Everyone has there likings when it comes to pho. So many places and so many variations but this place was enjoyable for us. Food Good size ration of protein and noodles as some places give you more noodles than protein or vice versa. We like that not all broths are beef broths. The chicken vermicelli dish I got wasn't the usual lemongrass chicken as it was a different seasoning. Not a bad thing just different. Service was good! Staff was attentive and very friendly with our son. They did give us scissors to cut the noodles and it was in a plastic wrap. Might have been new scissors. Only thing I thought was I guess tacky? The middle central table in the restaurant was filled with their condominium trays and they sat there putting stuff together. I know pho restaurants do that same time but it's usually in the corner or somewhere close off. read more

We had the grilled chicken vermicelli. There were two sizes, L and XL. The L is pretty big, no complaints about quantity! Eggrolls cost extra, unlike other places. Taste was pretty decent. We also had banh mi, which we also pretty good. The interior is modern and clean. There were two TVs running some Vietnamese programs, but volume were muted. Pretty good phở and a little better service than their other location on 1960. The gỏi cuốn that had quite a lot of shredded lettuce inside was okay and for their nớc béo it was almost like phở broth w/o any onion sticks in it. I also had their raspberry tea there, which was pretty big for me to drink and it tasted like a fountain drink. Will be back here soon eventually for the phở. read more

The pho alone is really a 4 out of 5. The broth was delicious. I was super impressed. The only thing is that like most places now they are pretty skimpy with the topping. They gave us one small sprig of basil for the two of us (see photo). I love a lot of cilantro, basil, and jalapeños with my pho so I was a bit disappointed by that. The broth alone made up for it and they have a great lunch special here. The Eggrolls were delicious as well. We came Friday for lunch since my husband works nearby. The meat didn't taste cheap and the tripe they serve here was super clean. It tasted amazing. The service here was amazing!!! The only drawback is that they banh mi we got wasn't good so we took it home to give to my sister hehehe. The meat tasted weird. I'm not sure what it was marinated with, but it wasn't good. The topping and everything were lovely on it though. I definitely recommend this place for a quick lunch. The service was friendly and the prices were great considering the area. I ordered via Uber eats all vegan items off of the vegan menu and received salmon and shrimp. I was refunded by Uber eats which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Vegan means NO ANIMAL product whatsoever.. there is a version of vegan salmon so I assumed the salmon vermicelli that was listed in the vegan section and that had the vegan symbol next to it would mean it was truly vegan. This place is Pho-nomenal!!!!!!! Wife was in the mood for good vermicelli, we had heard about this place and decided to give it a try. The staff was friendly, everything in the menu looked good, and it definitely didn't disappoint. My wife is very critical of her vermicelli and she gave me the "we gotta come back look" right as she took the first bite. She enjoyed the beef & shrimp vermicelli w/egg roll, I had the beef pho and was also pleased with the flavor (this comes from a guy that eats pho once a week for lunch. Cold day in Cypress, 39 degrees. I know it's not cold compared to other places in the US, but around here, it's cold... haha. Anyhow, we, wife and I, wanted to warm our belly and worn off the chill. It was between Pho or American soup, and it's hard to find any restaurants that serve a decent soup. PHO it is. Pho Town II was the choice today. We went during lunch, and the place wasn't crowded, so we were seated in no time. Service - the waiter, is it still politically correct to call them that, or is it server now. Anyhow, he was eager to take orders after getting our table. The wife had the lunch special, consisting of A large C7 (white steam chicken) + egg roll and an ice tea for $13.50. It was a bargain since the large C7 alone was 12.50. PHO broth was flavorful, and she switched to egg noodles. Today, however, the chicken was tough. I had the marinated chicken (C8 on the menu) and also with egg noodles. The broth was consistent with my wife's PHO, and the chicken was better, maybe because it was dark meat. I also ordered stir fry chicken vegetables with fried rice. I had a similar experience with my wife's chicken in her PHO. Some of the chicken pieces were tougher than the others, and the fried rice was ok. read more

