They provide and option for bone marrow soup that is perfect for getting the richness of high quality Pho. The spring rolls and egg rolls are authentic and high quality. Everyone in Cypress is very lucky I'll tell you that right now. As an Asian person, knowing what most other Asians think as well, this is exactly how pho is supposed to be done! Gotta have the Viet music or some piano instrumental holding down the fort, FOB brothers and sisters working (if you don't know what FOB is, ask an Asian friend) and great tasting pho broth the way it is supposed to taste. For a great pho restaurant to be way out here blew my mind. I thought it was too good to be true. I normally get pho at the hole in the wall restaurants because it's real pho, not this new age hipster type crap. Pho Town has won my palate, stomach, and heart. Worst service. First we came in and the table was sticky and we asked if they had a wet towel and they said that they didn't have any. They told us we have to move tables so we did. Then it took them almost 15 minutes to take our order. We ordered Pho and two plates of orange chicken and we only got pho and one plate of orange chicken. We told four different people and they all told us that it was almost ready. We waited for 30 minutes and the food was still not ready. We finally got up and just told them to forget the orange chicken and they said it was STILL not ready. We paid and they didn't even attempt to fix it or take care of us. I have been here multiple times and it's always been great until tonight. I am currently sitting right in front of this store typing up this review because my boyfriend and I were rudely turned away. They do not close till 10pm and we walked in right at 9:30pm and the guy told us they were only accepting to-go orders. There were 4 people doing absolutely nothing at the front desk area. We were turned away for no reason, why would your sign say you are open till 10pm and you have the nerve to turn people away? I do not think the owner is here tonight because she has always been welcoming no matter what! This employees are awful and should be ashamed for running down this business and turning away customers because they are too lazy to take care of 2 customers. To be fair the food tasted ok. My wife and I both had Bun with a spring roll starter. While eating our meal she found the end of a spring roll wrapper and piece of sliced pork in her beef/shrimp bun. It occurred to me that they had disassembled a prepared spring roll to get the shrimp and veg out of it to put in our dishes. That's pretty lame. read more

(Keep in mind this Pho restaurant is the only one within the near by area that's open late. With that said plenty of people will say it's the good or decent without having competition around them) Very dissatisfied with the service here. I've been to many pho places in the Houston and cypress area. This place closed down before due to reasons I'm not sure of but now reopened. Giving them a second chance thinking the quality and prices might have changed. I was very mistaken, understanding it's the cypress area 8.50 for pho? , understandable. My main problem here was the undercooked meat in the pho and com thit noung ( rice with grilled bbq pork and veggies). The broth wasn't given any love, if you're used to eating Vietnamese stay away from this place. The beef broth tasted like chicken noodle soup, right away from tasting it I could tell it was quick made, barely any flavor at all. My noodles weren't fully cooked which really set off everything. My waiter was condescending about the issue telling my friend that it's always like that in Vietnamese culture. Having 3 others try his food, we all agreed it was undercooked. If you're in the area or used to going here try the pho place behind it next to the Kroger that closed down. It's called Pho Binh, give it a try and you'll see what I mean. I've been to Pho Saigon, Pho Ton, Pho Anh, and many others around Houston and cypress. I hope the restaurant gets better, the idea of this place being in a nice area and having this quality of Vietnamese food is disappointing. Consistently good food in my last 3 visits. I ordered the pho with bone marrow/egg yolk twice, spring rolls, and chargrilled pork with vermicelli. Prices of their sandwiches are high so I have yet to try those. Friendly staff. Most other pho places on this side of town are subpar. read more

Every time we have come here giving them another try they still have horrible customer service. You have to search for them in order to place an order or sometimes even get a menu after they seat you. The food is alright but the experience overall is not worth the drive. You bet I would never coming back to this place. 1st time we bought a Pho, rolls and vermicelli dishes. Pho is bland, not authentic with a few pieces of meat. The sauce for the roll is not that good either. Nothing is special. Tonight I gave it another try, came In bought 2 sandwiches, one is combination with pork and chicken. My husband wanted pork and egg in his sandwich. We waited for 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches, charged us $12 which u bet it's overpriced. Typically, a Vietnamese sandwich doesn't cost you more than $4. We are excited to try the $6 sandwich when we got home. Well, first of all, my husband sandwich missing an egg when they charged us for it. 2nd, the sandwich is clearly in the freezer, not fresh, they put it in the oven, and it's hard like a rock after 5 minutes in the air. They don't use Vietnamese butter but they used mayonnaise. The meet flavor is ok but the baguette itself is hard and it's hurt my teeth with every bite. I had bun thit nuong with egg roll with a side of beef broth. Big portion and flavorful broth.

They charged a to go fee for my order without telling me upfront. It was a nominal fee, but charged twice (one per dish). Only saw it when I reviewed the receipt. They also charge $4 for spring rolls instead of the $3.50 it shows on the menu photo posted to Yelp by the business owner less than a month ago. They just opened so I can't imagine prices changed so quickly. As I looked through their menu while paying one of the waiters handed me the business card and said there is a menu online. I told them they didn't have the whole menu on Yelp. He wasn't exactly friendly and repeated it's on the website. So, for any of you interested in looking at the full menu, check their website which is not listed here on their Yelp page as of the time of this review post. Every item I ordered was at least partially wrong, partially missing, completely wrong, or completely missing. Unfortunately I ordered through doer dash so I never found out what happened.
