really good system for order pickup. This is my dads favourite Pho restaurant and being Vietnamese, that says a lot. My parents come here all the time. My dad and I had a lunch date today and he insisted on taking me to I Love Pho, even though we passed several Pho restaurants along Dundas. I'm not picky when it comes to Vietnamese food and assumed this one was like any other but I was wrong. My dad ordered grilled chicken on rice and I ordered bun nem nuong chao tom and the serving was massive! And so delicious too!!! The serving was so big that I had a full sz serving left to take home for mom. I also ordered a mango slush and it was made perfectly. I had an hour lunch but still made it back with plenty of time. I am a huge fan of I Love Pho 2, and come here often as I adore their grilled chicken vermicelli. We came here this time to celebrate my parents' anniversary, and decided to try the beef course meal. As it's meant for 2-3 people, we added on another large-sized pho for good measure. The beef course was quite abundant, and came with a variety of dishes, including the following: DIY Fresh Rolls We were given a package of fresh roll papers and some warm water to dip / soften the paper for rolling. A huge plate of fillings accompanied it, with some thin rice noodles, lettuce, pickled carrots/daikon, cucumbers, some peanuts, herbs (basil, etc.), and raw beef (intended to be cooked in the hot, boiling broth). This was a fun endeavour in which the whole family got involved and enjoyed, but truly wasn't that impressive taste-wise. Meat Platter An assortment of differently cooked beef was served - there were two fat meatballs, lots of thinly cooked steak fillets, and grape-leaf wrapped beef. I found the steak fillets a touch dry, but the beef within the grape leaves were yummy! Stir-fried Beef Cubes These juicy chunks of beef were stir fried with onions and sweet & green peppers, and seasoned with a bit of pepper. They were so delicious and tasty! Not too overcooked nor tough. This dish was cleared relatively quickly. Beef Salad Slightly raw, thinly sliced beef was served in a tangy marinade / dressing with raw red onions, some herbs, and chilies. This was a refreshing break / palette cleanser from the other heavier dishes. Beef Congee Last but not least, the meal ended with two small bowls of congee. It tasted strongly of ginger (definitely quite a few pieces served with the beef), and was topped with crispy fried shallots. By this time, we were so stuffed that we weren't able to finish all of it. It was a fun experience, mostly attributed to the novelty of all the new dishes. The food was fine, portions were average for a medium sized bowl of pho and a decent amount of proteins. My iced coffee was only 70% filled (and that's with half the cup being ice). What I had more of an issue with, was the service. Our server seemed rather upset, and almost didn't want to interact with us at all, which was bizarre. Haven't eaten here in a long time. The food here is great! Since we ate on a Friday night, it wasn't too busy when we got there at 6pm. But shortly after we got there, the place started filling up. This time, my family decided to try their hot pot. We tried the seafood hot pot, which came with Napa cabbage on the bottom with watercress on the top surrounded with 2 prawns, lots of shrimps, mussels, tripe, fish, slices of beef, squid, firm tofu and fried tofu. There was so much food! We ate with 7 people. We did order 2 bowls of pho too. The pho came with lots of meat in there and the soup was flavorful. We came in hungry and left feeling full. When this place opened up, originally it was amazing. Portions, flavor, service was on point. Since their renovations and 2 healthy and safety violations back in 2021 it has spiralled downwards. Really miss this place, the seating was great and it was just too short lived. Parking can be difficult as this plaza has a one way entry and limited spots. Theres a second location 15 minutes away, id recommend going to that location as it is better in everyway. Hope they fix it up, its super close and convenient to me but i no longer go here. read more

We have been coming her for 7 years for pho chicken soup. BUT if they don't have pho they will give you chicken soup and charge u pho prices. I am sick and tired of going back and complaining , do they not know that we North Americans can tell the difference? I have personally been back 4 times to complain, and we are very specific when we order. My friend bought me pho chicken soup as my husband is in the hospital and she knows I love it. Only to find it was chicken soup again. I will be finding another place that is more honest with their customers. I will say when I go back they do give me what I ask but who wants that hassle!! I ordered the 201 and my company ordered 209. I would say this falls as a nice hidden gem for pho. Didn't detet MSG, broth is moderately salted, I could actually see little beef particles is the broth....so it's not from bucket ...I hope I'm picking that up right. By far the most protein I ever had. 201 was slightly greasier; it could be the need balls. 