Was in the neighborhood and saw this place pop up on my yelp. Me and my kids love pho and eat it fairly often, so I decided to go in. The pho itself was good. However, I ordered chicken with fried rice and vegetables and it was inedible. The chicken was pink in color-not sure what makes chicken pink EVER. The rice tasted like cardboard and was definitely not fresh, probably leftover from the day before. Gross! Seriously, it's very rare that I don't eat my dish but this was absolutely horrible. It's embarrassing that the kitchen would send this out and serve to a customer. I don't think my dogs would eat this. Two stars because of the pho. Will not be back. Vegans Beware. It's vegan friendly but due to cultural differences you might get ambushed with an egg or dairy or straight up meat. My parents are Veet Mayonnaise also and they don't quite get the whole vegan thing either, my relatives try to feed me fish as a vegan. There isn't a Viet NoKnees equivalent word for vegan. This is our new Vietnamese spot. Yes, there is another Vietnamese place in the same block, but this one is closer to 290. The pho is just ok. My favorites are the tofo shrimp bahn mi sandwich, the egg rolls, and garlic filet mignon. You should also try a mango drink. My husband likes the house bahn mi and their fried rice (chicken only). Their service is pretty great until they tell you that you ordered a lot of food. That always puts a damper on my meal. Like I know what I ordered and I know that it is a lot. Discovered this place after a quick yelp search for Pho places nearby. It was a Saturday afternoon and a bunch of us old guys just got done playing basketball up in Cypress. Pho' is literally on everyone's mind. So we head over to Pho Town. This place had a decent amount of people. I would say a table or two from being completely full. This is a good sign! It must mean the food is good! You have all the traditional Vietnamese cuisines. We all order some Pho' and share a few fried Spring rolls. The prices were pretty on point. Not too expensive but not on the cheap side. The Pho came out within 5 minutes. The broth still steaming and the beef strips still pink! This was a good sign! You add on the herbs and spices you want and let the beef finish cooking in the broth. The only thing I would suggest is providing more of the herbs and greens. The amount of cilantro, peppers and mint leaves were lacking. I ended up hogging all the peppers because I like it Spicy! The broth was heavy and flavorful. It was delicious! I honestly pounded my soup within 7 minutes! Lol All my friend's had nothing but good things to say and devoured their food almost as fast as I did! Thank you! Finally a really good place to get pork spring rolls and great vermicelli bowls! We started with the honey glazed pork spring rolls with a side of fish sauce. The pork had great flavor and the roll tasted fresh. The rice paper had a good consistency and wasn't too sticky. The vermicelli bowls were very generously filled. Three stars, middle of the road and here's why. The dining experience is excellent. The food is good and it's hot and it's served quickly. The to go experience is terrible. The packaging sucks. The portion sizes m additionally, for every item you order, there is a $.35 to go surcharge. They bundle up everything so tight that you can't really take it apart and check it but they have a huge disclaimer that says you're supposed to check everything. The restaurant is clean and the employees are polite and attentive with your orders which is a plus to me. They have a lot in their menu to choose from. I opted for D1 which is charbroiled pork, clear noodles, egg rolls, and shrimp. Everything was fine, but the pork are not charbroiled and undercooked as well as the shrimp (it was so cold like a shrimp cocktail). I was craving some Vietnamese food as saw this place in the Cypress area and it was actually really good! I only have one complaint which I'll say in a bit. The place inside is a good size Vietnamese shop, they have booths, tables with chairs, and the mix of one side booth and the other side chairs set up. I came with my boyfriend and we both got a vermicelli bowl as our entree and to start off with we got an order of their spring rolls. So here is where I have a little complaint. They use shredded lettuce almost like the kind you put on top of tacos and I did not like that. Using this kind of lettuce made it hard to dip the spring roll into the peanut sauce without the lettuce falling out and making a mess with eating. I would pass on the spring rolls next time. Now the bowls were super yummy! This was their redemption. I got the honey glazed pork with shrimp and the pork had a nice sweet taste to it, the shrimp was a little bland. They also added peanuts and some kind of fried onions to the bowl which was something different added a nice taste and texture. All of the bowls come with an egg roll as well. They do have some alcohol choices, and unfortunately their soda is in a can so I believe it isn't free refills. My boyfriend passed after being aware of this and just got water instead.
