Unlike many shops, the pork seems to be a quality cut, with little fat and cooked to an extremely tender state to go along with its naturally great flavor. Not the best pho I had but the best on this side of town. I like how you can actually choose the meat you want in your pho. Broth is tasty & light. I like it! You don't need to add alot of hoisin or sriracha sauce. Portion size is just right. I don't care for their spring rolls. Customer service is kind of lacking though. The workers are not very attentive. The few times I been here, they were very busy but that should not be an excuse. Once the food makes it to your table, don't expect anyone to come back or any refills. Overall, I like this place. It's clean & I just want a yummy bowl of pho & I'm satisfied. read more

I was so hungry and late for dinner after i helped my husband's work and rushed to go to this pho place around 8pm. My husband does not eat meats so I went to myself. I ordered a bowl of pho and thi tea and to go vegetarian pho but the waiter brought not what i ordered. Also the waitress suggested me to try for the new menu of boba tea and i was delightfully said ok because i like boba tea and waited for it to try but she didn't bring me nothing instead the owner came with her. The owner was sit right next to where i was sit. I felt weird, and still waited the suggested boba tea. At the same time i thought the owner and waitress outfit seems not professional and thought why the owner eating dinner that late at her restaurant and she was sit right next to me. she brought a spring roll with her that seemed it for her dinner. I figured maybe it was her dinner. I just comforted to myself it may be coincidence. I just kept eat because i was so hungry. After i finished eat she asked me 'are you pregnant and i felt shock and she asked me how old i am. She continue question and talk about my clothes that my cloth is too big and she kept say 'do you like comfy cloth?' omg, Im always never doubt anyone what the way question about me and i always answer for them honestly but after this time i came home i felt that was not right to the customers asking about age or privacy. Also she was keep asked me that 'are you pregnant? or even she asking about do i have period or no more, or how feel after no more, she even asked about how i am with my husband etc. i been to this pho place very long time with my husband and I'm always forgive the waitresses or waiters mistakes but this time i was so sad the way owner and staffs were treated to a hungry woman client alone. My question, is a woman go to restaurant alone is a sin? Anyway, until to the bitter end, the waitress didn't bring me the sample tea to try at all and i had to kept the vegetarian vermicelli which was not what i ordered because had to rush for my husband. after i came home i tried to figure why am i still feel uncomfortable from what happen in this pho place. than i decided to write a review for this pho place. Very clean restaurant (including the men's restroom!), great service, very good tasting food, good portions and competitive pricing. Good pho (really love the meatballs btw), friendly service, great price, my fav dish (combination fried rice)'s quality is a bit inconsistent though. Sometimes it's a bit dried out, other times the amount does not look as massive as usual. Plus please don't put the containers of siracha and bags of soy sauce directly into my rice when preparing for my take-out, jeez. read more

Best vermicelli in the area. The shred the lettuce & carrots as well slice the cucumbers thin making it easy to mix the ingredients thoroughly. The iced coffee is perfect as well. My husband enjoys the pho because the broth is very flavorful. The dining room is nice & service is great. read more

Order Pho Dac Biet, the broth was pretty good considering I didn't have to add hoisin sauce. Only issue was that nobody ever came and check up on me, the table I sat at ran out of napkins and I was waiting the whole time for someone to come by so I could have requested for some napkins. Restaurant smells like my mom's kitchen in that everything is authentic! However, the pork on the banh mi is not traditional lemongrass pork. It's xiu mai which is used in pork bao. Fried rice is not very flavorful but the portions are large. Prices are a bit steep also. read more

From the moment we sat down, the waiter already accommodated us and made us feel so welcomed. My boyfriend isn't a very big pho-eater so the waiter explained to us the different types of meat and bowl sizes and such. We're very pleased with both the beef and chicken broth! We love our new Pho place in Cypress! The pork banh mi is one of the best I've had, especially in Cypress. The pho is also really good (I had the beef), as well as their Vietnamese egg rolls wrapped in lettuce leaves and dipped in their really flavorful fish sauce. I can't wait to go back to try new things, but I keep going back for that pork banh mi! Nice restaurant vibe/atmosphere and the manager and staff are friendly and accommodating. There are a TON of Vietnamese restaurants in the Houston area but finding one with good broth, tripe, and good Thai tea is a bit harder. I ordered via Door Dash and my food was still super hot when it arrived. The pho is awesome and my tummy is happy. We've been to this place multiple times and I haven't yet found a dish I didn't like. Their broth is one of the best in the area, it is layered with so many flavors. Their rice plates are my favorite, but be sure to order the extras like fried egg and egg rolls. The guys are very friendly and very knowledgeable about their food. They are always happy to answer my questions. The Vietnamese Coffee is a little too strong for my liking, but the guys always bring me a glass of water so I can dilute it to my preference.
