We were in the mood for some pho. This is my second time here and the experience was better than the first. There is plenty of parking in the back and on the side of the building. We were greeted and the seated right away. We chose to sit next to the window with the view of the street. My daughter and I ordered the number 16 and my husband ordered the number 31. I typically like to have a spring roll before I have my soup. But today we decided to try the shrimp wontons instead. I regretted that choice immediately. The wontons were huge and it had the tiniest bit of shrimp in it. Not a fan. Our soups came out pretty quickly. They were Hot. They had lots of noodles and lots of protein. And they were cut the perfect size. They also have nice selection of sauces on the table. I will continue to visit Pho Viet 1. I like everything about it. The restaurant is clean, parking is great, service is good but most importantly the Pho always slaps!

Pho Viet in Canyon Country has been my go-to spot since my Santa Clarita days, and coming back after 3 years was such a comforting full-circle moment--the food still hits just as good. We ordered crispy egg rolls, fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, pho dac biet, and the marinated grilled beef with broken rice, and everything was flavorful and satisfying. The pho broth was rich and comforting as always, though portions are a bit smaller now, which is understandable with inflation. Service was friendly and efficient, and the ambiance is casual, cozy, and no-frills--perfect for a laid-back, satisfying meal.

Such a hidden gem! This place is fantastic, the pho is very flavorful and hit the spot. I could eat here 3 times a week. The food was delicious and the fried egg rolls were on point. The service was very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Inside definitely gives off the vibe of that go to hidden gem that makes your favorite dishes. I highly recommend trying this place out if you're a pho lover like we are.

We had an okay experience at Pho Viet. There are limited options for vegetarians and what we got didn't have as much flavor as we would have liked. I think if we weren't vegetarians our score here would be higher as the meat eaters amongst really adored their food and it looked a lot more flavorful. (Specifically the Pho broth.) We started with tofu spring rolls...lettuce wrapped with a little dipping sauce...tasted fresh but not a whole lot of interesting flavor. I got the Pho Dau Hu Vegan...a hearty dish, even the smaller size, but the vegan broth really didn't bring much to the palate. I added some of the chili crunch sauce at the table to make it more interesting. My wife thought the Com Xao Chay was good...tofu sort of cooked like chicken, mixed with vegetables and a side of rice. I had a piece of the tofu and it was a little more like overcooked tofu than a chicken or faux meat texture. We were seated fairly quickly when arriving which was nice since the place was pretty busy. Service was good but not particularly fast. I wish there were more interesting vegetarian options and that the flavors of what we did get stood out more.

Ordered the Bun Bo Xao Xa. Food has absolutely no flavor. Big Mistake! Waste of money.

Ordered the vermicelli with beef. Big regret. No flavor. No salt. Its been awhile since ive been this disappointed.

The food was awesome!!! It's was really tasty and it was so much food that I couldn't finish it. The service is really good. My family got sat down right away and the food came 10 minutes after we ordered it. The vibes were good because of family but definitely coming again

This is the only pho place me and my friend will go to, it is so delicious and consistent every time. The staff are always smiling and doing their best seeing as there are only a few of them working at a time. They have such good chili oil and pho, #17 is my personal fav. Some of you non 4 or 5 star reviewers are inconsiderate of the few amount of staff and high volume of people that there can be at times, they always do their best and you need to be patient and just shut the pho up ;)

This place has pretty legit pho and spring rolls. The service is good but it can be very slow. They do get pretty busy at least from the times I've been in. Pho is hearty but light and the meat is good.

8/18/2026 & 9/01/2036 (two visits) :it's been a little while since we've visited Pho Sure, but so…read moreglad that we did! In fact it was so good, we came back again 2 weeks later! They have plenty of parking in the lot, including nearby handicap spots. The interior decor is lovely! Warm, inviting, subdued with pops of color. Tables are well spaced and there are booth seating options. It is well maintained and immaculate! Often, you're met with sticky tables but not at Pho Sure. Everything is wiped down well. Side note, there are tables and umbrellas outside for those to enjoy dining al fresco! Upon entering, they always greet you with a smile and offer your choice of seating (when it. Isn't full). A carafe of water and menus await and they ask for drink orders as they seat you. On the August visit, we shared an order of their Cha Gio egg rolls. Momma Kiki was timid reading about "sweetened fish sauce", but I told her to trust me. She really enjoyed them AND the sauce! The egg rolls are generously filled and well seasoned. I showed her how to wrap them in a lettuce leaf with some of the provided herbs and "dunk".. so good! For the indoctrinated, there aren't as many herb options like you might find in the OC or SGV but they would probably go to waste if served in SCV. The other dish on that visit was Item S6, Option F: Banh Hoi 'Sure' which is a combo of all of the Options A-E and is a great dish for one person, or to share so you can try many of the different proteins from the menu. The vermicelli rectangles make great wraps for the bites because they really hold the nuoc cham (sweetened fish sauce) when dunked. I also like to wrap with lettuce for the extra freshness. SO yummy! We came back in Sept because we were craving the flavors again and the weather was slightly cooler. Momma Kiki wanted her old favorite Bun Bo Hue (very mild with pho noodle substitution). She likes her side veggies steamed to soften and warm the bean sprouts and they always accommodate special orders with a smile. It was delicious! But note.. "very mild" is a hard ask since the base of the broth already has the heat level established and it's difficult to dilute it down. momma Kiki is 95 now so I took the soup and she enjoyed the dish I ordered... C2: Com Suon Nuong. A broken rice dish with a delicious, well grilled/charred pork chop. I had opted for the red rice and loved it! The meat is tender and flavorful.. and as with all of their dishes the portions are generous and leftovers for lunch the next day inspire jealousy from others. I had a chat with one of the owners that we hadn't seen in far too long.. and he came right over to greet us and gush over Momma Kiki which made her feel so good! When I asked about his favorites in the menu, he said that S4: Pho ap Chao is one he really enjoys and calls it "Vietnamese pizza". That may need to happen next time! I'm so glad that there is a great Vietnamese option in Santa Clarita. Apparently owner Nina and her head chef have had restaurants in San Gabriel Valley in the past.. and the experience shows. The flavors are outstanding!