209 is usually my to do kewl, with the beef tendon, beef pieces. Overall a great place. I decided to order the Com Tam and ate it and I know I shouldn't judge a book by its picture but I gotta say, it was delicious! What we did not enjoy this time was the following: They gave lemon instead of lime. Pho always goes with lime. The mixed the hot sauce with the hoisin sauce which some people do not like the hot sauce. The brisket was hard, it was not cooked enough. The soup did not have much of a taste which it usually does. Not sure what is happening in the kitchen for the last two visits my family and I have been here. You would think that pho would come out first because the restaurant is called "I Love Pho". The first long visit was when everyone but my sister got their order. She ordered a bun bo hue and it took so long to be brought out. We were all finished eating when her food finally arrived. Every time we asked if it was coming, they said "soon". The most recent visit was a similar situation. My parents and husband ordered pho and got their orders way after my sister and I got our bun bo hue's. We noticed other tables getting their pho before us and they ordered after us. This was the longest renovations. Used to always have huge lineups because the restaurant was small held about 30 people only, months ago they closed down to renovate as they acquired the store next door. After months of renovation they finally reopened. The pho is normally good haven't had a bad experience here before. The soup is piping hot just how I like it and the portion is very good compared to some other spots. Piping hot pho and slurpping it down seems so satisfying. We also ordered a shrimp and pork fresh roll, this is basically shrimp, pork, bean sprouts and vermicelli noodles wrapped with rice paper. This dish was very fresh as well because some places the rice paper I find is really hard and chewy suggesting they pre wrap them. I noticed that they now have many large tables that seat 6 people to 8 people, usually seating 2 or 3 people on the ends of the large tables. Seems like some what sharing a table but far from your neighbor. Service is good lots of servers around bring food and taking orders. Another clean and good spot for pho! read more

My friend assured me the turnaround times were quick and that we wouldn't wait long. She was right. We waited maybe 10 minutes or less, then a table became available. Service was pretty quick. I mean obvz, I'm only ordering pho, how long could that possible take? My other friend ordered the stir fried noodles with beef. His took a little longer. Pho was pretty fragrant. I did enjoy the broth. They give you a lot of meat compared to other places but not enough noodles, i found. I was still full after consuming everything. It has been my pho go-to prior to pandemic. Today is my first time visit after the 3rd reopening effects. I ordered stewed beef w/t egg noodle. Soup is so thick and starchy. Don't get me wrong I love thick soup but this one goes too far. And the beef is extremely chewy like the cow itself just spent his 90th birthday before being slaughtered. My teeth were totally jammed with small chunks of beef with high discomfort when stepping out . I used and snapped two toothpicks but no help. I will need a full water floss when driving back home. We ordered a variety of items such as the vermicelli, the bo bun hue, original pho, spring rolls and more. The price is average and the portions were good. The service was good as well, quick and efficient. The taste of the food was standard. I heard a lot of hype around this place so I was excited to try it (driving all the way from scarborough) but felt the food was just average. This was our first visit to I Love Pho and we were very pleased with both the food and the service. First of all, the decor is clean and modern. The restaurant is very clean (partly because it's quite new, I'm sure). We visited at 11:30 (ish) on a Friday and there were already a couple of tables filled. By the time we left (around 12:30), the restaurant was more than half full. The service was definitely better than at most Vietnamese restaurants in the area. The server came over to our table a few minutes after our menus were delivered to ask if we had any questions. He came back after our food was delivered to ask how it was (pretty much unheard of at Viet. restaurants in the area other than Pho Queen City). We ordered one vermicelli dish and one rice dish. Both were hot, tasty and very nicely presented. The spring roll with the vermicelli dish was really good, with lots of taro inside. The steamed egg with the rice dish was a little drier than usual, but still not bad. The prices were very reasonable, with the bill coming in under $20 including tax and tip. We always get the Com Ngu Sac, Bun Rieu, Bun Bo Hue, or Hu Tieu My tho (soup on side of course). The portion here absolutely blows all of the other restaurants away, while maintaining a good-very good quality consistently.