Even with that level of business, the service remains solid. There were a couple of times when we were brought the wrong items, but they fixed it right away--great job by the team. The quality of the food truly deserves 5 stars. The chefs clearly know what they're doing It's very --sorry, very delicious--and the full house during both lunch and dinner proves it. Wishing you continued growth and success!

It's in the Santa Clarita/Valencia neighborhood, so to have a Vietnamese Pho HA 888 and a Lee's Korean BBQ & Tofu House together under one business roof in this part of town says a lot about the place. Customers should appreciate their presence here and menus with wide selections of Vietnamese and Korean foods. The cultural food marriage pairs very well as you can eat a bit of everything as desired. Good ambiance. Simple and small family style restaurant, but with plenty of tables & chairs inside. It was super hot weather outside/front door facing the hot sun in late afternoon & early evening hours. We were greeted and seated immediately for dine-in. It took about 6-7 minutes after ordering to get our foods. So fast! They were also busy fulfilling takeout orders too. Staffs/owners are high energy folks, very organized, self motivated, and one has an outstanding humor too. The man there was pretty entertaining with a positive attitude, providing excellent customer service as needed. You can feel those good vibes. I had the regular combo beef pho #2 and it turned out to be generous in food portions. Beef was finely sliced and lemon slices were juicy & big. We also tried the #13 BBQ spicy pork rice bowl. Huge! It came with complimentary banchan- fish cakes, kimchi, and cucumbers. All were delicious and big. Foods can easily be shared amongst more than one person per order. Price was decent for the value here. It's unique to find a restaurant that serves a combination of foods from two different cultures. Santa Clarita is looking good these days with restaurant selections. Overall, it's a place where you can dine in like close friends and families and not be judged for your opinions. Pleasant environment. I think it's quite convenient to be located just a few streets away from Valencia Town Center shopping mall where most people would go to dine-out. I am impressed. Come hungry and you will find out what this Vietnamese & Korean combination restaurant has to offer. Very casual place. Don't expect San Francisco Bay Area and/or Los Angeles region type Vietnamese Pho or Korean foods. This is Santa Clarita's recipe and small business. Not bad at all.

Being Vietnamese, I've eaten a lot of pho in my lifetime and Pho HA 888 was the grossest I've ever tried. When I first walked in, no one was there to greet me. So I stood around for a minute until a gentleman came by and handed me a water. I think he was actually supposed to give the water to another person. After sitting down, I wiped off the old food on the table, grabbed a menu from a different table, and proceeded to wait 10 minutes until a lady came by and asked if I had ordered. My pho came out quickly, but I instantly smelled that something was off. The broth smelled like old cleaning water! The noodles were just a clump that was thrown in, and they were super slimy. And as for the other ingredients, they just gave a few tiny pieces of meat and veggies. Overall, I left the place really grossed out. It was clear that they do not know how to make pho at all.

Unfortunately, almost nothing hit the mark! The pork chop was completely dry! My son took one bit and wouldn't touch it again, and my mother had to force herself to eat half hers. Even the pickled radish, my daughter's favorite, and carrots were off! They were watery with zero vinegar flavor. My daughter spit them out! Every single bowl of broth tasted sour and awful. The noodles also tasted old and stale. The only salvageable part was the meat, so we just ate the protein because we were starving. Though, the meat was flavorful, the texture was tough and a little chewy. When my mom paid for the check, my husband politely mentioned to our server that the broth tasted sour, just as a heads up in case other customers complained. The server spoke with the kitchen and kindly refunded a portion of the phos back to my mom's cc, which was appreciated. If you looked at our table when we left, it looked as though we barely touched our meal. In our haste, we should have just returned the porkchop, too. After posting about our disappointment on IG, four other people chimed in agreeing that it was the worst pho they've had, too (all four are Asian decent, two being Viet themselves). We definitely won't be back.

I ordered the ube matcha latte with strawberry boba. The drink itself was a 6/10 for me. My first issue was with the lid, they use a coffee cup-style lid with a small hole, which makes it hard to shake and mix the drink properly. Unlike most traditional boba spots, you have to stir it with a straw, which doesn't really do the trick. My second issue was with the ube, it came in a thick paste form that didn't blend well. Every sip had chunks of ube paste, which was a bit overwhelming. On the bright side, the matcha was really good--refreshing and flavorful. If I come back, I'll likely just order their matcha. The strawberry boba was a highlight super fresh, light, and packed with great strawberry flavor. It really added something special to the drink. Service was very friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, it's worth giving this place a try, especially if you're curious about their unique boba options.
